I had my first massage with Sandi yesterday morning. The atmosphere of her massage room was so peaceful, perfect for a massage. She played peaceful/calming music during the massage that put me in a relaxing state immediately. The massage itself was incredible. She knew exactly what spots needed special focus, the pressure was just perfect, and she checked in periodically to see if it was too much or too little pressure. My comfort was her number one concern. She even made sure the room was at the perfect temperature, making sure I wasn't too cold or warm. First, I want to say that the esthetician who owns this business is a very kind and lovely lady…read more The customer service was in no way the problem. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.
