Its been 8 days since our initial pick up date. They stoppped answering our calls and responding to our emails. To add insult to injury, upon finally receiving my car, I was presented with a $120 storage fee. This was the 2nd company that I tried to use to get a race car transported from CA to GA. They talk a good game but in reality, the people they subcontract with must not think much of them because I waited over a week to still not have my pickup scheduled. When I booked with another company and called them to cancel, they used scare tactics telling me that the company I just booked with would not get my car picked up faster and that they would destroy my car in the process. After about a week of no confirmation of someone to ship, I get a call saying that they underbid and need another $341 to secure a shipper... About 48 hours later I finally got confirmation that someone will be picking up my car. They got the car to me in about 72 hours. The driver himself was great. Communicated well and was very forthcoming that the mirror cap of my car flew off during transport. Not a big deal and I appreciated his honesty. Everything seemed fine and up front and professional when they took the money. Then the 1 to 2 day pick up window passed. I called after a week and they said I need to be patient some cases take longer than others and my car was one of the few that hit the 10% window. They say right up front that 10% take longer and unfortunately mine is one of those. I now feel that is a deception and that 90% get extended and only 10% happen as expected. After two weeks they did not answer their phones any more and they answered by machine. They never returned a single call us back with information despite our pleadings. It has now been 7 weeks. I determined that they must be going out of business to be so rude and unsympathetic. They are now a scam operator in spite of their history and some old reviews. I wish I had trusted the Yelp reviews. Hired this company to transport a car from New Orleans to LA. They don't actually do the shipments; they're more of a referral service which is pretty typical. They promise a three day range and were unable to find a carrier, despite my frequent calls to them and their constant assurances that I had nothing to worry about. With 4 hours left on Day 3 they told me that they were "adding to the offer" and took great pains to tell me it was at their expense not mine, as if I was supposed to be grateful. I rarely leave reviews but this was some of the worst service I've ever received from any company so I had to warn others! My husband and I were moving out of state and needed our vehicles transported in a timely manner so we paid for priority hoping our cars would make it around the same time with us. That was NOT the case we had our cars dispatched to 4 DIFFERENT carriers before they finally matched us with someone who could pick it up. We were stuck having to keep the priory that we paid for (priory is SUPPOSED to guarantee 2 day window for pick up they picked up after 5 days!) because my husband needed his vehicle for his job. To top off all the miscommunication and run around with getting our cars picked up. When we were calling to get updates on our cars we kept getting a very rude agent who was not helpful at all. At some point he hung the phone up our face after we were just trying to get some answers as to if our vehicles were getting picked up that day( it had been assigned to 2 drivers that day that both cancelled and we had a flight the next day). This whole ordeal added so much extra stress and money (Wasted money on priority and we had to extend our rental) to our already hectic move to another state. We hired this company to ship two of our cars in ENCLOSED carriers. When the cars arrived they were filthy. Covered in grease and mud inside and out. We documented the cars the day they were shipped and they were in perfect condition newly detailed and we documented the cars upon arrival. They refuse to take responsibility and fix the repairs and then just ghosted us. They also siphoned all the gas out of our gas tanks. HORRIFIC experience with this company. read more

Since I sold my home and had to surrender occupancy to the new owner on the pickup date, A neighbor who I hardly knew reluctantly agree to babysit my classic until the pickup occurred. For a fee of course, I don't blame them for that. The incompetent folks at AAS lied to me on a continuous basis and stopped taking or returning my calls after they totally blew the scheduled pick up which btw I arranged a month in advance. My car arrived in filthy condition which did not surprise me except somewhere along its journey of 1,200 miles the drivers window was left down for a period which did nothing good for the white interior. I made multiple attempts to contact the company to get an update on my dispatch. No one would get back to me. I was hoping someone would just admit they forgot it was a holiday weekend and update me with an accurate timeline. I followed the phone prompts and days later someone called me. I missed the call and tried calling back immediately and nothing. I ended up calling again but ignoring the phone prompts and finally getting in touch with someone. Jerry answered the phone and was VERY RUDE. I never gave anyone attitude or yelled, I calmly asked what was the timeline and he disrespectfully said "were you on the phone just now, did you listen to anything I said, you took your phone and tapped standard correct?" I asked where is this hostility coming from and he said, I could say the same thing about you but I never gave him a reason to talk to me like that. Honestly he was discriminating & stereotyping me. Of course a day later they had more information for me. I got in touch with the driver that was assigned to pick up my vehicle and he mentioned that I would have to pay an extra $100 to ensure he wouldn't be fined for the car being overweight. I said that shouldn't be a problem, I will clear my trunk. The very next day I got a charge on my credit card without my consent for $100. Side note, I already paid everything in full, there should be no more extra charges. So I imagined the truck driver assigned to picking up my vehicle asked the company for that money. Of course I called back to understand why I was getting charged and unfortunately Jerry answered the phone with the same nasty negative attitude. He said "I don't see a charge, I don't know anything about it and I'm not going to look into it now, the banks are closed." I simply asked to make a note on my account and once he had more information to reach back out to me. Of course no one called me. On the day of my dispatch the driver refused to load my vehicle until I paid $100. I said you should have it, the company charged me. The driver said he needs the payment in Zelle now or he wouldn't proceed. I called the company, here comes Jerry again with the same attitude, he said "I will refund you, pay the driver." All in all, I'm very grateful that my vehicle made it safely to its destination but I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.
