I had the pleasure of attending American, my teacher (Armondo) was so professional, the school was great, and I got a job right away

It was easy to email, setup what we wanted, and book. Chef was on time, very professional, and made a delicious and impressive meal. Chef and his CDC were great. They came in, assembled the gas grill paella setup (indoors and it worked great, not smokey). His assistant offered to make us all a cocktail with ingredients we had on hand which was really nice. They even brought fancy ice cubes for our drinks. When the paella was ready, chef brought it out for us to see and take photos, it was like art! The paella pan was HUGE for 11 people! We got the just the paella dinner, and it was a lot of food. They served us bread, a salad, and then the paella course. We got the classic seafood paella and it was delicious! SO MUCH seafood. We each got a lobster tail, 2 scallops, clams, mussels, calamari, octopus, shrimp..... it was incredible. The whole night felt like such a great value and the presentation was so impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to have chef William back for any future getaways to Palm Springs!

Sadly due to Liability issues they were not able to give me a cut or the scalp treatment because I do have psoriasis on my scalp and pre what the instructor said it looked dry and red, but no open wounds. So if you have psoriasis on your scalp I would suggest looking elsewhere, but other than that everyone was lovely at the establishment and they were willing to be as helpful as they could be given the situation.

My first time and she was doing gel and I thought maybe thatscwhat they only do as I saw no other nail polish. When she was done I said I'm having a pedicure as well and they were looking to find someone else to do it. I said no to pedicure. The poor manicurest did not have good tools and the gel machine kept going off. She was sweet and I did tip her. The front desk told me they were charging me for nails only because he tried to void out my pedicure but it voided both procedures. He tried to explain my experience was bad because someone called off sick and I said it's not very professional to tell me that excuse. I try to support cosmetology schools as I went to one and am still in the business. Please do better with your staff and your customers.
