My first time doing business with America Tint in Chino at Riverside and Central, I had my 2022 Subaru Ascent Limited SUV front two windows tinted that went without any issues, I also wanted to put a strip of tint on my windshield to block the sun, that was put in however that turned out to be an issue because my vehicle has an Eye Sight unit which controls the cruise, high beams and other sensors, the strip was installed but it blocked the Eye Sight unit causing it to disable automatically especially at night, I only noticed that issue when I departed at about 4:00 AM on a family trip where I noticed that due to the Tint the Eye Sight was disabling, I had to cut out the tint on the two Eye Sight areas enabling the unit to work, during the time I was out of town I contacted Siwoo who was the person I dealt with initially, sent him a photo of what I done and the reason, I received a response acknowledging my issue, on 11/13 I stopped by the shop, Siwoo with another gentleman tried to fit tint to accommodate the unit Eye Sight but unfortunately it did not work as it was not going to look good, I asked for a refund and they agreed without any fuss. I fully recommend America Tint in Chino, they are all about customer service and your satisfaction 100%, they were respectful and professional putting my concerns and satisfaction first. I had a really disappointing experience here. I got my windows tinted, and the tint started peeling after just one week. When I went back to have it fixed, the shop blamed the issue on the film (which they installed) instead of taking responsibility for the installation. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I wouldn't recommend getting tint work done here based on my experience. read more

I was shopping around for a week and I find America Tint's pricing the most reasonable (affordable but not dirt cheap). I met with Jason there and he was really nice and advised me on what % tint I should get. Originally told me to come back in 2 hours but he called me within 1 hour to tell me the job is done. I received an estimate and asked for my front 2 windows to be done. I agreed on price and had work done. I did not inspect car but while I was driving about 5 minutes later realized the small front windows were not done. I called to ask why told it was an additional $20 per window. Nothing was ever told about this when I got the estimate or when I came back 1 week later. We aware of this company and ask which window they included. I do not care about $40 but the principal of doing what is right. If you charge for an additional cost for a 6" x 4" front windows tell the customer. Ask them are you sure you don't want to do it. I assumed when you say front 2 window it means the entire window and not a portion. read more

Went in to get ceramic tint on my model 3 , 5% rear and 20% front in November of 2024. Now my 5% windows are faded and are the same shade as my 20%. This is unacceptable especially when you are paying top dollar for quality tint ! read more

Explained the difference between the ceramic and carbon tints available. He even showed us the difference between the two with a heat lamp display he had. Provided us with a quote which we through was reasonable and we ended up getting our car tinted. No high pressure sales tactics or noting. I had the front two windows & visor done since my rear windows had its factory tint. Great price for the quality of tint & quick service!
