OMG! I called this restaurant and let them know I had just placed an order on Instacart. I just requested that they please place chili flakes and parmigiana cheese inside of the order. Well as I was requesting, I was able to chili flakes and before I was able to say parmigiana cheese she said it first! I really thought oh that's great service! Well, my order was delivered and YES, I was disappointed. I called and told her about my request and told her thanks for noticing! This place has seldom disappointed us whenever we order their massive pizzas. Something about the dough and the cheese is delicious. So when we came back for a pepperoni and pineapple pizza, we were confident we'd enjoy it. However, my wife who placed the order, let the person taking it know (I believe Viva?) that she was very pregnant and that she'd like extra pineapple. As the photos can attest, not only did they cover our pizza in pineapple, they gave us extra to go just in case. Service that's above and beyond what you expect when you pick up a pizza. They've been consistent with their freshness, flavor, customer service, and time efficiency. The pepperoni pizzas are fresh and full of flavor. Not like the typical pizza places that taste like cardboard. I've been ordering a lot of their chicken Alfredo pasta. My favorite so far. Amazing with their garlic bread which is extremely underrated. The service is amazing and immediately greeted when I walk in. They're personal and friendly. The pizza was DELICIOUS Will definitely return. The exception was we called in the order however they forgot so we had to wait longer. Otherwise, the pizza was good. I came into Ameci Pizza Kitchen expecting to grab a quick slice, but I decided to try their Italian sandwich instead--and I'm so glad I did. The sandwich was seriously delicious. The bread wasn't toasted, which I actually loved because it was super soft and fresh, and it let the flavors of the meats, veggies, and dressing really come through. Everything tasted high quality and well put together. The service here also deserves a shoutout. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and quick with my order. You can tell they care about what they're serving and take pride in it. It's not often you get both great food and great service at a casual spot like this. Negative stars!! Ordered 2 giant pizzas, 2 orders of chicken munches and 2 orders of wings. $115 order. They gave 2 buffalo and 2 ranch. This is supposed to feed a massive amount of people asked for one more ranch and they had so much attitude. 30 cents worth of ranch dressing lost a good customer. So ridiculous. My son and I each got a pie; cheese for him and supreme for me. We agreed that the crust was good but the toppings were just....off. My supreme used canned veggies but that is more common than off, besides, my son had cheese. After a night fighting food poisoning we decided it must have been the sauce. I used to love Ameci, at least it brings back me memories of good times. I wanted to get those times back today. I was quickly reminded that my memory of those days is much sweeter than the days themself. I ordered a half white knight and half margarita pizza "il gigantic"... I remember it being bigger but whatever, not going to complain there since it seems the size is 20"... The dough was flat and dense. Reminiscent or something I would have if the dough didn't rise. Cheese was carefully measured to the minimum possible. This thing had no cheese pull at all. I mean barely anything on it. Taste was low on flavor, I have had better pizza at Chuck E. Cheese. For a little place in a strip mall, the food here is remarkably good. The calzones are delicious and tonight we tried the pasta primavera with white sauce and the baked cheese ravioli with meat sauce. We've also had the antipasto salad in the past--really good. Their portions on the pasta are large especially for the price. We'll definitely get more than one meal out of them. The primavera had a good variety of vegetables & the sauce was tasty although very rich. The ravioli are large and stuffed with seasoned ricotta. The meat sauce is remarkably good. It the antipasto salad has a good variety of meats, cheese and veggies. Love their house Italian. Only added some freshly grated Parmesan.
