So i used pliers and a wrench and gave it a good loving. Walked out with a single use goop wipes also. Turns out our water pump failed and well, it was safe to drive short distances. So we could drive 15-20 minutes at a jaunt without damaging the computer, and that's what we did. Our drive home from Brandon was the longest drive we've ever taken. SO .. many stops, so many pauses, but it took us.. 2.5 times as long because of the fear of damaging the car.

As I walked in, I could see a very busy staff, but no customers. One staff member mentioned to the others to assist me. But, with no one heading in my direction, he ended up helping me. I bought the tranny fluid, but told him I did not feel comfortable using the brand he chose. After assuring me, I thanked him and left. I called Hyundai and they recommended I not use what I bought from NAPA. I stopped elsewhere and got the brand Hyundai suggested. Feeling relief, I stopped to return the fluid at NAPA. Once again, the same gentleman waited on me. Nice guy, really. But, when I asked him to show me under the hood where and how, he asked someone else to help me. It wasn't upsetting, I just thought it odd that the staff was more focused on doing other things than stepping out for a 5 minute tutorial - customer service. I was pleasantly shown how and where to put in the fluid, though. Thank you, gentlemen for your help. A little bit more focus on customers, please?
