They were not able to do two of the three. The owner proceeded to argue with me about the appointment this morning. Customer Service by the owner was terrible. Theirs is board you can write your name down to save your place in line. There are 2 or 3 waiting chairs right outside. Me and my two sisters came in and we asked if the owner was there which she responded with no, We stayed and got our eyebrows done. both my sisters asked if she could fix it up a little bit and she just kept saying no because it would make their eyebrows look as certain way, and I work in the beauty, industry myself, and personally I've always learned work ethnic and been told that if the customer wants something you should be able to provide it. as long as you tell them that it's at their own risk, but once I got mines done, I don't know if she was trying to prove a point to my sisters that their eyebrows would look a certain way, but she left my eyebrows really uneven and I asked her to fix it up and she told me no so I had to come home and fix it myself and upon further inspection, she completely cut some of my eyebrow hairs and you can totally tell and it's so frustrating because my eyebrows are the one thing that I get done often and I've never had them be this bad. Also, I don't know what product she put on my face, but it made my skin break out and I have scabs in my eyebrows. I've done color and highlights and she is phenomenal. My hair color always looks prettier than I expected it to. She also blow dries and flat irons with detail and precision. Plus, she is generally very sweet, calm and service-oriented. Edwin, the husband, should be named "Edwin Scissor Hands" because he cuts and styles hair with his heart and soul like a true artist. It's clear that for him, this is not just a job; this is his life's work. Just bring a picture of what you want and he will nail it. I always get compliments from people asking me who cut my hair after he's laid his hands on it. Hair is big for me, as it is for a lot of women. Especially as a black woman, my hair is tied to my identity, beauty and value. So to find a place that I can trust will do a good job consistently really means a lot!

Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that.
