Parking was a reasonable distance from the theatre. There's a couple parking lots where you can park close to the theater. Lines get pretty long to purchase tickets. Food was as any other AMC theater. Overall movie theatre was pretty messy considering it's pretty small. Nice theater. There are reclining seats. CONS: Went to watch the new Fantastic Beasts movie and there were tons of kids who would run up and down the stairs while the movie was playing which was really rude. You can hear everything in the movie theater. You can literally hear people chewing from across the theatre. Worst part of the entire theater is that you can hear the other move next door playing (bass and voices). Overall I would just make the drive over to Orchard or Flatirons. I'm in love with the new remodel! The idea of having reclining chairs is wonderful! But the last few times my movie would not star. I had to find the manager a total of 3 times . I have never been so frustrated during a movie before .... I will not be so cruel to give them 2 stars because I did see that a school came rushing in as soon as I bought my ticket. I'm sure that is a lot of stress on it's own. My advice is to make sure to go to an early movie when school is not in session. Still a great movie theatre! We're Brighton born residents and love this theater, especially the ability to buy tickets online with reserved reclining seating and great snack bar and refreshments. My only complaint is it's starting to show wear and tear. I've encountered 2 recliners this month that don't work and the bathrooms have been neglected and not super clean and paper towels we're empty. Hopefully management will get on top of these things and keep this theater amazing so all us Brighton folks continue to love it. read more

This is my favorite movie theater!! The reclining chairs and reserved seating is why. Snacks are too expensive, but that's the case at all movie theaters these days. A regular soda is more than $4, and it's just a fountain drink. I do like that they have healthier options for snacks, but those are still crazy expensive. read more

comfortable recliner's to view the movie. Of course all movie theater snack bar prices are completely ridiculous. But, that's the market. I recommend eating before coming to the movies. They do have a full bar, so you can get a little buzz if you don't mind paying the price for an adult beverage. The bathrooms here are always a wreck. They definitely need to spend more time cleaning them. Staff are sometimes friendly and often times in different. I was stunned. Based on the other reviews and photos, I thought the theater would be nice. The place was older which would have been ok, but it was filthy. There was trash all over the place with filthy floors and overflowing trash bins. Even the snack counter was dirty. It was so dirty that I felt like bugs were crawling all over me while I was watching the movie. I don't know why we didn't get up and leave. My husband's seat reclined all the way and it wouldn't sit up straight again. After asking one of the employees for help, we finally got it back into a decent position. He didn't dare try reclining again. We gave this theater a try, but we will never go back. read more

I'm very glad they've renovated. The new reclining seats are super comfortable, and I like that they now have the universal coke machines and slurpy machines. I was driving farther to other theaters that were newer, now I feel I don't have too. They've also added an alcohol bar which is cool, but I'm not a drinker so I probably won't use it. Some people are complaining about the assigned seating, but I like it. Especially because now you can see if there are any good seats left because I hated buying tickets for a popular movie and getting stuck way up front or way way in the back. Plus I can reserve online and know that I can walk in right before the movie starts and we'll have good seats. read more

Dirty! Went to a 10 PM movie on a Friday night and the place was a disaster. All the employees were gathered around chatting with nobody to scan tickets or sell concessions. Once an employee finally broke away from the group to help us, there were no lids to be found in the self-service station. There was popcorn all over the carpet in the lobby. When we exited the movie after midnight, the lobby was empty of employees but still disgustingly dirty. Don't they ever clean this place? read more

Nice to see an AMC here in Brighton. Love the reserve seating and the ability to purchase ahead of time. They also have kiosks inside so there is no need to wait in line. I think they should NOT have been placed right at the counter because it makes it difficult for those who wish to get tickets on their own to not feel like they are intruding on the normal interaction at the counter. Here's an even bigger problem though. The new recliner seats that have been put in must be the base model. I am used to the big comfortable ones I have found at other AMC theaters. These are the opposite. First, they are small. Second, when you lift up the arm rest between so you can cuddle with your significant other, you are met with a rock hard "median" that is in no way comfortable to lay, lean, or sit on. WTF?! I am not exaggerating here. My leg was numb by the end of the movie from this divider. It is safe to say I will not be returning to this theater ever again and that makes me sad as it is the closest AMC to my house. Luckily, there are other options. I know the AMC in Flat Iron Crossing has the normal sized recliners. I will be sending a note to AMC letting them know how uncomfortable these seats are and how sad it is they went with the small ones to fit more seats in the theater. The main reason I brought my family to movies here was because it was cheap (even for 3D). Today we went to see Moana, and just wow. 1adult and 2 kids, $35. Okay, I thought......but the theater was amazing. It was clean and so comfy. Clearly they are trying to recoup renovation money via ticket prices. That's okay.....I'll just have to budget for the family movies a bit better, meaning less frequently. read more

New renovations are cool but the cost is higher ticket prices. The only reason I ever came to this theater was to bring my family of 5 to $4 movies on weekend mornings. Now that ticket prices are the same as AMC orchard and Regal longmont, I will be going to those places. At least they have lunch and dinner options around those theaters. In my opinion, the renovation was a bad business move. read more

worst possible experience ive ever had at a movie theater. to think i pay good money to come see a movie in their theater and they dont except the form of id provided. its a scary movie its not like they are selling crack. why is it so important to have a psychical id present? when 2/3 of the other people buying tickets do i dont see the need. rude employees and manager is even worse i will never return. read more
