I reached to this provider on a Sunday, through Yelp. I provided pictures and an explanation of what we needed. That same night, they gave me a quote of $200. We have a fiberglass tub with a tiled shower and we needed Glass Warehouse sliding frameless glass doors installed. The glass was extremely heavy so we decided we wanted help instead of trying to do it ourselves. I booked my slot for that Friday. The two handymen arrived perfectly on time and were very polite. I had just had the bathtub refinished so they took off their shoes and worked in their socks. Three hours later they left the workspace neat and tidy and perfectly installed. Before my bathroom ended at the shower curtain. Now it ends at the window. They invoiced for the quoted amount. I paid them in the spot with a check and cash combo. $200 well spent. I inquired with the owner, Samuel, over Yelp messaging for a few days before I decided to move forward and give them a shot. Per our conversation, they had installed crown before. When they came to the house, they were certainly cordial, but they don't have the slightest clue on how to cut corners for crown molding. They attempted to cut 45 degree corners not knowing that no wall will be a true 90. They were unable to get the corners to meet up. They kept cutting multiple pieces, wasting my expensive crown molding, to try and get the corners to meet. After a while, I told them that I was not comfortable with them completing the job. They agreed and left promptly. They might be good at your normal handy jobs but beware, they weren't able to handle this. Realistically speaking, they should have not agreed to perform this job if they were not qualified. read more

Don't do business here unless you want to be stood up. This company reached out to me after I submitted estimate requests for a flooring job. Samuel responded quickly and we agreed for him to come on the following Friday at 9am. Friday morning comes and they weren't here by 9:30. I called. No answer. I texted. No response, but he did read my text, just didn't respond. Thirty minutes later I texted again asking for the decency to let me know if they were still coming as I took the day off work for them to come for the project, and if he wasn't coming, then I'd like to go to work. I can't begin to fully explain what a nightmare it was having this company "install" vinyl flooring in my laundry room. Not only did they cut the first sheet of vinyl wrong, requiring me to delay the project and reorder another sheet, the install of the second sheet was substandard work. The result is a lumpy, uneven floor probably because they didn't bother to use a roller or anything to press the vinyl to the adhesive. All this for $400, wow. read more

No answer for a few hours then finally told they could come the next day. Meanwhile we'd been waiting at home all day for them to come by. The next day they were a no show despite texts from me asking if they wanted to reschedule again. I also asked if they could please let me know if they didn't want to finish the job so we could at least find someone else to do it. Update: The California Contracting Board has reported this company and individuals are not licensed, so they cannot legally do over $500 worth of work in California. Something to consider when working with this company. Unfortunately, they flaked and then refused to respond to messages, and ended up ghosting after leaving flooring installation unfinished and damaged. Like many of the low rated reviews, I was excited to work with Sam originally because he was polite and responsive, but that changed very quickly. I had to follow up with them to confirm, and even though they responded that they would be here at the scheduled time, they didn't show up. After half an hour of waiting I tried calling, but no one answered and the voice mailbox was full.
