We've been working on getting them to match and grow-in for quite sometime. I don't let anyone else touch my brows but her because she knows what we've been working towards. Lip & chin I'm not as particular with who does those. But for brows grow-in and shaping, I get pretty particular & protective of. They're open 10-6pm all days and Closed on Sundays. Walk-in are welcome! if they're too busy to keep lobby area from over crowding, they will have you sign in with your cell phone number then call you when to come in from your vehicle. They are friendly, good at what they do and reasonably priced.

I even told her that it hurt and asked her to be more gentle, but her response was rude and unprofessional. She said I should have made an appointment, even though I was previously told that appointments are not needed for eyebrow services. The overall attitude felt very mean and selfish, and I did not feel cared for as a customer. I am not satisfied with the service at all she should be ashamed of treating customers this way.

I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

Heather meets me at the door, masked, and follows all COVID protocols. Her work room is clean and very comfortable. At my first visit she explained the procedures in detail, then told me every step she was taking as she went along. Heather has a very gentle touch and I find myself so relaxed while she's working her magic! The lash tint and lift are excellent! It lasts a good three to four weeks!
