I visited this nail salon today for a manicure and pedicure. I opted to go here instead of my usual place because this is closer to my place and less expensive. Huge mistake. The employees were very nice, but I am extremely disappointed in the service. My nails look horrible and have a ton of glue and powder under and around my nails. They are also very thick and lumpy. My pedicure was very overwhelming with the polish coming off not even 30 minutes after I got home. I don't know the names of the people that assisted, but there was a guy who did my pedicure and manicure. Then a sweet lady came over to do some clean up and add some extra coats of polish as it was very streaky. I spent a total of four hours there for a manicure and pedicure. Completely unacceptable. Id say the only pros are the nice employees, inexpensive prices, and the fact that they don't try to upsell you, which is extremely annoying. I would not recommend. I usually go to this nail shop I've actually gone the entire pandemic when it was just the wife and husband but my last experience will be the last. Please don't go here!! It used to be good and the reviews are old, but not anymore. Today I had an appointment, and first of all it took them 2:30 hours to JUST do my toes! And not even nice! They cut my toe nails like a kid! Even shorter!! even though I told them I don't want it that short! They really couldn't even put a nail polish in a nice way on it! And then my hands! The picture shows how I got out of there! I wanted gel and they put 2 thick layers on nail polish on my nails to cover all their mistakes! It was ridiculous. Really good customer service. The owner is really nice and personable. She made sure we were comfortable and even offered us complimentary drinks - my best friend and I had the green tea. My nail technician was really meticulous and took her time to make sure the nail color was even and smooth. They have a lot of nail colors to choose from but in the future I hope they offer more of the breathable nail color brands like Zoya. When I called to ask if they did, they said yes but then when I got there, the lady said sorry, they are actually in storage? (insert confused look). My normal nail spot is fantastic, but also unfortunately 25 minutes away... so you know in Houston traffic at peak time you can make that 45 minutes away. Alas, I searched Yelp for a 'cheap' nail salon near my home just to get a quick shellac. I came across this spot, and the 5% Yelp check-in offer was a plus. The nail salon was quiet. I was the only one in there the entire 2 hours I was there. It's kind of a hole-in-the-wall spot, so really don't expect luxury here. But what's most important is that it was CLEAN! Yeah the walls are crazy colors and the furniture is old, but everything was clean and orderly. You can tell they take care of the shop. I had acrylic nails on, so I got a soak $5 to remove them and then did a simple shellac manicure. The nail techs were kind, but I will say they took FOREVER!!!!! I only had 8 nails on (two fell off), and did a simple manicure (cut, buff, cuticles) with TWO coats of shellac, and it took 2 hours. I think my nail tech, as good of a job as she did, was moving a the slowest snail speed ever. So yes, come here if you want cheap, pretty nails... but do not come here if you are in any kind of hurry! Lol. All-in-all good service. Not a bad place. read more

I was searching for a place to get nails done for prom and picked this place because of their reasonable pricing. They were fantastic! I showed the lady (I wish I could remember her name because she did SUCH a wonderful job) a picture from Pinterest and she recreated it perfectly. They were all so nice at the salon. I also got a pedicure and a few weeks prior, I had ran my big toe over with a chair and it was cracked down the middle. I explained this to them and they were sure to be extra delicate with the toe and glued the nail back and did a fabulous pedicure. I will say though that the night I went was the busiest I have ever seen a nail salon. I managed to beat the rush, and when I arrived, a couple people were already getting something done. After I arrived, about seven to nine people came in over the course of an hour. All the customers decided to wait (they were sadly short staffed and only had three or four people working, and triple the amount of patrons.) However they managed to multi task quite well and I still felt like I was a priority and received royal treatment. They even stayed two hours late and didn't turn anyone away, even though it was close to closing when they came in. I loved my nails! This place is lovely!! read more
