This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a movie theater. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was extremely poor and the staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist customers or explain things politely, they created unnecessary problems and made the entire experience uncomfortable. The theater itself did not feel clean or welcoming. The place smelled unpleasant and did not look well maintained, which completely ruined the experience. The food was also very disappointing. It was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. For the prices they charge, the quality should be much better. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. Customer service here is honestly some of the worst I have experienced anywhere. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they make you feel like you are bothering them. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I will definitely not be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before visiting this location. There are many other theaters where you will be treated with respect and actually enjoy your time. read more

Had a bit of an icky sticky experience which was a bummer. Went to see a movie on 2/13/26 in Theater 7 seats H7 & H8. Both seats were sticky as if soda or drink might have spilled and dried in certain spots on them. That was gross. We got there before the 9:00 p.m. screening and only saw 2 staff that were upfront. So we took one for the team went to the restroom grabbed some wet paper towels and cleaned off the chairs ourselves. Unfortunately, the women's restroom was also in need of cleaning as it had multiple dirty stalls. What made matters worse is when my friend tried to recline her seat we come to find out it was broken or at least the controller wasn't working. One would think if you're paying a premium to watch a movie at a theater with spacious reclining seats they should at least be clean and in working order. I generally have had a very pleasant experience at this particular theater however, this evening was not one of them. read more

We visited this AMC on Christmas Eve to see Zootopia 2. Unfortunately, the projector was having technical difficulties, so the movie was delayed for an hour & shown without previews. The staff did a great job of making up for it by distributing Zootopia ears, & cookies to the kids. Once the movie played, it was a great experience! I'd still rate this theater a 5/5 since they did their best to make up for the issue! read more

This theatre is small but cozy! The staff is accomdating often I come and the recliner has to be turned on or fixed. The food is just okay I enjoy the warm chocolate chip cookies. The seats are comfy and are red in color. Carpet is and decor near theatres is out dated. The front area is modern and updated. Plenty of parking since its in the Fallbrook shopping plaza. The staff were nice, informative, & made everything go smoothly & efficiently. My favorite thing to get here is the hot dog & a large drink with a side of jalapeños. This theater is really going down hill! We saw a a movie last night. Out of our 5 seats 2 wouldn't recline. I let an employee know and they wrote down our theatre number and seats but nothing happened. We also noticed there were two more seats in our row that didn't recline (we tried to move after no one came to help). I know it sounds like a little thing but I find it concerning that these seats are slowly dying and no one cares. read more

We came to see Toy Story 5 on July 4th and got seats in Theater 7. Upon entering it seemed a bit warm but figured once the movie started that's the AC would kick on. Nope. It continually got warmer in there to the point where my family and people around us were fanning themselves in the theater. It had to have been over 80° in that theater. It was strange because the hallway was so nice and cool. Anyway tried to find someone in charge after the movie but no one was behind concessions and only one person behind the bar so we left. Tried contacting the theater via phone to leave a msg but no luck there either. Corp page was a maze. I gave up. Avoid theater #7 if you can. If it's warm when you walk in, it's not going to get better. read more

Usually this is our go-to spot for movies, but this time it was an OVEN in there! Mind you, the theater was packed. By the end of the movie, we all walked out sweating like we'd just been in a sauna. Please fix your AC! It made the experience really uncomfortable. read more

We are AMC A-List members and there are separate lines to purchase condiments...one line for NON-members and one for members and only one person helping the non-member party...and my husband and I were standing in the Members line and the girl did NOT say a word and we stood there over 5 minutes and moments later another worker came to help...while the Non-member line was lining up with people already...the 2nd workers tells us, the A+ Premier line is CLOSED!!!!!!!!!! I've been an A lister since day 1 and I've never experienced crap like this before. I stood in the "Priority" line at concessions for 10 minutes as the regular line took customer after customer. So I finally ask, is the Priority line closed? Which I've never seen before. A girl passing by says, "yes, just get in the regular line" so I do. 2 minutes pass by and a couple get into the "Priority" line and a woman helps them immediately. So disrespectful. Im sitting in the theater as I write this immediately after this happened and its HOT AF in here. Can AMC not afford the AC? I won't be back to this location ever. read more

