there is no way in hell i will go back to collision bay shop! the owner never calls you back, the guy joe was rude, disrespectful & and an incompetent a-hole! a guy named bill told me the cost would be $550 to fix an alternator over the phone when i 1st spoke with him before towing it there; they also said it ahoukd only take a day or two to get the alternator and it would be a used one. the part took 11 days to arrive! then they supposedly got the part thursday afternoon around 4:30p & said they would work on it in the am & it should only take a little while. it takes them 4.4 hours to fix an alternator on a mercedes that normally takes maybe 30 mins to an hour to fix at $177/hr thats $770 for labor?! then joe calls me literally at 4:30p stating they close in half hour at 5p on a friday! i had a rental car & it wouldn't have been a big deal but i was expecting $550-$600 total & when he said the total was $1303.00 i almost fell over! the guy joe actually said to me, 'didnt insurance give you like $1500?! we actually did you a favor!!' i could not believe it! it was totally intentional for them to get the bill up to that amount! joe also insulted me saying i havent serviced my car in 10 years!! wtf?! do you know my vehicle was so disgusting & gross,it was dusty like they left it in a dirt field for weeks! it was so filthy that i went straight to the car wash & vacuumed it for 2 hours! i left their shop at 5p when they closed & was only driving it for 15mins when the 'check engine light' comes on!! omg!! they are not reliable, they have literally no integrity, honesty or any common sense let alone any customer service skills to run any business!! what kind of company thats supposed to provide an estimate & notify you if the amount changes conducts business in this manner?! read more

If I could give a 0 stars I would James has one of the worst customer service had my car since September 3 it's now October 8th and my car still is not ready my car In his exact words " I didn't build the car, I didn't buy the car and I didn't wreck the car" get out of the business if you can't get the job done I will report this same complaint to the BBB read more

I am grateful and thoroughly satisfied with the service provided at Collision Bay. I worked with Joe the entire time my vehicle was being repaired. Being upfront, my truck is a 1995 Nissan pickup. It was mentioned that getting the parts would take time because they are coming overseas. On top of that, my vehicle is over 25 years old. With that said I was comfortable with it and managed to get around town using public transportation. Took approximately 4 months for the repairs to be completed. It was worth the wait. The truck looks brand new. I'm continue to get offers and compliments on it. That says a lot about the craft the staff at Collision Bay put into it. I recommend Collision Bay to anyone who is undergoing an insurance claim to go in with the understanding that the estimated time of repair could be an issue (no fault of staff) but you will get your vehicle in the best shape. 5 stars to the entire team that worked on my vehicle. James and collision bay did a great job on my car. Mind you, it did take a while for it to be fully done but that wasn't their fault as many parts were on back order from the manufacturer. James communicated with me every step of the way, he along with my insurance company left know stone unturned & collision bay worked as efficiently as they could to get my car done. Amazing work! Collision Bay was able to straighten my hood and a couple other pieces under it that four other places had told me would need to be replaced, that the parts weren't salvageable. Omar worked hard to find after market parts since insurance wasn't paying. The team did a fantastic job, in less time than they estimated, and for HUNDREDS less than other places quoted me.
