My flight is already confirmed, and almost every airline has people who had a bad experience and left a review, while people who had a perfectly normal flight often don't post anything at all. I'd just check the basic safety information, make sure everything is ready for the trip, and focus on enjoying the vacation. Hopefully you'll have a smooth flight and a great first travel experience! The actual service took around an hour. The technician was professional and kept the work area reasonably clean. After completing the repair, he tested the AC and explained what had been fixed. The AC was working properly when he finished, which was the main thing I was looking for. One thing I particularly liked was the communication. So i instantly got worried, looked up some other airlines and some of them had worse scores, some of them better, but im not sure if this is actually something i should be worried about or not could someone please help me out here, should i see if i can change airlines for my own safety and peace of mind or does it not matter? Our AirTag tells us our one missing suitcase is in YYZ airport in Canada & has been there since AA sent it to Canada instead of Spain.

We left RDU on 6/18/2026 in flight 2365 for an international trip over to Spain followed by Portugal. Our connection was in PHL. Because our initiating flight was delayed by American Airlines by almost 3 hours we had to RUN to get to our plane in Philadelphia. We barely made it and our luggage did not. We are on day 9 of our vacation and still being given no good answer other than they will locate our luggage and get it to us at some point. We filed a claim at the airport in Vigo, Spain with Iberia Airlines. This has gotten us nowhere either because the one bag NEVER made it to Europe. My AirTag says it is still sitting in Canada. American Airlines is one of the worst airlines to check your baggage with. Just got back from Puerto Vallarta and for some unknown reason my bag didn't make the flight. Sitting in the airport until 11:30pm waiting. The whole family has to work tomorrow. This sucks!!!!!! I will never fly with them again!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!! read more

I have been flying over 30 years and my last experience will truly be my last on AA. 1st flight arrived late was to be expected due to weather on east coast on sept 3rd 2016. I had 7 minutes to make my connection so I ran from d gates to b gates again not an issue. When I got to the gate for connection. Personnel gave me a lecture about being at the gate on time told me if I miss this flight I would have to BUY a new ticket from Charlotte N.C to Seattle WA. Get on the plane steward already allowed someone to move to my window seat I was directed to an aisle seat. Ok crap happens, since I had no time for food I purchased food fruit and cheese which grapes were mushy cheeses warm talk to steward . For my effort I was told that's what you purchased. Then around they come with drinks however they completely ignored/ missed me and my 2 seat mates I asked my seat mates what they wanted and went and gave a personal order with seat numbers. American Airlines you will never get me on another one of your planes!!!! I have never been treated so horrible on any domestic or overseas flight. I don't need anyone to kiss my feet but a small amount of common courtesy would have been nice. Good luck to you in these financial times maintaining a business with customer service like what I saw. read more

The worst flight experience of my life with American Airlines! The ticketing agents and the lady watching the door upon onboarding gave me hell for my support animal. She yelled at me and said my animal's bag counted as a carry on item and that she was the "boss" around here. Just sickening. The worst ever. read more

The worst airline possible with the worst customer service. I was at the gate before the doors closed and yet I was still denied entrance because they had given my seat away to a standby customer. The next flight they put me on is in 10 hours and they blamed me for missing my flight. I will probably not ride American Airlines again. read more

I was traveling with my twins home from Philly and purchased 3 seats together on a direct flight. Spent $1,200+ on tickets. Right before they called our Group 9 to board an agent called us up to the desk and ripped up our boarding passes as my girls little chins were on her table watching. She said our seats had been reassigned! That's fine, I said, as long as were seated together. Nope! All three of us were placed in different rows, middle seats. I have no idea why. I raised a fuss and she said I could go downstairs and talk to the agent there. We would have missed the flight! Once on, I asked an agent to help us get passengers to change seats for us so we could sit together. Nope! They acted like I was bizarre for asking. Kind passengers switched so I got the twins seated together. But without an agent's help, and very little time left till take off, I was still separated. My child had her first panic attack on the take off and I spent most of it standing in the aisle next to her thinking she was having an allergic reaction. DO NOT fly this airline with children -- or anyone really. They have no regard for people or safety. read more

good experience this time with the helpful staff in seattle. our flight was cancelled and the manager, kevin, was able to put us on the next flight which unfortunately was delayed for another 4 hours. however, the staff on the plane were also pleasant and courteous even though they were overworked and tired. read more

Generic big air carrier in terms of prices, customer service, and quality of flights. Just had a particularly unhelpful interaction with customer service, who seemed rather amused that I was losing the full value of my ticket because of extenuating circumstances. Would not recommend. Looking forward to the day smaller carriers take over the friendly skies. read more

Today my husband and I took American Airlines we had the best experience, from the first fight to our transfer American Airlines has been amazing, we had help from Daudra Donna and kelly on flight 396 terminal 40 from LAX they treated us like we were family I was so impressed it was like being a five star restaurant, my husband and I were super nervous about their fight but they put us at ease it was like I was talking to family so thank you American Airlines will always fly through you read more

I thought Alaska was bad, this airline takes the cake. First we had to wait over 30 minutes after landing in TX and now it has been over 55 minutes we are still waiting for a gate here at Seatac. This will be my first and last try. It is cheaper for a reason. They gave you no reasons and inadvertently change your seats. Customer service doesn't exist. read more

@American Airlines American Airlines extorts family to pay for seats after it changes the flight schedule. I paid for 4 plane tickets for me, my wife and our 2 children in December of 2015. We chose our seats, received itinerary, all set to go. July 1st 2016 AA changes flights and removes seat assignment. I call to get seats and now we are told we can only sit together if we pay more money. We purchased our flights not our seats I am told by a manager. Our flight is at 6am and we have to show up at 4am and get seats is what they say. I have been that person asked to move on a plane flight so a family can sit together and it is horrible. Of course you say yes because who is going to let a 3 year old child sit by themselves. This is so unfair to the other customer who has also paid for their seat. The airline needs you to be the bad guy for them so they can make $23 more for each seat. Seriously they won't waive $92 of their "preferred seating" to put us back together like we were when we purchased out flights and chose our seats. I don't even need us all together I say just 2 seats together x 2. The corporate model that dictates to society to be selfish and greedy is what is wrong with so much right now. Money is all that matters. " read more

