This guy was far from a gentleman. He was so rude. I know people have bad days, but don't take it out on a customer. I don't know what it could've been, but he was just so rude and nasty. I dropped the car anyway because from what was told they do good work so he calls and tells me what's wrong with the car he knew I couldn't get the car done till Thursday. They said that wasn't a problem but when my daughter got there to pick up the car, she said he was so nasty because she asked for the estimate stating what was wrong with it and how much it was going to cost she said he literally went off on her and said that they don't have a computer They don't do that,he told me ok the phone that I need a front and rear axle and brakes. So I brought-it for a second opinion to another mechanic 2004 Toyota Solara does not have a rear axle. He wanted to charge me for a front and a rear axle and there is no rear axle. What's up with that now I'm grateful he was rude. I would've never bought it to another mechanic and I would've been paying for something that didn't exist.

Went to get an aftermarket midpipe installed they charged me 350 for less than an hours worth of…read morework and when I asked why so much they said it's because they used there own nails and other excuses, I specifically told them all the nails and instructions are in the box. Completely ripped me off the guy kept arguing with me that it's 350 and wouldn't budge when a midpipe is literally one of the easiest things to install and doesn't take more than an hour, I do not recommend them if you're trying to get a part installed they charge way too much for little work.

I arrived early in the morning around 8:00 a.m., hoping it wouldn't take too long--and it didn't! As soon as I pulled up, someone immediately started checking out my car. My tire was deflating and I wasn't sure what had happened. Within about 20 minutes, they found a nail in my tire, patched up the tire , and had me back on the road.
