I told him-- you guys sold me this jewelry so that's on you! He then consulted with the jeweler who said $425 for the repair and I would have to leave it for a few days. Then when it came time to read back my Gia number she basically scolded me and asked me why, and why didn't I ask before and made me feel awful. The store is just as immaculate as it always has been and has an even fresher feel to it. The items in the cases are still beautiful. Sara is still there as the store manager.