American Airlines. Probably one of the worst airlines of America. I have had a flight from Birmingham, AL to Seattle on Feb 28th. The flight was to depart at 12:41 and I got there an hour ago at the airport. Birmingham airport didn't have the baggage cart to load so I had to look around to find one for me. I got in line of AA and the line being crowded decently took my turn about 15 more minutes. The staff of American Airlines tells me that you can't board the flight cause you have the luggage and we can't process it. You either have to book another flight or find your way to process your luggage. Apart from that they told me they will reroute me but it'll cost you to pay for ticket. Also they'll charge me for my luggage. The initial ticket price was $326 but I end up paying $900 total for my one way journey. The in flight service was poor, I had a meal included which wasn't even been served. I never am going to travel with AA. Considering the service will good but I want to travel safe cause the tickets were high than other airlines was the reason my client booked AA. This is what you get when you pay $900 just to fly one way. This is by far the worst experience and I'm never traveling on it again. Just a Pathetic service read more

i hate giving airlines a bad rap, but this one royally sucked. they had really bad service + almost made me miss my flight due to understaffing + confusion. the staff wasn't very nice or helpful + the plane didn't make up for anything. i am NOT an airline snob + am happy to get from point a to point b any way possible but this just sucked, man. read more

American Airlines never ceases to disappoint. I was forced to "check" my carry on in Dallas and they did not inform me that it would be in baggage claim, I was told it was just going under the plane and could be picked up in the sky bridge upon landing. This was so untrue!! When I got to Seattle, the ladies at the desk were absolutely disgusting. Their attitudes were the worst and when we called baggage claim to confirm my bag was there, they couldn't find it. (I had to wait for a guest who landed two hours later than I, so I couldn't leave the terminals. The agents basically told me sorry and that American Airlines loses bags sometimes. Well that was the entire purpose of my carry on. It was smaller than the maximum size and yet I was still forced to check it. American Airlines seriously needs to put their employees through empathy training...it was seriously like talking to bricks. No apologies, no assistance, nothing. They simply told me to email aa.com if I had a complaint. Not once would a supervisor anywhere come speak to me, even after I requested multiple times. My bag was found three hours later. read more

After the passenger in the seat in front of us vomited all over the floor, seat and seat in front of him, the flight attendants simply covered the soaked seat with a blanket. For the next 90 mins (what was left of the flight) the vomit on the floor seeped down and of course, onto our bag. After landing we were told there was nothing anyone could do (after being passed around for an hour with everyone shrugging their shoulders)...not even dry cleaning was offered for our vomit soaked bag. As we were leaving, an employee handed us a paper towel. I am totally disgusted at the way this was handled (both the lack of cleanup and negligence by flight staff and the response of the personal at the gate and baggage). American Airlines, don't you have protocol for cleaning up vomit on your flights? I would assume there are health codes you need to follow? Even a towel on the floor would have done more than a blanket on the seat. And your ground staff seems to be very confused and their goal is to pass people around rather than actually assist your customers. I hope people are as horrified reading this as we were when experiencing it. (note: this was a flight from DFW to SEA on January 18, 2015) read more

Took 10:10pm red eye to CLT on us airways plane. This merger to AAdvantage sucks! They no longer provide blankets & pillows to coach passengers- even if you ask. I miss the old US Air that had them waiting for me on my seat. read more

American Airlines is the absolute worst airline I have ever flown on! Every part of my flying experience was hideous. Usually, when I fly, part of the vacation starts the second I get on the plane - not this time. Oh no - from the get go I should have known this was going to be a disaster. I had to call 3 times before the actual flight because of changes AA made to our flight but then they would not keep our seats. We were trying to fly to Cancun with 3 other couples, and wanted to sit together on the flight - even though we originally booked it that way but it doesnt matter to AA. And of course, the only way they would do anything was if we paid more money. RUDE. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE AA!! From the phone calls, to check in, to the flight attendants - I have never delt with so many aweful people. Sometimes it might be just me and I am being over sensitive to the way I am being treated, but it wasnt just me - everyone around me was feeling the same way. Ex - first class had 8 open seats and instead of upgrading folks they let the seats remain empty even after preferred AA flyers repeatedly asked. Then, when I went to use the restroom the most evil male flight attendant was gossiping about another coworker that he hated working with. Not like he had anything else to do but gossip since AA does nothing to make the trip comfortable. There is no help to cram your carryon into the overheads which are smaller than any overheads I have ever used, the seats are so tight and uncomfortable its literally impossible to move, there is NO room under the seat and they barely offer you a drink and dont even think about asking for a whole can of pop - oh no, that would be just to much to ask. I was more furious after each leg of our flight - I swear the service and how bloody uncomfortable the seats were just kept getting worse and worse. You would think somehow they could not ruin every single part of our flight but they have a gift. I guess I should be grateful that my luggage made it to Cancun after reading some of the other reviews but again its even hard to see this as a positive since I purposely only packed a carryon so I wouldn't have to do the whole bagage claim waist of time but that was futile because they took my carryon everytime. Ugh I have never bothered to write a review before but I just had to vent this one!! When I think about the RUDE service and how so unbelievably uncomfortable the flight was - its just so hard for me to understand how I can pay that much money for something and then get treated like crap! I will NEVER fly with AA again. Believe me when I say this memory will last and if anyone out there is considering AA - don't do it. I dont expect much when I fly, my expectations are actually quite low - I mean this is the airlines we are talking about... but wow AA is terrible in every way! read more

The following highlights my recent experiences with American Airlines (AA), one of the sleaziest airline companies in operation today: In October 2014, I booked a roundtrip fare through Travelocity, Inc. for a trip from Seattle to Key West, FL and return for the Christmas holidays. Due to untoward traffic congestion, I did not arrive at the American Airlines ticket counter until 11:31pm, for the flight scheduled to depart at 11:50pm. When attempting to retrieve the tickets and proceed to the gate, the automated ticket machine and counter agent denied the tickets due to their "check-in window" policy. I explained that I was TSA-PRE cleared and could easily have made the gate (19 minutes; no checked bags), however the agent still denied service. The counter agent refused to re-book me on the next flight, and instead, handed me a 3"x5" card with a phone number to call for making reservations. I contacted AA customer service the morning of December 24th to re-book for the next available flight, and was told a flight was available that evening for more than twice (~$2,300) the price I originally paid. I declined the offer and was told I could accept either: 1) a refund for the face value of the ticket ($940.80); or, 2) a voucher for the face value of the ticket for a future AA flight. The agent advised me to call back to select the chosen option. I contacted AA Customer Service on June 7th to book an upcoming vacation, with the intent of selecting Option 2 above. The AA customer service representative indicated the ticket no longer had value and AA would not honor either option cited above, directly contradicting the offer they had made earlier. Only after filing a complaint with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General and Aviation Consumer Protection Division - US Department of Transportation did the company agreed to offer a voucher. The catch: the ticket voucher was only good on travel before October 2015. Since I had no need to travel before then and had already booked my vacation tickets with another airline, I could not use the voucher. AA refused to alter their conditional use restrictions on the voucher. Needless to say: I will never travel on American Airlines again. read more

