I came here because the front of the roof on my Fiat 500 had unsightly peeling paint all over it. I sent photos of the issue to several local body shops and Adrian from Impact Auto Body responded quickly with an incredibly courteous and informative message. I brought my vehicle I for a 10-minute consultation, during which time Adrian assessed the issue, explained what he would do to fix it, and gave me a price and finish date for the work. The job took 2-3 days and now my car's roof looks brand new!! While Adrian and his crew did an amazing job, what really convinced me to refer this place to my friends was the amazing customer service. They offered me a ride to work when I dropped off my card, returned my car washed, detailed the inside for me, guaranteed their work for the life of my car, and were generally kind and thoughtful humans every single time I spoke with them! He was extremely friendly, soft spoken and pleasant to talk to. He quoted a price that was very competitive and I wanted to give this young man my business. I was not disappointed. He took the car within a just a few days of giving my quote and returned it a few days later, all fixed, and the car was cleaned inside and out. There was absolutely no sales double talk, she was consistent throughout the entire buying process, and it was a same day purchase. She had everything moving rapidly, she worked very hard to earn these 5 stars, for sure. DON'T GO TO ACURA OF BAY SHORE!!!!…read more Customer Service is very poor in the service departmen at Acura of Bay Shore . When I asked to speak to a manager, because of a couple of ongoing problems with my vehicle, I was taken to the manager's office. The manger stood up with hands on his hips and was rude with an instant attitude. He was a very big tall man and tried to intimidate me with his stature. . Nothing was resolved. Till this day I'm still having the same issues with my vehicle: 1LOUD NOISE IN FRONT OF CAR 2. CANNOT CONNECT DEVICE TO PLAY MUSIC 3. EVERYDAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY TIRE PRESSURE IS LOW. Acura told me my rotors needed to be replaced. (They said this after I took my vehicle there several times) for the same noise. The first time I told Acura of Bayshore about the issue, they claimed they did not hear anything. Now all of a sudden it's my rotors. I went to another dealer and an outside mechanic and both said nothing was wrong with brakes tires or rotors. Acura of Bayshore have been running me around for almost a year and they're -not even trying to fix the loud noise that's coming from my car or any other issues pertaining to my SUV. I still have my warranty and they are not honoring it. Acura of Bay Shore appears to be very shady and unprofessional, and I still need my vehicle fixed. I purchased my car there almost a year ago and they think they can tell me anything and send me on my way. I spent money on tire warranty and warranties for my vehicle.
