I have never been to this theater before and it's not a bad theater it is pretty clean on the inside and the auditoriums are big. We went to a 7:15 showing and didn't get out until 9:40 and there were no lights in the parking lot. I think this is a big deal, I'm not saying it's the worse part of town but anywhere you go like this you would like to have lights in the parking lot. Other than that I had a great experience and more than likely go again, but probably during the day.

My kids wanted me to once AGAIN step out of my comfort zone and go to another movie theater and I'm glad I did before 12 PM the movie cost is only $4.99 per person that's a great deal especially when you have a big family and everyone wants to go to the movies one thing I did not care for was the prices one of my kids wanted a kids snack pack meal which was a popcorn, drink and a small pack of fruit snacks they wanted $7.79 just for that in my opinion that was way to much I will come to this movie theater again but I will not buy anything from the confession stand all in all it was a great trip to a different movie theater.

This theater location is very nice! They have reclining chairs in the theater which is really nice. The price is decent for one adult ticket to see Halloween it cost $12.99... Not too bad. However the concession stand prices are a bit pricey. I believe $7.00 or $8.00 for a small popcorn. I typically don't buy snacks because of this reason. Overall, I had a good experience

Nice reclining leather chairs. Good quality picture. Theater was clean including the bathrooms. They now have the machines where you can pick your drink and free refills. Stubs rewards program so you can get free upgrades and gifts. Concession prices are high, but nothing new there. They've jumped on the bandwagon with the fancier food choices. My only real complaint was it was very warm in the theater.

Clean, friendly, love the reclining seats and reserved seating. Pops was fresh. Screen was a good size - bigger than other chains.

We haven't had a bad experience here since the new seating. It's comfortable and is a good experience for the Eastside

They don't have all of the choices as far as popcorn seasonings like they do at the Castleton location, but that doesn't bother me.

Actually, I'm not entirely sure that it has cooling, but the button switches from red (heated) to blue (not heated). They recline really far back but still allow ample space for others to pass by without you needing to shift your position very much. I was disappointed that the concessions menu is not shown on their website. They give a brief description of the type of things that they offer, but not the full menu or pricing. At the concession stand, you can order and receive certain items immediately (such as candy, popcorn, hot dogs, classic nachos and drinks) but other items (like pizza and the ultimate nachos) will be delivered to your seats. There is also a full bar with an option to order a drink for now and one for later that will be delivered to your seat at a later time. That's pretty cool. In the lobby area, there is a player piano, photo booth and claw machine that dispenses rubber ducks (like the ones that Jeep drivers exchange). The drink area is where you will find condiments, napkins and straws. They have sodas and slushies. They also have lap trays that you can place into the cup holders of your seats for your food orders. They sit kind of high, but it's better than not having any type of tray or table. The cuddle seats are cute little love seats with an ottoman, but they are positioned on the first row (being the least desirable seats in the theater). I tested one out and you would basically need to lay down the entire time in order to see the screen. I didn't reserve those on either visit, but if you bring a blanket and your boo, that could be nice. The hot dog that I ordered was spicy. I wasn't expecting that, but maybe I should've known based on the name listed on the menu. I just wasn't "in the know". The popcorn is freshly popped. We weren't huge fans of the pizza though. It could benefit from being baked a bit longer. Surround sound is good. Lighting/contrast was good. In my opinion, it was a little warm in the theater, which drew my attention to two tiny ceiling fans located on either side of the theater. I'm not sure what their purpose is because they couldn't possibly be there to cool that huge theater. If you run hot, bring a personal fan!