I have flown with American Airlines 5 times in the last 2 months and 4 of those have been delayed or canceled. The latest was last night flying from Phoenix to Seattle. I arrived at the airport 2 hours ahead and my flight 558 was supposed to leave at 6:03 pm. Then it was delayed (shocker) for what they said was half an hour. (6:30pm)Then delayed again because the plane was in the hanger. Then they announced to everyone that it's a mechanical problem and they were very vague about when or if we would fly out. After quite awhile it was announced that they found a different plane and we would be leaving at 8:50 pm and that they would be providing sandwiches, snacks and beverages for everyone. Well a cart came with chips water soda and granola bars, NO SANDWICHES!! The flight was delayed again to 9:17pm and they said they would be bringing sandwiches again for everyone and then took that back 10 minutes later and blamed it on management. Then the flight was delayed to 9:32 pm. I asked an employee if I could get a voucher for a taxi because the ride I had lined up could not get me now because of the 3 plus hour delay. I was simply told NO! Their responsibility is to just get me to the airport and getting home is my problem and that I could get an Uber of taxi. They didn't care about my problem( even though they created it)Then on the plane after taking off, the plane made a crazy rattling/whining noise that was very loud for about 15 minutes. I couldn't really here the guy sitting next to me talk, it was that loud. Oh and the plane didn't have any charging ports for cell phones and the inflight entertainment wifi didn't work ( I think that's a common problem because my last 3 flights with them it hasn't worked). I finally arrived in Seattle at 11:30 pm and needed to wait for another 2 hours for my original ride to get off work and pick me up because, I didn't have the money for Uber which would have cost $65. Thanks American Airlines for not only wasting my time but the other 187 people on the flight. I also heard in Phoenix a different American flight being delayed. My suggestion is to try a different airline that has some empathy for its customers. As for me ( a frequent flyer) I will be avoiding American Airlines now. read more

I will never fly American Airlines again. Humor me this: all my luggage can get from a foreign country to Seattle in perfect condition and then from Seattle to Chicago, they lose them? American is horrible, with severely grumpy, impolite, dull-witted employees taking their own stresses out on customers. I have flown internationally quite a bit. I have flown domestically quite a bit. American Airlines is the hands-down worst experience I've had. They lost all our baggage (which was correctly labeled, paid for, etc.) and then delivered it to us later than their promised (already-late) time the next day. The baggage claim we filed had incorrect information; the bored American Airlines employee kept looking at her watch while she entered the wrong info because it was time for her to go home and made it clear we were not her priority. I am disgusted with their service, truly disgusted. One of our late suitcases is broken; the front is extremely dirty (they must've dropped it in a puddle of mud?) and they broke off a zipper. Contents inside are broken, including something 40 years old that would've been fine if they hadn't been stupidly careless and indifferent and dropped the suitcase, as indicated by its completely dirty front. Their employees are terribly rude and seem overworked, but is that my fault? No, and I deserve at least decent treatment. They can't manage simple tasks, like getting people on the plane; we left an hour late for no reason; weather was fine, every passenger was ready to go in line. Their employees are not the kind of people I'd want to have anything to do with. I've never had such a bad experience. I will always go out of my way to avoid this awful airline. I will pay more. I will change dates. I will never give them my money again. So disgusted with this airline. Never again. They just don't care about what they do. They're so rude/careless/indifferent and I have no respect for these people. read more

I travel frequently and, in my opinion, AA is delayed 100% of the time. In fact, I'm sitting on the tarmac at Sea Tac as we speak waiting for flight 312 to depart. First they said it would be a 5 minute delay, then 20 minutes and now 50 minutes later I'm still sitting on a stationary plane. Fortunately, the egregious delay has given me time to write this yelp review. read more

Accidentally paid for two tickets instead of one and I couldn't talk to anyone to resolve the problem and instead was given a run around of phone numbers. I was ultimately ripped off. Also we were not served a meal during a 6 hour flight from Miami to Seattle but was served a meal during the 3 hour flight from Miami to Colombia. Do yourself a favor and FLY JETBLUE INSTEAD!!! read more

Flights never leave on time, the promotions for card holders change constantly so the points you earn aren't honored of you're forced to use them all at once, and it ALWAYS takes between 30-40 minutes to get bags that have been checked. Unlike Alaska where bags are guaranteed to get to you within 20minutes from the time of landing. read more

My grandfather recently passed, and I made a best guess as to when I should schedule my flights given a tight window. I got the wrong time, though, and called American's customer service to try to get rescheduled so that I could attend the graveside. American's customer service kept me on the phone for over a half hour, asking what my grandfather's full name, place of death, time of death, county of death, time and place of the graveside, and for copies of the obituary and the death certificate. After interrogating me and pulling at the most private, tender parts of my life, American decided it would be appropriate to charge me the difference in the two flights (reasonable) plus the full $200 fee for changing a flight. It would be one thing to make me relive the night of my grandfather's death and waive the fee, it would be another to make me pay the fee outright, but to make me rehearse these very personal moments and then to deny me any relief on the costs of the flight is truly inhuman and awful. If you want to be valued as a human being, DO NOT EVER FLY AMERICAN. read more

Worst customer service! Gross incompetence. Ticket agent, S. Lovre, in SEATAC airport was extremely rude. I explained I had been in line for an hour and 20 minutes and she told me "that's just the way things work here." Then told me to step back so she could help a first class passenger who had only just walked up. The line of people waiting for assistance expanded to other airlines. Many angry people. No one checked on passages in line or gave explanations. Would never fly American again! read more

Had two connecting flights. On the first flight they delayed it so that late passengers from other connecting flights could make it. Since the flight was delayed I missed my second connecting flight. Since they couldn't rebook me that day for a flight since it was late at night, my flight was rebooked for the next day. They did not pay for my hotel room nor did they give me meal vouchers. I had to sleep in the airport for a night, got the flu, and was bedridden for days. Don't let this happen to you! read more

I have flown often with American, Jet Blue, United, and many others. I had a issue on my recent flight and contacted American Airlines. They were quick to send the generic apology, "sorry, but" we don't care! I am hoping they will respond to my second correspondence, but so far I have not received any indication they are interested in my business. I work with a large group of travelers, book multiple passengers for card playing cruises and all of them book air to get to the departure port. I would like to be able to recommend American, but...I will give them a few more days to respond, then post a review with the particulars of my dissatisfaction, or hopefully with a positive endorsement. read more

