The place is ok. My sister in law and I went trying a new place. I did feel like they (mainly the guy) gave it that cheesy car sales man vibe. Like everything seems to be an upgrade or up charge. I decided to come here on a whim because the nail tech I faithfully go to wasn't workin & I seriously needed to take off my acrylics. Luckily this place was convenient and based off of the reviews I figured I wasn't going to regret my decision. When I entered everyone was friendly and welcomed me accordingly, as they said someone would be right with me. The wait wasn't bad at all! When I sat down to get the whole manicure started they offered me a drink and were very hospitable. My nail tech asked what I would like done & I requested a removal of my acrylic tips and just a manicure w/ a basic nail polish. She then refuted that shellac would stay on longer and continued to remind me throughout the session prior to applying the polish. I kept declining as I told her that my nails are very brittle and sensitive so they just needed a break from the filing, soaking, & other jazz. I feel because of my decision to do so that she didn't want to waste her "time" in someone like me and rushed the polishing. Clearly the two thin coats of polish aren't even & didn't realize how bad they looked until I got home and my husband noticed. I paid $28 for a removal and polish, but I feel I was ripped off from my price based on the photo. I even tipped generously because she was sweet, but I don't appreciate being rushed on just because I choose to do something simple. If anything, that job should have been executed much better in my opinion. I probably don't see myself coming back and wasting my money, but regardless the salon was adorable & the staff was friendly. read more

Possibly because they are missing staff members but I made an appt for a manicure. And the woman doing my nails was really unsure of herself and kept questioning if they were ready or should she change polish etc. it wasn't till I got home that I realized most of nails are painted outside the lines or not completely painted. The pictures don't do it justice but I have the top coat all over my fingers. I ended up with a pedicure and a manicure it was a lil over 2 hours for both. When she did the paragon wax on my feet she started from my heel and then tried to push the wax up to my toes spilling it all over. Not one of my better experiences. read more

****PLEASE READ*** Before I begin let me say I'm very PICKY and brutally honest (I would give this visit 3.75 stars). Now just because I gave the salon 3 stars doesn't mean I wouldn't recommend or go back. Just some things to take into consideration. Yelp says they open at 9:30am but they open at 9am. The salon has only been open for 5 weeks and was taken over by new management. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Tiffanie. She was very nice and had great customer service. She made sure I was familiar with where the salon was because there's another salon in the same shopping center. The GPS doesn't take you directly to the front door but the salon is in the back behind Pappadeaux. There is plenty of parking which is a plus. The salon is very nice and clean. Tiffanie greeted me when I entered and directed me to the pedicure chair. She also offered me something to drink (I chose wine). I usually go to a different salon in the area but since my nail tech was out of town I decided to give this salon a try. I got a shellac refill and pedicure. The price was a little cheaper than were I usually go but... Again, I'm VERY picky so I tend to over analyze. Both ladies did a good job just not what I am use to. I got a cut down and refill and a pedicure. Yes, it's been 4 weeks so I desperately needed my nails and feet done. Tiffanie did a great job restoring my nails, but the polishing was the problem. Yes, the shellac polish didn't come out as great as I would have liked. I didn't notice this at first but when I was taking a picture in the car I saw little imperfections. It's almost like the shellac didn't dry all the way before the next coat was put on. 6 out of 10 nails are not to my standard. You would think that I would've went back LOL. Nah, I'mma let them make it this time because they were so nice and personable. The lady who did my feet did a good job its just this time I got regular polish and I'm use to shellac on my feet as well. There a little smudges on a few toes. The lady didn't offer me to sit and dry my feet (now that I think of it). I didn't ask either (shouldn't have to). Also when I got home, 90 minutes later, I noticed my feet were ashy. Yup, I have extra dry skin but why are my feet ashy around my big toe and heel?! Where is the Vaseline? LOL I may give the ladies another try and yall know I'll update this review. I came in here & I was quickly helped. The lady that helped me was so nice & this place was very clean , and such a beautiful place inside , everything is organized. Went to the restroom and it was very clean as well. The lady offered me a drink. I was so happy with my results and honestly I felt very comfortable. There's a lot of parking spaces. my friend and i came in as walk ins and they were very nice about it. they were doing our nails and there was not much conversation which was fine i didn't mind. i got acrylics and i feel like it was overpriced for what i got. they used a strange technique and my nails are uneven in length and shape. they did not even clean up around my nail where the polish was since i got nail polish instead of powder over the acrylic. my friend got a basic french tip and they messed that up as well. it was extremely sloppy. a customer came in mid us getting our nails done and they started to rush to get us out. we both tipped pretty generously considering the fact that this was not good or professional. in one of the pictures there's extra acrylic powder still on the underside of my pinky nail and she was filing too much which is why it's more pink/red in that one spot i want to emphasize that they were very nice but they just didn't do a good job i payed $40 not including tip read more

I was looking through Yelp to find a nail salon near me that was both affordable but good quality. I like it when my nails look more natural although I always get tips so I am very, very picky about how it's done. Some people make my nails look too wide, they make the dip powder too thick on my nails (no idea how). Firstly, I was impressed by the pictures here on yelp for a salon with little reviews and recently under new management. The nails pictured look all around perfect in all areas to me. Tiffanie made my nails look absolutely PERFECT. Not only that but she is EXPERIENCED. She did an ombré design with dip powder on me which is not easy to do. She's been doing nails for so long and has owned her own business for some time as well, but just came into this area. She has great tools to use for people who like designs. You can trust her to get it right the first time and to be so detailed in what she does. And they serve drinks! So so happy with the outcome of my nails and excited I finally found a place close to home! read more

Horrible experience! Went to "relax" and get my nails done after running errands in the area-BIG MISTAKE. There was nothing relaxing about my time there. The owner had her children there running around, crying, etc. Not the peaceful day I imagined. She didn't even apologize for it. Also, it took almost 2 hours to do a basic mani pedi. So slow! They kept changing the people who worked on my nails. Not to mention my polish chipped literally after two days. I wasn't offered a price menu, they just quote you what's on their mind. Didn't get a massage. Oh and after removing my nail polish, my nails feel and look brittle and weak....this never happens. NEVER AGAIN!! I feel guilty giving a tip!!!! read more
