It is beautiful. They even noticed that the original staircase had a weird drop off from the interior floor and corrected that so there's now a seamless landing that is much safer and easier to use. The work Slavic and Alex did on this part of the build is as high quality as their siding work. - The work site was always SUPER tidy. Slavic and Alex took great care to clean up as they worked, paid attention to simple details like ensuring nails were picked up and that hose covers were back on (winter months), and they were very respectful of the driveway which I share with my neighbors. - Throughout the installation, Vitaliy kept me updated via text, phone calls, and site visits. I always knew where things stood and what degree of rot was uncovered (or not) at the end of a demolition day. The level and consistency of communication was outstanding. This is the biggest home project I have ever tackled, and it was by far the easiest. And that is because of Vitaliy, Slavic, and Alex. And then we had two days of work. Both project managers, Eric and Greg were wonderful people. They did their best. I really appreciate it to work. And, overall, the team did a good job based on what I can tell from outside. They worked clean, they were respectful, they showed up on time. The only problem, and that's the reason that I only give 3 star, but not 5 star, is there is this one person in office, Lori. She's really hard to work with. She has an attitude. I had some question about this invoice. Some numbers initial didn't make sense to me. But the way she handles things with attitude, she gives me this tone while speaking - she is too much frustrated and frustrating customers too. If i am paying $8,000, i will ask question. I think that's the only thing that was down. I will consider it's Super Attic solutions -, maybe in the future, assuming that they're going to fix the folks in office and their attitude.

Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.