Worst Airline Ever!! Recently flew from WA to Norfolk with 3 stops and started out with a different west coast airline and was switched over at stop 2 to American. As soon as I switched over my flight was delayed. Not a huge deal happens all the time and I fly several times a month. I finally get to Norfolk for my meetings but of course I am late due to the delays and miss my meetings for the first day. Then my luggage is missing completely. I have meetings the next morning starting at 7am and have no clothes other than what I flew in wearing! This wouldn't of been such a huge deal had they been nice or helpful but they were rude and didn't care one bit! Also didn't offer me any type of accommodation. No vouchers for business clothes or toiletries or shoes and underwear! Nothing! Acted like it wasn't a big deal! My luggage didn't arrive until after my second day of meetings! But even still I had forgiven them and moved on until it was time to fly them home. When I tried to fly home I had nothing but BS issues with American! First my luggage was overweight and they wanted to charge me a extra $100! I'm have idea how my bag could all of sudden be over weight when there wasn't a single extra item difference from when I flew to Norfolk! They made me open my suitcase at the counter and unload clothes and shoes right there! Also didn't even offer me a bag to put any items in! I had to throw away several items and carry all of the other articles of clothing and shoes in my hands. I finally make it through to my next stop only to be booted off my connecting with no notification and told I'm back on Alaska but they can't tell me what gate or how to get there! I finally get some nice TSA agent to help me but my they time I get there I have missed my flight. I go to the American Airlines counter and they tell me it's not their fault I missed my flight and they won't get me a hotel or help with rebooking! It's now almost 10pm and I've been traveling for 9 hours and am stuck in Chicago by myself. I finally call Alaska they rebook me and get me a hotel! Next morning was going ok until my next flight was canceled due to mechanical issues (unavoidable) I then find out that American has lost my luggage once again and it has not made it on any flights and no one knows where it is!!! After 20 hours of travel I am still not home and still have no luggage!!! I will never fly American Airlines again and will tell everyone I can not to fly them either unless they don't care about being treated like crap and having to luggage!!!! read more

My husband is an active military and we are flying home for Christmas. When I called in to schedule his flight I was told they couldn't find the flight and to have me book it then call in for the government price. The lady finally was able to locate the flight which I repeatedly gave her the information for, she was rude and would go minutes without speaking. I kept apologizing for asking numerous questions and she still wouldn't respond. The next day I called to see if I could get credit towards a future plane ticket since I didn't know about the government discount and was told the day before to call in after purchasing my ticket to get a military rate. The lady again was very rude and said "do you want to pay $300 more than you did?" I said again that I was told yesterday to do this and not to mention I paid extra for one way flights home which they canceled so then I had to switch to longer and layover flights. Again I said that I'll be sure to call in the future and ended my call. Then I received my husbands flight information and noticed they placed him in the main cabin preferred seats for free however they only did it for the way there and since we are flying back together they had him sit with me which is in the cheapest seats they had. I checked the seat chart and saw all of the main cabin give or take two seats was available so I asked them if they would be able to place him in the same seats they have for his first flight, especially when he has all of his gear with him. They told me they could only move his seat then and not mine and if I wanted to sit near him I would have to pay. I'm not in any way trying to sound like a privileged military spouse but a typical husband wouldn't leave their wife to sit in the more loungey seats so why would they not allow their spouse a seat next to them? It was very disappointing to see how they treated their military customers and I know for the future now to book with another airline, not to mention American is always late or canceled like mine already has been. read more

I give American Airlines two stars because they at least gave us a full can of soda to drink from and had entertainment on the flight although the flight attendants never made their way down the aisle to give anyone headphones. My main problem was not with the flight but with my luggage. My luggage was a no show. I then had to get a loaned car seat and the lady made it seem as if it was so great that it was a new car seat. Hello lady I'd like to have the car seat I checked in! That was no consolation prize! I waited all day the next day for my delayed baggage to come in. It came in at 9:00 the following night. For paying $15 for checking my bags I'd expect my luggage to be there. I was pissed off to say the least. I will never fly American again. I'd rather drive. read more

American Airlines had a 4 hour delay on the last flight from NYC to Seattle so I missed my connection to Vancouver. I get to Seattle and ask to be rebooked for the next flight to Vancouver the following morning. The American Airlines customer service lady books me on the flight then I ask if she can put me up in a hotel for the night as well and she starts yelling at me asking me "sir what would you like me to do? Either you get booked on the next flight in the morning or we book you a hotel for the night, it's one or the other". I'm thinking to myself, one or the other? WTF? They were the ones that made me miss my flight and now they expect me to sleep at the airport overnight to catch the next flight the following morning? LOLOL. Obviously I told her to talk to her manager and of course she had to do the walk of shame and admit she was wrong and gave me my hotel details. Only she tried to redirect me to the wrong hotel across the street from the airport when really it was a 10 minute shuttle bus ride away. She thought I was dumb enough to just walk over when of course I called them and confirmed it was the right one. Pathetic attempt to screw me over one last time. I'm sure she gets a kick out of doing this type of thing considering how depressing her life and job are. Never again AA, never again. read more

Service has gone into the toilet and add on fees have skyrocketed since merger with US AIR. Paid four full fair tickets for daughter and three grandchildren, one of whom turned two two days before flight. I was charged a non-discretionary fee of $21 per ticket for "priority status" so the children could board early -- something that had always been a free given on every other airline I have ever flown. Seats were assigned for flight to east coast but not return -- unless I paid an additional $40 per passenger for assigned seats! Had to arrive early and spent an hour at the gate trying to get my daughter seats with her children(!) Of course the flight was seriously overbooked. No coffee on the morning flight east and no food on the evening flight back. Old equipment, cramped seats, no movie on a five hour flight. Beverage cart came through once. Mileage requirements have doubled on the American awards program. I was charged an additional $75 for my wife and I because I got our mileage tickets a week before the flight. These tickets were put on a separate itinerary from my daughter, so I couldn't take advantage of my four first bag benefit and had to pay an additional $100 in baggage fees. When I complained to the counter agent and asked to speak to her supervisor, the supervisor refused to speak to me and told the counter agent to "handle the matter." I have canceled my American Airlines AAdvantage card and will never fly American again. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I had checked in earlier on the app for my dad's flight so we got to the kiosk and was told we need to go to U.S. Airways instead. We got to us airways and they told us we were given wrong info and were supposed to be at American all along. So just walking back and forth took a bit of time. Once we got to the check in finally, 41 minutes before the plane was going to depart and we were told their check in baggage part ended 45 minutes before departure. We kept asking if they would call the gate and see if there is anything they can do. Then another lady (there was like 7 people who were just standing around) without even looking just said we can't do anything but put you on standby for the next flight. After a lot of prodding they told us we can hate check it if we can get it through security. So my father being a heart patient was already in pain and was frustrated and the American Airlines people refused to help at all. They were so incredibly rude I couldn't get over it. At least try to help out or be sympathetic instead of telling us "we can't do anything it's on aa.com" and then going back to gossiping with the rest of useless people standing around doing NOTHING. That's it. I'm paying more next time and flying through other airlines. Never been so disappointed in a while. So in case you guys have to check in at sea-tac and go through American, have fun getting checked in by people who're more interested in joking Around and talking to each other more than helping out their clients. read more

