The guy taking my order got physically upset, rolled his eyes and had attitude because he had to make a change on his 1970's style paper order taking process. So I ended up ordering 4 pizzas and a salad and I asked for a 5:30 pick up. With attitude he said no that he already had a 5:30 pick up. At this point I told him to cancel the order and that we would go elsewhere. Every time we go there it's the same guy in the front and he is always grumpy and clearly dislikes his job. I rarely go there because of this. I have three adult children that live in the area that say they have the same issue. It's such a shame because the food is really good there but customers should not have to be treated like we're doing them a favor by supporting their business. Very poor customer service.

I rented out the back patio holding approximately 200 guess. I had over a 80 plus a dog and no one sat on top of each other. There was plenty of room for everyone with a stage which I didn't use. My guess had a great time and the staff were very nice on that evening. I had food catered in so I didn't order anything there but I'm hearing the pizza's and salad's are great. I also had my own music which was ok for the venue since we were in our own area. There was a side gate leading to my private area for the caters to drop off the food along with guess who didn't want to use the main entrance. I will definitely use this venue again and again to host big parties such as that night and recommend it to others as well. Such an amazing time we all had!! When I went in today, not only did they make me wait for service when I was the only patron in the store, when I let them know that the last time I ordered they left did not include the icing with the Oreo bites the manager said, sorry, it happens. I asked him to include it with my order today. He said, nope you have to pay for it. I felt he was a bit rude.
