I'm disappointed because I was looking to get pampered before my trip and left disappointed in my experience. The service provider, Tammy rushed my experience and was rough. She started working on feet without asking which plan I would like. The water was extremely hot and I had to tell her 3x that it was too hot for my liking, she didn't check before asking me to put my feet in. Also, she cut me with the drill and kept poking me with her long fingernail. I tried to still enjoy it and be chill about it because I was working on my laptop. After getting halfway through the pedicure I was then asked if I wanted to do the basic pedicure and at this point I said yes because she didn't check to see before started my and was already painting my toes at this point. Next thing I know she was standing up and went to get me a warm towel and then put oil on my feet and up my legs and that's it. No massage no anything and that was rushed. As I'm leaving to checkout I tell the front desk lady that I got the most basic pedicure with no massage and Tammy came over to say I did get a massage and to check the cameras. I tell the sweet front desk girl that I would wait for her to check because then she would see that no massage was doing. Putting oil on my leg for 5 seconds wrapping up is not a massage. I've been there before and know what a massage is. Even her scrubbing the bottom of my feet was so quick and only like 10 seconds. I have no reason to lie and am just sharing my experience. Even after all of that back and forth I still left a tip because I've been here several times and was okay with how it ended up but don't try to overcharge me for what I did not receive and then lie about it. I'm willing to pay the work that you did but don't rob people of an experience and then try to overcharge them. Whoever the manager is please watch the camera and you will see the truth. She should be retrained before servicing people because I actually do like this establishment and am a service provider myself so I know how things should be and would be disappointed in my employees.

My daughter said the technician would occasionally laugh while looking at the screen, and it appeared she was watching a show or movie during the pedicure. As a parent, I found this unprofessional and distracting. When providing a service, especially to a child, I would expect the technician's attention to be focused on the client rather than on a phone. It also raised concerns about safety and overall customer care. She also had to start over because she ended up painting my daughter's nails the wrong color. What should have been a fun and memorable experience for my daughter and her grandmother felt impersonal. I hope management addresses this so customers receive the attentive service they deserve.

She cut my nails so short! She cut every bit of the white off my nails down to the nail bed. Since there was no nail left she ended up filing my skin until it was almost raw.
