It might be the best massage on earth but we won't ever know because they use a booking app that they don't read. Will definitely go elsewhere in the future. Super unprofessional and the reaction by the massage therapist was really flippant like it didn't matter. In the 24 hours leading up to our appointment, I received multiple calls confirming our time slot (7:30pm) and the type of massage we wanted. 3 hours before our appointment, I received another call asking if we could come "now", which was at 4:30pm, because someone wanted the 7:30pm slot. I should have canceled right then and there. My partner and I already had plans and wanted to keep our original time. I was told "no problem". Upon arrival, we were informed that the couples room was already booked and that we would need to receive our massages separately. Wanting to salvage our evening, we agreed. My partner was taken behind a curtain in the lobby, and I was taken into what appeared to be a security surveillance room, with multiple computer monitors displaying camera footage. There was no dim lighting or relaxing atmosphere whatsoever. During my massage, my masseuse repeatedly stopped to check her phone, watch reels/TikToks and she left the room multiple times with the door wide open while I was half-dressed. The massage was extremely rough, bending and stretching me into painful positions, and when I spoke up about it, my discomfort was laughed off. Mid-session, another woman entered to ask how I was paying, whether it was my first visit, and if I wanted cupping. The price was again confirmed at $112. After I declined cupping, she began instructing my masseuse on how to perform it anyway. When we checked out, I was told the total was about $143, which was definitely not the agreed price and certainly not reflective of the experience. After back and forth, and exchanging translations through an app, the total was changed to $120-something. At that point, not wanting to further escalate or ruin the rest of our evening, it was paid and we left. This was meant to be a relaxing Valentine's Day experience. Maybe it was because they had only been open for about 30mins. It's in a corporate complex, so I thought I was lost at first. But they have a nice sign above their door. It was very dark when walking in. Each room is just like a curtain for a door, so not the best privacy, but there is some. They do just use a simple towel to cover you, so keep whatever clothes on that tou feel comfortable with. They don't advise you on any of that. They just give you time to get settled on the table. I assume undress or don't to your liking/comfort. The walls are thin, again the door is just a curtain essentially. You could hear people walk in, and next to your room. The lady massaging me at one point was even talking to the other massage lady in the next room. For the price, the massage is good. I did 90mins, and the massage itself was relaxing, but the movements are also so quick. They even did some stretching which was nice. Overall, clean place, decent massage for what you pay and they are very nice. This is just like the reflexology places or relaxation stations you see around here.
