It's been a while since I last got my nails done, and I definitely came back to the right place! This was my first experience with Jimmy - let me tell you, this man is talented! Not only that, he is meticulous, he takes his time to make sure the design is perfect. If anything didn't look right, he did not hesitate to redo it. I asked for waves and specifically 3D manta ray and he delivered! I'm so in love!! This place is kept so clean, organized and the manager (T) as well as the workers are very friendly. I couldn't compliment Jimmy enough, he was very patient with me and accommodated my requests throughout the process. He even made suggestions, added details to make the design look better. If you want designs or Gel X, definitely ask for Jimmy. read more

Mina told us Ivy don't have nail license and don't ask go to her , she keep telling us to call and book appointment with her Mina next time but don't tell anything!! if this is true we will report this to state board .? Today was my second time here, nail tech was super sweet but nails look awful. I was expressing concerns about the way my nails looked and she kept saying to trust the process. I am so disappointed. Paid $75 plus tip for this. Almost all 10 are bumpy, the yellow French tip is missing on some of the edges and the yellow French tip is also sideways/ crooked. read more

They cut off all my nails when I asked for a shaping. I have struggled with my nail for years, trying to grow them out strong enough. when they were finally grown out i went in to shape them, just trying to make them more uniform and she cut off all of my nails to the point you can not see them from the back. I asked her to stop and she kept filling until there were nubs left. This if my first and last time going here. I asked management how ANYONE could fix it and he told me I had to pay for tips which is not something I would get done. The managers advice was then to "grow them out". Sir I have a wedding TOMORROW. read more

I had an amazing nail spa experience here from entering to leaving. They had so many color options that in a good way it was overwhelming but exciting to see the variety. I didn't get the exact nail color I wanted but it was cool bc I loved the shape and that was on me. Back to the experience, I would indeed come back. Cancel going here. unlicensed nail techs, they cut and make me bleed and are too rough. My friend and I have gone a few times and always bad bad bad!! How can the owner be okay with hire people who are not licensed? My friend said it's not consistent and she wait when make appt. I like a few people, but who ever in charge is not good. read more

Not as great of an experience second time around... was told chrome would be $15 then was charged $20 at checkout. Also not properly applied all the way across the nail, didn't make full application past the second half of my nail. I intend to go back and see if it can be fixed, but for a gel manicure + $20 chrome upcharge would like to get it right the first time. read more

I have visited here 3xs now and my experience has been great. On certain days and times they have happy hour which includes a 15% discount. The place itself is huge and clean. Everyone is always so nice. They also give you an alcoholic beverage with your services. Definitely give them a try. read more

Today was only my second visit, but it was SO disappointing. My nail tech tried to convince me that my nail grows crooked because of the way it has been filed. So, never I've never noticed that may nail is sidways until today?? I think not. Another staff member told me that their alcoholic beverage called, "Mango Heaven" is made with vodka, sprite and orange juice. I've just enjoyed the drink made properly two weeks ago, but she first explained that this is the "recipe" before admitting that they were out of mango juice. The drink was traded for another sad mix of vodka. Please, be honest if you have a limited menu, or if you have made a mistake on a manicure/refill. I will not be back. read more

I happened upon this place while in town for business and searching on Yelp near my hotel. WOW I wish I lived here because this would be my spot! The decor is so glamorous and chic. As a walk-in, I was helped right away which I loved. They offer all nail services and have every color of the rainbow and more. Their bathroom is stunning and spotless! And the best part - they have a full bar! Pleasant surprise! Guests are offered a complimentary drink with their service! I got a glass of champagne which was just what I needed while getting myself pampered! Laura also took her time, was extremely detailed, kind, thorough, and my nails came out perfect. I even stayed for a pedicure which I wasn't planning to but I wanted the extra pampering time and another glass of champagne! Plus, my nails came out so great, I was more than happy to give them the business! Left after 20 minutes. Went for a mani and pedi. After 13min I went to go ask up front. They admitted they forgot- was talking with visiting friend outside. He starts the water and says someone will be right with me. After 7 minutes and cold water I just left. This is the second bad experience I had there- they never came to do my mani last time. It's not very busy but maybe understaffed? There are too many options at that high price point- and almost all of them do better. Chairs are excellent tho. read more

Beyond that, she's so personable. I usually hate talking to people but she makes an effort to build a genuine rapport with her clients. In which I do not mind at all - I'm very easy and understanding. I am big on referrals and ironically the morning this happened I had just referred a few gfs to her. I am very friendly. I tip well and extra on holidays. I'm understanding with timing. Etc. for her not to accommodate me with a slap on the wrist as a new customer, was my sign to move on from this place! I even had had an upcoming appointment a couple weeks out and canceled that (lost my deposit on that) - but that's okay, I believe everything in life comes back tenfold when you are kind, compassionate and generous. Greed never wins! I also text her letting her know I was late due to the passing of my grandmother as I was in the middle of arranging her funeral and I left my house frantic - missed the exit. Because I'm human and stress does that. :) I hated that I had to use that card but it was honestly the truth - still no compassion! Sad. As for her work - she does do great work. Absolutely. Very clean and flawless job. That's my honesty!! But I'm a full package kind of customer - without kindness, I see right past your work.

The lack of management kept getting a few people to start on me and then making the girls get up switching people!! I've been coming to this place many times ever since it open. It's a beautiful and a nice clean place but unfortunately the Manager T always push me over to this girl named Mina! He always speak highly of her, which I think is a bunch of bull crap , she cut my mother's finger and burned my nails and now cause this nail fungus! I showed up to my appointment only to be told they don't honor that particular nail technician's bookings and that their systems haven't been updated to reflect that. So you're actively allowing clients to book a specific technician through your online portal, knowing full well those preferences will be ignored? That's not a miscommunication -- that's a scam- a bait and switch. The available staff could not do designs, which I was fully aware of -- which is exactly why I chose this technician specifically. I was left with no real options and settled for a plain manicure. My cuticles were done well, but my "oval" nails are not oval, and my gel is visibly bumpy -- not a smooth finish in sight. I could have done better myself. Unfortunately I didn't have the time, which is precisely why I booked with someone I knew would make it worth it -- only to be completely ignored. Fix your booking system. Contact your clients when there's a change. Don't advertise a service you have no intention of honoring.
