First time here. I worked with Trish. From our appointment I could tell she is a true professional but also very personable. I joked with her that I wouldn't leave a positive review until I got confirmation of my refund from the IRS. Well I got confirmation today and Trish knows her stuff and she treats you like a real person. I have used accountants in the past that were very expensive and possibly questionable but you don't get that with Trish. If you want to be treated with robotic service go across the street to the H&R Block across the street from her office. Want to maximize your refund legally? Get great service? They earned those 5 stars, really, they did. I worked with Charmaine and let me tell you, she went above and beyond to make sure I was covered with taxes this year. I started a small business and therefore taxes for me need to be taken to a professional. And professional Charmaine was! As well as personable, kind, generous, and grace filled. I had forgotten a few forms, I did not always have all the answers for my business comings and goings, and through it all, Charmaine remained giving, patient, and kind. When I attempted to do my own taxes via Turbo Tax, I was going to owe $2000+. After going to Liberty Tax and working with Charmaine, I owed $140. Hello!!! That's a good tax person. ;) There's an H&R Block right across the street from them, but it was these 5 star Yelp reviews that sent me here. Not only was there an H&R Block across the street but there were so many options out there as to a tax place that could help me. This specific Liberty Tax was the place for me, and they have a 5 star ranking for a reason. I specifically asked to speak with Trish afterwards to share with her how amazing Charmaine was. Trish was just as generous, kind, and genuine as Charmaine. A great team of people to help you with your tax needs. The location itself isn't obvious. It seems tucked away a bit. The interior of the office could use a good fix me up. But I'm not going there for the look of the place. It's not a resort and spa! It's a tax office! =) lol. So then maybe I should comment on the looks of their computers that did my taxes. hahaha. =) They looked... like a computer should. ;) Also Trish let me pay for my tax service fees in 2 installments. Talk about generous. She's been there for 11 years and it's no wonder people keep coming back to her. I'd recommend them to a friend. read more

Excellent ! They really care. I have a small business and have paid twice the price at H&R Block and they don't care whether you pay too much or not. Trish pointed out some write-offs I hadn't remembered. Last year I had such a bad experience at H&R Block that I was skeptical about another "chain" but I was wrong. Thankfully.
