We went back and forth, requesting our money back, but we were not able to make any progress other than they would order a new door for us. This took months, many phone calls with service and general manager. Finally they said they had 2 doors for us, and that we could pick. It's not lost on us that if we picked between the 2 doors, that then they could come back to us and say, "you picked it". One of the doors had sand inside the windows-clumps of sand. The other one looked better, but it was obvious that it was the first door that we had returned, just painted. We were done! This company has gone down hill since we ordered from them back in 2020. Avoid them at all costs. They are sneaky and don't have good customer service. Nor do they have effective management.

The quality of doors and hardware is subpar even compared to the big box stores, but for five times…read morethe price. After spending over $6000 for doors (not including the labor), this was one of the most wasteful spending of my life. The hardware is constantly breaking, the screws are falling off, the locks are jamming with the magnets constantly breaking. The components inside the locks are made of the crappie's plastic and screws possible (probably recycled). The doors and frames are made of MDF, and the veneer keeps scratching and pealing after almost two years. The service or people at the Arrow Doors do not care, and if the hardware breaks, you better reach out to one of the manufacturers in Poland. I had to drill the holes to get my little kid out of the room as the lock mechanism broke AGAIN. This is INSANE! I wish I would never fall for the fake positive reviews, as the products they sell are TRASH! This company should use the following motto: " SPEND MORE AND GET LESS"