My first and last time to fly with American Airlines: I am a larger woman and I paid extra for seats on two of my flights so that I would not be a burden to other passengers. Why I don't know there was nothing different about them. My last flight to my destination was cancelled and I did not find out until I was on my way to the gate. They tried to rout me to another airport with little knowledge of the other airport. After a four hour delay I arrived at my destination. On the way back home my luggage did not make it with me and they had it delivered to my home the next day. When I went to unzip my luggage the zipper pull was missing and the zipper smashed. I had to rip my luggage open to get my belonging out of it. Now after submitting a claim, for the luggage, I get treated like the "hot potato" and nobody knows whom I should talk to or what should be done about it. American Airlines will not be getting any of my business nor recommendation ever again. read more

YCZRRL(seat 9A-adult, 9B-kid, 9C-kid, 13B-kid,13C-adult) and 8Y72EY6 (one seat, adult), were our confirmation code and seat number. And 2015.Dec.12 morning one adult (9A) couldn't board on but 9A person was in SFO to shift the seat. So our family asked to the agent to make our kids sit with adults. But she did't change and my 2 kids sitting on 9B,9C were crying and scared on the flight. And they even noticed me about cancellation.She just took my seat away and left kids alone. If she had changed 8Y72EY6 (one seat, adult) with 9A, all kids are together with adults ,and kids must have a good flight time instead of scared for being alone with kids . And I told to Mr. Marcelo at SFO boarding office(he said he was a supervisor), but he teased me and was very rude and didn't even tried to listen to my words. He repeated to tell me "why didn't you just asked our agent? We have no crystal ball to see your seats arrangement." But we asked several times to make kid and adult sit together. I think I'll have to let public know about AA's unfair seat allocation and rude Mr. Marcelo's attitude. I flight many times to Japan and Europe with my family, and this was the most horrible moment. And the passenger in 9A(who boarded on my seat) in the airplane didn't show any mercy to yield his or her seat to kids. Is this American Airline passenger's culture? No mercy for the kids and No yields?I think every tourist traveling through AA should know about AA's no mercy for children policy. read more

if I could give no stars I would. My husband purchased round trip tickets for my son and I out of Okinawa,Japan to Seattle WA. We are a US Marine Corps family stationed overseas in Japan. I had to go back to the states for medical work up for a disease I am battling right now. The Specialist doctors in the states needed me to extend my stay and gave me a military overseas waiver and a medical waiver to submit to American. When I called I received the nastiest customer service and was told that they do not accept medical waivers and I would not be any exception because I was not any more important than any one else. I immediately said thank you and hung up the phone. Later my uncle called for me. A retired soldier of 30 years and he was told that American Airlines does not care if he is military and that the military does not make a difference in the situation. If I did not receive the medical attention I needed I was told that I may possibly be in a wheel chair in a year or two for the rest of my life. I called once more and an American Airlines customer service agent told me I will not get anything accomplished by calling again. There is an overseas military clause with most airlines that protect us and those who are serving from issues like this. My husband is deployed constantly putting his life on the line so people like those at American Airlines can continue to have their freedom and continue to tell overseas military families like us,that we do not matter. Shouldn't a company that represents America at least try and support those serving America to a certain extent.I have never been so disgusted in my life with customer service agents or an airline. This post may end up getting deleted or hidden but I will not stop fighting until everyone out there knows that American Airlines does not care or choose to help and aid military families in a time of need. read more

the flight attendents didnt even bother showing what to do in case of an emergency landing, they barely even made one pass for drinks of any kind. when i tried to talk to them, all of em gave both me and my mom below average attitude. the pilots were awesome though. read more

Just flew American Airlines from LA to home in Eugene. Almost. After an 8 hour weather delay we boarded the plane and sat. And sat. And sat. Until the pilot announced his co-pilot was a no-show and they had to have another sent in. Fine. Stuff happens. 2 hours later we were off. Very late. So late that those of us that knew Eugene mentioned that the airport closes at 11pm. They said they knew and made arrangements. As we approached Eugene, the pilots descended, then climbed back up. On intercom we were told we were rerouted to Portland. Eugene was dark. Portland rerouted us to Seattle where we sat for 6 more hours. In that time we got our bags and new tickets to Eugene. Then came the announcement that they wouldn't fly to Eugene, it was frozen and wouldn't let them land. We called. Eugene told us they were fine and 100% operational landing planes as we were speaking. Talked to AA again. Their ONLY option was to go with plane back to LA and then and only then book on to Eugene. They lied. Simple as that. Stranded 40 families 7 hours from their homes with no attempt to right the situation. Shame on them. Ultimately they said to a crowd of people,"fly back to LA or figure it out for yourselves ". Never, ever use this airline. read more

However, contacting customer service via phone can be frustrating due to long wait times or returning a call back. Also, I tried to communicate via their chat portal and if you don't answer within a timely manner (2 minutes), the AI Or person will disconnect with you. This happened on two occasions when I was trying to change flight date. I finally gave up. Flight - ATL -SEA 3.25 Stars The flight crew were pleasant and professional. However, AK has forgo the water at the seat in First class. We had to wait until most of the passengers were seated before we receive a cup of water. Our flight attendant was friendly, had a wonderful smile and professional but there were times, she waited a lot longer to pickup the finished drinks or meals. She seemed preoccupied with other duties. We weren't the only one that she forgot to bring drinks or pickup the dishes. Food: 3 Stars Breakfast was presented nicely and looked good. Served w chips, humid and veggies and chocolate cake. The humus was flavorful and hint of spicy to it. Cake was moist and had a deep chocolate flavor. To kick it up a notch, spread the humus to the burger instead of mayo or mustard. It made the burger more delicious! AK Airlines doesn't have IFE, but you could watch or text with their free WiFi. Also, there is $8 option. If you have a T-Mobile account then it is free. We flew on a 737-900 series. The first class seats were large and comfortable. After arrival to Seattle airport, we stopped by to talk w customer service agent. Cynthia (4 Stars) assisted us to see if we could change an our flight to ANC for an earlier flight. We had a 8 1/2 hour layover and we noticed there was an earlier flight. We were willing to seat in Premier or Coach instead of First Class. She contacted customer service phone line to get assistance. She thought because of our First Class seats, we would be able to chance the class seat but the person told her due we would have to exchange our first class for another set of first class seats on a different flight. The person couldn't downgrade us to a different class seat selection. Weird! She was surprised herself. We thanked for her assistance. So, I struck out on changing my flights (phone, chat, and physical person). So this where the overall rating is lower than expected. Addendum from SEA - ANC Our first class flight attendant was wonderful. Positive, lots of energy, professional and was very pleasant to talk to. Greeted us when we walked in, had our pre-departure drink within 10 minutes of be seated and had our preorder meals within the hour of the flight. She was delightful. Though the 737-9Max wasn't as clean as it should be. I brush off some crumbs from my seat and there were a couple of coffee stirrers on the floor near our seats. The first class seats are modern but not as cushy as the older seats in the 737-900 series plane. So, would I use them again? Probably, but strictly use mile or pay cash. I think using miles and cash made our flights more difficult to change.

