Chop had a wait staff that wandered throughout the event offering smaller samples of the food. They were dressed and acted very professionally. And the food was superb! Not only did it look gorgeous but it tasted great. They provided a few typical things such as cheese dip and crackers and pies, but they also had meatballs in a wine sauce, shrimp lo mein and goat cheese with fruit. Everything was fantastic. Unfortunately I didn't get exact pricing info, but if you're going for great service and food, then I highly recommend Chop, Inc.

And if you watch their social media, they'll usually tell you when they have a limited addition one. The Rieger whiskey and apple sausage is one of my favorites. They also have a chicken curry sausage, which is excellent and has so much curry flavor. On my last visit I noticed that they have mac & cheese that you can take to go. They have a few different varieties, but I went with one with bacon because their bacon is always fantastic. It was a really good side. I slapped it on the grill to warm it up and it was delicious.
