just left the car wash at 4.30,not happy,i really feel my truck is as dirty as it was when i entered.the whole truck has a film on it and the windows are very spotted ,as well as the mirrors.i always go to top gun ,but got going late and they were closed.thats the only reason i went to american.wont make that mistake again. read more

We started coming here for the "complimentary" car wash offered by the dealership after a service. Even for a "complimentary" aka free, car wash, the service is great. The attendants are friendly and the staff at the actual car wash will hand wash difficult spots and pay extra attention to any spots that required the extra attention. We now visit this car wash for regular washes and not only the free ones. Definitely recommend. read more

My car needed a cleaning. Been trying to get it washed but having to make an appointment (at Top Gun) and it raining when I had time finally made it to this car wash! I was IMPRESSED! My car was cleaned inside and out. She did a fantastic job on the inside of my car. They cleaned ice cream that had spilled on the seat last year. Finally, the inside is clean. Thank you so much. I got a complimentary car wash so it was just the basic wash. But the staff is friendly and they did a good job hand washing my car prior to the mechanic car wash. They made sure all my bugs were scrubbed off from the grill. Once you get out of the car wash, there's a covered area where you can vacuum the inside if you want to yourself. Overall, it a nice little car wash and plan to use their services in the future. read more

THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY!! We took my brand new car in for the deluxe wash and came out with two matching, deep, to the metal scratches on my passenger side. We didn't notice until we drove across the street to Burger King and saw the fresh gouges. Went right back and they denied that they did it. The refused to give us any insurance or owner contact info so we had to call the police to get the information from the report. A lady finally showed up and basically told us us too bad, they're not liable and we can't "prove" they did it. Police said it's a civil issue. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE! read more

Stopped in to get my car washed here the other day. $16 for the best wash they have is the best deal I've seen for a car wash in a long time!!! They did a fantastic job! Not only is visiting my family one of the best parts about coming to Fallon, I also get to put my car through fallon ' awesome car wash. I have a 2000 land cruiser that I hope will outlive me. Taking really good care of my car is important to me. American car wash does an amazing job at washing and waxing it. Today I only gave it a basic $6.00 but the one thing I love is that you get a hand wash before the automated wash. Fallon has a ton of bugs and American car wash does an amazing job at making sure they are all off. Love this place read more

After a year without a deep clean, my car was looking pretty sad and gross. I opted for the fanciest wash as I needed my best chance at getting all the baked bug guts off my grill and mud out of the undercarriage. Lucky for me, they did just that! I really like the part where they hand scrub the tough spots before the automatic wash takes over. After my wash, I opted to do my own vacuuming and drying and I was pleased to find all of their vending machines dispensed well. The vacuums (located in the shade) had great power and $1 went a long way! I left pretty pleased with my $14 investment and a sparkling car. Pros: hand prewash and cheap vacuums Cons: automatic wash is pretty short Overall: not the best place, but certainly worth a visit every now and then! read more

Saw this wash after driving from Santa Rosa to LV on the way to Reno and decided to get the bugs removed. Lots of bugs, still some of them left over from the "deluxe" $30 car wash in Santa Rosa. The gal that did the pre-soak took the time to scrub the bugs off my window, plate and mirrors. Needless to say I tipped them well. The best wash my car has had in months! I wish I lived here, okay, I wish that the car wash was in Everett, WA. Great work guys! read more

The owners are very friendly. This is a hands on car wash. I tip the guys in the winter because I feel bad for them being wet in the cold. I tip in the summer only if they do a good job. They always do a good job, but they do a great job if tipped! read more

Always willing and wanting to give anyone/any business a 2nd chance I usually do. I was pleased with but 'not over the moon' the most recent job. I have an Expedition and it really does take 2 people to dry it properly. The young lady did her best hustling around it trying to get it dried. They weren't that busy so I don't know why others didn't come help. One young man helped for a few minutes, then he was gone. My biggest complaint...my ash trays weren't vacuumed out. I don't smoke but some of my passengers do and it was the 1st thing each one noticed when I picked them up. read more

Super friendly, locally-owned, drug-money-laundering car wash! Joking about the last one, but after watching Breaking Bad I assume that's the purpose of every car wash! The staff was friendly and it seemed like the owner knew a lot of her customers. I guess that's how it is in small towns. I got the "package 2" car wash for $25 which included vacuuming the interior, wiping down my dashboard, etc. This is a great deal compared to other car washes in bigger cities--wasn't hard to tip my man $5 at the end. Normally these people are ok but we had a bad experience lately that we thought was handled badly.We used the wash on our several month old Honda. When we got home we discovered what looked like 2 grease stripes the length of the car. I rode down to the wash on my bike to tell the guy he had a problem. I was offered another run through the wash but who wants to go back through a wash that has a problem. I got a feeling that the owner didnt really care. He has lost a fairly consistent customer. This place has always done a good job on getting rid of the bugs and just basically doing a good job. Been using the place for years but NO MORE 7/29/2016 must of been a bad crew or who knows. The Money lady was curt "to be nice" The bug juice they use was barely put on my truck. The people with the brushes were half ass to say the least. This place has always done very well. But tomorrow my truck is in a parade. Figured I would just have to do some touch up after using them . Na gotta wash the whole truck. So after 6 yr's of at least $36 a mo. to have them wash my truck and cars NO more. Only takes one bad day in the service business to lose a customer for life.