I told her " Are we speaking to you with hostility? Why are we receiving this tone from you?" With amazement she responds with " I am speaking to you with hostility! What do you want to do about it." Shocked my mother reply's with " you must be having a long day" with remorse and she says " MY DAY HAS JUST STARTED" Absolutely horrible employee delta has chosen to handle customers. Unapologetic and acknowledging hostility when receiving none. Not only was the scheduling of delta to have a connecting flight leave early with out the paying lay over customers. To then be given Christine the hostile employee really ruined the end of our vacation. I hope this isn't in the training that Delta provides for employees on how to handle customers looking for other ways to get home. Christine is responsible for us considering other airlines when flying next time.

From curb check-in, Ticket counter and Gate agents, everyone still greets me with a smile, and goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. I especially would like to point out a recent experience I had at the Seattle Ticket Counter with agent: Vise - She was so gracious, and worked to reroute us even though our booked flights were over 10 hours away still, and put us in seats together through both legs of our trip and got us home a half day earlier than planned. This has helped me realize that great customer service still exists and that is why I still Fly SWA! :)

You will be pestered with emails suggesting to pay for this and that in advance to make your trip more pleasant or predictable. You MAY be asked to prove that your hand luggage fits in their size bins (there were two next to my gate with stern warnings, so you can try in advance). You CAN pay through the app in the airport if you need to convert your personal item into a carry-on but that will eat some of the savings. The seats do not tilt; because of that the seating area is actually wider and pant size 42 man comfortably fits with no intrusion to the neighboring space. IMHO 44 should fit too. Your flight crew WILL be nice and bottomless tea or coffee will be 4 bucks. The lavatory is, probably, not cleaned between the flights. I was first and the seat was already "sprinkled" and one of two rolls of toilet paper was already down to the bare core. Short delays are very common with Frontier (at least on LAX-SEA they are) but usually they recover most of it through the flight. My flight left 20 minutes late but arrived on-time. If you fly with just the "personal item" AKA small backpack 18x14x8", accept the toilet situation (I am not saying that they never clean, only that on my flight it was not - for sure), and OK with the need to walk / take a free shuttle from the gate to the airplane, you will save 35%. If you have carry on, you will save ~15%, and if you are flexible with your travel dates, you will fly half-price comparing to the major airlines. The caveat is the usual - no changes and no upgrades of anything.

Their conversations consisted of a kind of flirty exchange where the woman was sharing her entire dating life, stories about being drunk and even saying that she has 6 months clean. They continued talking extremely loudly despite multiple passengers looking back and questioning how they could be so unaware. The plane was extremely quiet as many people were returning from Las Vegas so extremely tired and trying to nap. After about 45 minutes, I went to the bathroom near them and politely asked if they realized that the whole back half of the plane e could hear their entire conversation. The response was that this is how they keep themselves awake on the job and began laughing and exchanging undermining and outwardly rude glances. I went back to my seat and about 10 minutes later, a man who was two rows from the back of the plane stood up and asked something similar to the following...would you guys mind keeping it down? We have spent the entire time on this flight listening to your discussions about inappropriate subjects and we would appreciate it if you would remain professional and spare us the details of your personal lives. They laughed and did not respond at which point t he said, "no wonder the higher up's don't like you." They continued to converse loudly and snicker about the passengers requests. At one point a different flight attendant approached them and we thought she would be asking them to quiet down but within moments she was laughing and clearly not informing them that they were out of line. At this time, I was filming and attempting to Document the situation. The woman then approached my seat and demanded that I stop recording. She had a red card and said if I did not stop recording she would hand the red card and I would be met by the police upon landing. When I tried to explain the situation, she said that she was unaware of that and when I asked for a supervisor, she stated the there was no supervisor on board and reminded me that it is against privacy rules to Record anyone without their permission. Overall, this was the worst flight I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was astounding. I will never fly with Frontier again.

One thing I would recommend bringing if you want to work on the plane is a HDMI cord! You can hook your laptop to the bigger screen :) Bathroom: Very spacious and always so clean! Definitely made it a pleasant experience to change into pajamas without worrying about the "wet" floor. Comparing this experience to the one Emirates business class flight I took in the past, I would say Qatar Airways definitely won with the food and service. If you want the Qsuite experience, make sure to check the plane model and cross check with seat guru and such! Definitely worth the splurge and experience :)

Bag fees are tricky for me. If I have a short trip I don't need to pack a lot. No matter what you do, you do get a free personal item. That is really calling it too tight for comfort, IMO. So, for this last trip I did an upgrade on their website for $35 per way, per person ($140.00 total). My extra $140 got us assigned seating to sit next to my partner for both flights near the front of the plane for both legs. It also got both of us a free carry-on item each, both ways in addition to our personal item. More than enough for a 2-day trip! Considering the fact that, if you checked in a bag at the airport day of, it could cost you $65 per bag, per leg that feels like a great deal! I mean, even with the extra money my total ticket price is still under $200 each round trip. I can totally live with that! As for the flights themselves, it is still Spirit so keep your expectations reasonable (read:low). Both flights were delayed, but nothing too bad. Usual mix of some very nice employees and some mildly passive ones as well. Nothing too bad. Honestly, I can bitch all I want, but I know for the right price and a short enough trip I will use them again. 3 stars.

