I never received a single proactive update and had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information on the status of my car. What's most frustrating is that after being told the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I arrived to find that the work was still not fully finished. The vehicle had to be taken back in to address items that should have been completed the first time. For a repair process that took this long since February and it is now May, a much higher level of communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism should be expected. I threatened to call the police and the guy all of a sudden found the (Vandalized) parts and bought a replacement battery for it took several days . Unbelievable and criminal. The quality of work was fantastic! The damages on my car were not too bad so I'm sure they had other complex fixes to do, but I'm still very happy with results. I brought my car in after an accident. The repairs were supposed to be simple body work: replacing the headlight, bumper, and fender. They kept my car for more than a month. At first, I was given one price, but after they took the car apart, the price suddenly increased by another $900. I agreed to it anyway. After I got the car back, serious problems started. They pulled my car out of the garage while it was running, and I noticed that the backup camera stayed on and would not turn off. Then I shut the car off, tried to start it again, and it would not start at all. They told me the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed and bought a new battery from them. That "new" battery died the very same evening after I got home. That immediately seemed suspicious to me. When I started messaging them about the problem, my messages were ignored. I had to call an electrician/mechanic myself. He was shocked by the condition of the car they sent me home in. It turned out the battery was never the issue. My power control module and wiring were burned. According to the electrician, this could have happened because the positive and negative terminals may have been connected incorrectly while charging the battery. On top of that, my fuel consumption increased significantly after their repairs. They literally sent me home driving a car with exposed wires and damaged electrical wiring, which is extremely dangerous. I will attach photos so people can see the condition they sent my car home in. I will never come back to this shop again and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

My vehicle has been in the shop…read morefor nearly three weeks for what was a relatively minor accident, yet the auto body shop is billing insurance over $12,000 for the repairs (see photos). Progressive listed this shop as one of the faster repair options, which has not been my experience. This will likely need to be disputed. After my car was towed on 12/16, I received no updates. On January 5th, I had to call for a status update. After several unanswered calls, I was routed to a voicemail for someone named Karla, which did not sound professional. During that call, the representative mentioned the shop was only closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and that repairs were otherwise in progress on all remaining business days. Based on that information, I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a couple more days," with an estimated completion date of January 9th. Today, I received another call informing me that the wrong-sized parts were ordered, which has now extended the timeline again--pushing completion to Monday, assuming the installation goes smoothly. The lack of communication and repeated delays have been very disappointing. I will update this review depending on how much longer the repairs take and may need to contact my insurance to request the vehicle be moved to another shop due to ongoing delays and poor communication. Let mention, the chuckle from the rep at the end of the call did not sit well with me.

there is no way in hell i will go back to collision bay shop! the owner never calls you back, the…read moreguy joe was rude, disrespectful & and an incompetent a-hole! a guy named bill told me the cost would be $550 to fix an alternator over the phone when i 1st spoke with him before towing it there; they also said it ahoukd only take a day or two to get the alternator and it would be a used one. the part took 11 days to arrive! then they supposedly got the part thursday afternoon around 4:30p & said they would work on it in the am & it should only take a little while. it takes them 4.4 hours to fix an alternator on a mercedes that normally takes maybe 30 mins to an hour to fix at $177/hr thats $770 for labor?! then joe calls me literally at 4:30p stating they close in half hour at 5p on a friday! i had a rental car & it wouldn't have been a big deal but i was expecting $550-$600 total & when he said the total was $1303.00 i almost fell over! the guy joe actually said to me, 'didnt insurance give you like $1500?! we actually did you a favor!!' i could not believe it! it was totally intentional for them to get the bill up to that amount! joe also insulted me saying i havent serviced my car in 10 years!! wtf?! do you know my vehicle was so disgusting & gross,it was dusty like they left it in a dirt field for weeks! it was so filthy that i went straight to the car wash & vacuumed it for 2 hours! i left their shop at 5p when they closed & was only driving it for 15mins when the 'check engine light' comes on!! omg!! they are not reliable, they have literally no integrity, honesty or any common sense let alone any customer service skills to run any business!! what kind of company thats supposed to provide an estimate & notify you if the amount changes conducts business in this manner?!