Can't believe I never left a review of this Fallbrook AMC 7. Been coming here for years. This was my go to theatre before they opened the AMC Porter Ranch 9 and the Northridge 10. Both are closer to me and easier to get to, but with that said, I still go to this location often, as Northridge does not have reclining seats unfortunately and Porter Ranch is packed many times. No matter the location though, I love AMC and we really need to support large format theaters to make sure they are around for us now and in the future. This is a great location for watching movies, usually not as busy, tucked away in West Hills, tons of parking, reclining seats, reservations, Macgruffins Bar for adults, Concessions, snacks, drinks, popcorn, etc. great movie going experience. Bring back the good movies. Whenever a new movie I'm interested in comes out, this is always the place I go. I genuinely love coming here. The theater itself is very nice--clean, comfortable, and well maintained--and the overall atmosphere makes for a great movie-going experience. The seating is comfortable, the sound and picture quality are solid, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint lately isn't about the theater at all, but about the movies themselves. The quality of films hasn't been as strong as it used to be, but that's obviously out of their control. I watched the Project Hail Mary film yesterday (9:30pm on 03/24/26) with my partner at AMC Fallbrook 7 and before the movie started there was no AC and the theater was getting hot, during the movie there was briefly some AC but then for the vast majority of the duration of the movie there was no AC, the AC was turned off completely, and the theater was so freaking hot!!!! It was suffocating. The people around us even suffered as well as we talked about it outside the theater room after the movie ended. It took the joy out of the film itself and ruined our experiences. Please make sure this doesn't happen again and provide adequate AC throughout the experience! read more

This was my goto theater because it has the most comfortable recliners until- 2 nights ago I went to a 10:15 pm show. I was already in a bad mood because it was around 90° in the theater. The trailers were almost over when the manager aggressively approached me (I always sit in the front) Where is your ticket?!?! What? Your ticket! She pulls out a seat map .There is no ticket sold for this seat. I was like wtf? She was causing a scene, the audience staring at me, trying to humiliate me. I showed her my ticket on my phone. Well you're in the wrong theater . She escorted me to the aisle. I said I've seen this movie before... These are the trailers that run before it. My ticket says theater 4 and the usher said theater 4. The conversation went on for what seemed like an eternity...She then realizes SHE'S in the wrong theater and doesn't even apologize. Compared to other theatre's, this one is way smaller and not as busy which is perfect. They have the recliner seat which is pure comfort. Not the massive size where there's so many seats. This place offer less seats but more comfort. The massive recliner seats that give you the feel of being at home lounging and watching a movie. Be aware, you may fall sleep. There's plenty of parking as it's part of a strip mall so loads of parking. read more

Love the Fallbrook AMC! The red recliner seats are super comfy and make the whole movie experience way better. Plenty of space, smooth reclining, and perfect for actually relaxing during a long movie. Theater was clean and the sound and screen were solid too. This AMC theatre is small with 7 theaters. They have modern decor with a bar. I like this location but they don't have a big variety of food to choose from. Some of the leather seats need to be repaired and a deep cleaning because they have rips and black stuff on them. Other than that it's a great place to watch a movie. I enjoy taking my daughter here for the kiddie movies. The theater is smaller so less intimidating for the small kiddos. This time it seemed better maintained but maybe because we came on a weekday around noon. It is less popular than other theaters because of its age and size. The first major time I went here was to watch Across the Spiderverse. I remember how abnormally low the audio was, not being strong as it should be in a theater. It's noticeably lower and ruined the experience for me, made me feel I wasted money. I decided to give it another chance when I went to see Blue Beetle months later, same issue. I came here tonight with my husband and daughter on Christmas to watch the new movie Migration. Getting tickets on the app was so easy and I love that you can pick your seats. The line to get popcorn and soda was short and the employees were very sweet and helpful. I even went back for the free refill on the large popcorn. The seats are comfortable and recline all the way which is awesome. I took a star off because my seat had tape on it to cover a rip and that did bother me a little bit. The theater was packed but we still felt like we had plenty of room around us. There is a large parking lot and the bathrooms are big and spacious. This is a nice AMC to go to especially since the Porter Ranch location opened. I like how this AMC has recliners and is no longer so crowded anymore. It seems as if the crowd diverted to Porter Ranch. The only issue I still have with them is the mobile ordering experience. One time I was missing an item from my delivery order, and the second time, my order was not even delivered. I received a confirmation email and text with my seat and delivery time, but the food never came. I didn't speak to the manager once the movie started, and opted not to stay around after the movie waiting for one. Instead, I contacted AMC corporate and they refunded my missing item from one order, and my entire order on the one that was never delivered. I don't know what the issue is on why they the can't process mobile orders accurately. I have done mobile orders at the Porter Ranch location and the Universal City location, and both had no issues with processing accurate orders. read more

Really enjoyed our visit to AMC Promenade! The theater was clean, comfortable, and still has that classic movie theater feel when you walk in--which is honestly getting harder to find these days. The reclining seats were a huge plus super comfortable and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Returning to this movie theatre after the pandemic totally let me down. I was so excited to show my friend my favorite AMC location. We bought tickets to the late night showing of a movie on theatre 7. Everyone was nice but the guy behind the cash register; Aaron, was so annoyed we were ordering. We brushed it off since the rest of the staff were so helpful. Once in the theatre the odor was awful like sweaty BO. 10 minutes into the movie I realize it's because there was no air conditioner running. It was like 90° in there the last showing the leather seats must've caught the smell from the sweaty patrons from all day. Sad to see such a great location perform poorly. read more