The airline is known for offering flights to the most destinations around the world. I flew on Turkish a few years ago from Seattle to Thessaloniki via Istanbul during spring break. For the most part, it was a good experience. The pluses are mostly with the in-flight experience. They use Dreamliner planes and serve tasty meals on all flights, including my short haul flights to and from Greece. The IFE system has extensive entertainment and they give all passengers an amenity bag on long haul flights. Lastly, the baggage allowance is generous as you can check in 2 bags. I do also want to bring up some items to consider booking on Turkish. My flight to Istanbul was nearly a hour late, but I still made my connection. Try not to book flights with short layovers. Also some of the connections have long layovers to destinations in the Middle East and Central Asia with flights arriving at odd hours. You may want to consider doing a stopover in Istanbul instead, which Turkish has a good program for. Lastly, gate security in Istanbul is extensive. So expect a thorough check of your carryon items before your flight. Overall, I enjoyed flying on Turkish. It is a well run airline with good fares to Europe and a great in-flight experience. However, you should consider travel time, especially layovers and the amount of backtracking needed to get to your destination when deciding whether to book.

Our layover was long enough to be able to get to our next gate, and yet short enough to feel like we weren't wasting time. The flight was frankly luxurious compared to other long international flights. We flew to South America yearly for a while, and the economy experience on Turkish Airlines was like the Business Class experience on the unnamed airline to Montevideo. There were always two options for the meals. My wife was able to get gluten-free meals. The help staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It may well have been the best long flight experience in my life.

Finnair partner up with British airways business lounge and it was very decent food and drinks (compare what I had with Lufthansa last year few celery sticks and a cookie). The lounge wasn't so big and one can hear some rude people speaking loud on their phones but it had a nice view of the runway. Our flight was on time and I was settling in my Business class seat after short boarding process. They welcomed me with the drink ( I choose their signature blueberry juice and Northern Blush cocktail -must try) and they also provide amenity kit (which was disappointing) It didn't had toothbrush or any socks, also their cream had very bad smell and texture. I hope they will improve that. The wireless phone charger didn't work for me because my phone has a case and it was not picking it up. Pillow blanket and pad were provided, also I noticed that I didn't got any slippers because when I was leaving the plane I saw many people had same slippers. Food was very good on the way there. I had for an appetizer crab meat with mayo mousse, caprese salad and nice piece of salmon with veggies. For dessert I had raspberry tart with tea. And plenty of blueberry juice- thats my favorite! (Unfortunately food on the way back wasn't great. They ran out of their signature drink Northern Blush at Helsinki which is Finnair hub!!! Smocked salmon on the way back was too salty and too smocked. Weird food options like shrimp quiche for breakfast or pork dinner which is not so appealing even to person that doesn't have any dietary restrictions. Both breakfast and dinner were bad, breakfast looked poor and tasted poor and dinner I couldn't even eat. Also why to serve cauliflower as a side on a long haul flights). Important to note seat doesn't recline but it lay flat! So you can't adjust it for a recliner like on other planes. Also belt is like in a car. But it didn't bothered me because I could adjust leg part of the seat but not the back. Entertainment was good and they had a lot of good new movies available. I wasn't bored at all! I watch Missis Harris goes to Paris (what an amazing inspirational movie) and The unbearable weight of massive talent. Bed was cozy and I had 4 h nap and woke up to breakfast. Hour and a half before landing in Helsinki they served us Breakfast which was very generous. It had cheese & ham, croissant, bread muffin, fruits, omelette, yogurt and mini jam. I was full and ready to spend 6 h layover at Helsinki! (Originally was 1h40m but then they changed it) Enjoyed my flight and definetely will consider again. Hopefully they will keep their good pricing compare to Swiss and Lufthansa!

I was a bit skeptical at first as I had originally booked with British Air, only to find out that the flights were operated by Finnair. Thankfully, there was clear communication regarding flight details once booked. Onboard, the cabin crew were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all passengers were comfortable.The meals served were well proportioned for "airline food." You must try their signature blueberry juice! There was a slight delay departing Seattle, but I had no issues with my connecting flight in Helsinki. All of my other flights took off on time, and we arrived a few minutes early each time. The only drawback is with luggage. My particular ticket was for carry-on luggage only. Finnair has a max combined weight of 8kg (~17.5 lbs), which can be difficult to meet with most suitcases. I used a light-weight travel backpack and just barely made the cutoff. Overall, Finnair exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for anyone traveling from Seattle, WA to Vilnius, Lithuania. I will be flying with Finnair again!

