I'm going to make this review straight to the point. I got my brand new car tinted by this place in chino location and it wasn't great. I bought the ceramic tint with lifetime warranty. There were bubbles everywhere that stayed on my back windshield and 2 other windows after a month of getting it done. So I went back to them and the Asian dude with the glasses (the manager) that tinted my car wasn't too happy because he knew he'll have to redo it. He's not friendly at all for my experience. So I went back a week after to get it fixed and the same person redid my tint again. The other 2 workers there are professional and easy to talk to but not the manager there that mainly worked on my car. Now I still see bubbles and it looks like he scratched one of my window this time. And it's always on the ones that the manager did that keeps coming out bad and now with a scratch included. The ones where the other workers did have no problem. Im not going back here even though I got the lifetime warranty. I feel like this guy will mess up my car even more. I tried to get in touch with the owner but I still can't because he's not in supposedly. read more

First time here and I can confidently say I'll be back :) All the workers (and the owner) were friendly and responsive to all my questions. They were patient with all my questions and didn't pressure me into buying a certain type of tint. I got the 20% ceramic tint all around. My rear windows had a factory tint on them already so the 20% made it a bit darker than the front windows. The job was done in about 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I'm telling all my friends! Screw this place they lie about pricing I was listed for my car 350 for all my windows I left car and when I came to pick it up he said that it would be an extra 250 for labor when all I brought was 360$ and then he made me feel stupid for thinking it was 350 and he laughs and says "350$ for tint only haha no we no make money off that " if you wouldn't lie about pricing and wait till the job is over to clarify that and I have messages that say what your pricing is you guys just robbed me and put pricing for whatever you want once you had a customer now I will not tell people about this place only that they scammed me read more

Got my Nissan Rouge front windows tinted. The price was reasonable. I got the carbon which comes with warranty. They do get busy and have first come first serve basis. There are places to eat nearby so waiting isn't that bad. Tint looks good. Will bring my other cars. read more

So I brought mine Tesla model 3 Positives: 1) they finished my tinting within an hour as they promised 2) it was reasonably priced. I got quotes from several places and this was the best price. I even drove up from menifee to go to here. 3) it was not difficult to communicate with the employees. I even got to meet the owner. Just purchased a new truck and needed tint. I called today and got a set price for the ceramic, heat-resistant tint. $395. I drove there 15 minutes later and the bays were open, no one in front of me. I signed the paperwork, handed them the keys and paid upfront. (something I wouldn't normally due since I was paying cash, but did it anyway) I walked across the street and had a good lunch, took my time and returned a little over an hour later. The tint was complete and looked great. Could not have been easier. The young g man was exceptionally cordial and polite as he handed me the keys. I liked the fact they put a sticker over my window controls to remind me not to roll down the windows for the next 3. days. I drove away happy knowing the tint has a lifetime warranty since I tend to keep my cars until the wheels fall off. If down the road, anything changes I'll change my review, but for now everything was perfect. read more

I messaged in the morning for a quote, and I was given the best quote out of all the places I had contacted. I was told to come in same day, which is what I had wanted, to have same day service. They were able to accommodate no problem! The owner showed me the different type of tint, and how hot the car should be with each. He then showed me the different percentages of tint, and explained to me what each percent was, he was very thorough and honest. I originally wanted to do 5%, but he said driving at night would be a challenge if I did that. So I went with the 20% all around. I went in without knowing anything about car tinting and they were more than happy to explain to me what everything meant!