This number is available all day long and can be used for all purposes, including cancellation within 24 hours of booking to get a full refund on condition that it was done at least 7 days in advance. *A Different Reality: American Flight 368 New York JFK - LaGuardia* Unfortunately, premium travel does not always guarantee good experiences. For example, flight 368 from New York JFK to LaGuardia Airport has turned out to be far more complex than one could ever imagine due to the mere six miles of the path. The attitude of the air hostess was very rude because she appeared tired and/or unemotional while walking down the aisle. Without showing any signs of excitement or happiness, she passed us the water which did not really make the whole middle of the plane cozy and welcoming despite of all the friendly advertisements around. In contrast to premium travel descriptions, the seats were comfortable; I was actually surprised how much room there was taking into consideration the cheap ticket. They have recently installed those new stretchable recliners that actually work well. As a result, I could not even touch the tray table during the takeoff which is extremely rare for such a short distance. And the leather upholstery of the seats did not crack during the four hours of the flight despite of my elbows. The most unpleasant thing is that during the turbulence near the Newark airspace no one was informed about it until three rows ahead of us had coffee spilled on each other's laps. This is contrary to the "professional cabin crew responding with warmth, confidence" promised in premium travel descriptions. However, the mood immediately changed upon landing at LGA when everyone started chatting happily with their neighbors over the snacks. Thus, provided a decent product with the good seating design compensating for poor hospitality--great value for the price of a commute home. On 9/23/19 My wife and I had a flight to Mobile al.departing at 8pm. It was cancelled with no reason given. I was sent an email and text at 6:29pm that we were being rerouted to Mobile thru Dallas Tx on a flight that left at 5:58 thirty minutes before we received the Text. We were given a hotel voucher for the night and (1) one $12 meal voucher each for (3) Three meals Dinner on 9/23 and Breakfast and Lunch on 9/24 as our new flight was at 1250 on 9/24. We could not eat off of Mc'donalds dollar menu for that. Dinner on 9/23 was 49.78 plus tip. Our Breakfast was 18.56 plus tip Lunch. Our lunch at the airport was 34.98 plus tip. No alcohol was consumed as we are not consumers of alcohol. I also have to pay an additional parking day at Mobile $10. We had 3 tickets to a Paw Patrol concert in Mobile to take our grandson $ 67 each. It took place at 10am the time we were still in Charlotte waiting for our 12:50 pm rescheduled flight. The real issue is trying to explain to a 3-year-old he did not get to see Paw Patrol a show he had been anxiously awaiting because a company has to pay their CEO 12 million dollar a year and some bean counter figured out a way to save a few dollars at the inconvenience a few passengers. My wife is handicapped and had to go thru TSA check again. The extra time standing is very hard on her as she has had back and knee surgery. She also suffers from mental health issue anxiety related and her medicine was on our checked bags as she only had enough on her carry on for the day. There were 2 earlier flights that we were not given an opportunity to book that because I had booked this flight with points which obviously affected the rebooking options. It should be noted that the points used were from being a loyal American Airline customer in the past. I must emphasize from the past as I will only fly American as a last resort in the future. When we arrived at Mobile a day late our luggage was not on the plane. The counter clerk in Mobile was a poorly trained employee that could not determine where our bags were. She provided a 1 800 # and we reported our bags delayed/lost. After I call the number provide it was determined our bags were in the Mobile airport. We were told they would be delivered after 6:30 pm as that was the last delivery run of the day. The next Day Wednesday 9/25 I again called about our bags. I was told they were in Mobile airport and they would call when the lost baggage office opened. There is not a lost baggage office for AA in the airport only Delta has an office to address lost baggage on site. The personal at the ticket counter handle lost bag status as there are employees there at 5:30 am to handle the 4 flights that leave before 10am. I guess multitasking is not a skill required of your employees. Again, I was told my bags would be delivered that day. At 5:30 pm I called again praying my bags would make the 6:30 run but they did not. My bags were finally delivered at 11am CST after calling again Thursday morning. I first tried to file a complaint thru your website. The first attempt I was timed out as I was composing the complaint. I logged on again and this time there was a character limit on your complaint. I am very disappointed that we were used to increase your corporate profits as plane was probably cancelled due to not enough ticket sold to maximize your profit. I also find STARLUX's pricing to be very competitive and enjoy nerdy side facts like how their standardized call sign is "Starwalker." For some constructive feedback, I find the bathroom sinks don't seem to drain very well and are too small to not make a mess. I imagine that is specific to the airplane model and not necessarily something in their control. The paper towels provided, though sturdy, also tear super easily from the dispenser, so it makes it hard to grab one without leaving a paper towel massacre. The soothing scents and lotion usually decrease my anxiety around trying to leave the bathroom sink in a good shape after using it. I appreciate the plentiful snacks, but they are all quite dry. I find myself reluctant to eat many since there isn't any accompanying beverage service which is understandable since most guests are sleeping. I wonder if maybe someone could be following with water behind the snack person? This seems more accessible than me hitting the call button multiple times as I try to enjoy the plentiful spread of cracker options. I also think some of their food could use more palate cleansing vegetables or something. I generally like their food, but the ginger noodles for breakfast were quite greasy. I love the ability to pre-order and review the menu since I often find myself stuck with limited options on other airlines due to some dietary restrictions. I'm surprised more people don't pre-order. It started all well at the counter before boarding. My carry on is overweight and I do not want to check it in. The lady asked me to take just one jacket out of it... they are also very organized. Boarding was exactly on time. The plane is spotless clean and the amenities you receive in economy equal maybe economy plus or even business. Yes they give you toiletries, slippers and a full bottle of water! You preorder your food and I am looking forward for my congee! Hopefully my review will stay positive by the end of this trip

After visiting Seoul for four nights it did take us almost 1.5 hours to get to the airport. Once we reached Incheon airport we found the help desk at the Korean airlines. We didn't need to checkin baggage but we had a question if we would be able to get into the Korean Air lounge which we were given a complimentary pass by the guy who helped us bc he noticed we were booked on a prestige ticket to Seattle. So glad I asked him for information! He could speak great English too. So we had a snack there & found our way to board the plane. From there it was pure heaven. The stewardesses gave us absolutely excellent service. We had so much food & drink for two different meals. We liked the set up of their first class which I thought was way better than Hawaiian airlines. The complimentary bag with sleeping masks, lotion, toothbrush & toothpaste & lip gloss was so classy. They even had an area you can stash it away. They did provide you with slippers, pillow & blankets. Loved the privacy of first class. The food was AMAZING! You won't starve for sure. The only complaint I have for them would be their seats, too small for 18 hours flights, sometimes it's uncomfortable to sit for elderly folks, their bathroom also flooded with many people waiting outside, just not sure why they took so long to do their business. Their flight attendants were no polite and nicely accommodating as much as they could, they ran out of seafood meals, but they didn't let me feel left out by pulling out 5 meals for me and others, just magically appeared. And yes, they do feed you thru out your flight, plenty of times not just your main 3 meals of the day.

Spoiler alert, not a single cart came through here and there is more than enough space to freely walk where you want. Coming back her to fly out, I thought I was in for it. When I got off the light rail and made my way towards the terminal it looked like the longest line at an amusement park. I took my time outside because I thought I was going to be in a line forever. Still forever before I made my way to the gate, I was never happier to have Precheck. I got through that line rather quickly. On my way to the gate, I made a stop for food. I had my choices but went with fast. But the gate, lord was it crowded. I needed to find a place to eat my food, but the gates were just crowded with a ton of people. I did not care where I ate, as long as I could get my food down. While eating that's when two other flyers got into an argument, swapping name calls and getting in each others face. I had enough with it and turned around and told them to cut it out. It was not the time, nor the place. So many tired people, nowhere to sit, take it elsewhere. I finished my food, found a garbage can through the sea of people and made my way to a Hudson News to grab a puzzle book to kill the time until my flight boarded. By the time I made it back to my gate the flight before mine had boarded and seats had cleared out. I found one of the high top seats and settled in. It wasn't long until we were set to board and I was out of there.

I was very disappointed in our experience with Faris town car. We use them when transferring from a…read morehotel to the cruise terminal, and that ride was fine. However, our second ride, which took us from the cruise terminal to the airport was awful. There were six of us, and we had hired a shuttle to the airport for our party. We had very little time between disembarkation and the flight check-in. However, the first shuttle that arrived told us that they weren't our shuttle and that we needed to wait for the next shuttle. We waited another 20 minutes for the next shuttle, and when that guy got there, he proceeded to wait to see if he could pick up additional passengers. We told him that we were in a hurry and that we were nearing the check-in time, but that didn't matter. The second thing is more of a serious issue rather than an annoyance. The rear passenger brakes were metal on metal. There was also a very loud vibration in the back end of the van. Metal on metal brakes can be especially dangerous because it can cause the brakes to overheat and completely fail. We were going highway speeds and it was pretty scary. So in our experience, Faris does not maintain their vehicles, putting passengers at great risk. I would not recommend them.

Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.
