When I dropped off my car for repairs, he tried to get a hold of Enterprise to pick me up for my rental, who were about 10 mins away, but couldn't get a hold of them so he dropped me off at enterprise himself! Velocity Collision Center was referred to me from a friend, knowing I needed a Tesla certified body shop, and I wouldn't trust my car to just anyone. I quickly found out why they were referred to me. From beginning to end I received great communication with knowledgeable, patient, talented, extremely friendly, and caring individuals, who all worked together like a well-oiled machine, never leaving me to question their knowledge with Tesla. Being this was my first time personally working with a body shop, I didn't really know the process. From my first phone call, speaking with Justin, I already felt taken cared of, and that was before even stepping foot into their building. Justin took his time explaining the steps that would be taken for the needed repair, as well as making sure I didn't have any unanswered questions. I then brought my car down to Velocity and BJ did the estimate for me, which I found to be a fair price, actually better than I expected. He took thorough pictures of the damaged area and entire car, then made a detailed description for insurance purposes. BJ explained everything required and made sure I knew what to do next. Couldn't have been made more simple coming from their end - a breath of fresh air for me. As icing on the cake, another associate, Roland, went out of his way to communicate with me to ensure that the billing was completed between the insurance company and Velocity's accounting department, which was important to me before bringing my car in. Roland even called when he hadn't yet gotten a final answer back from either, ensuring he didn't forget about me. Very impressed by this, and honestly a wow-factor, not commonly experienced in communication nowadays. My trust in Velocity never varied from start to finish, particularly because BJ had monitored my car throughout its repair process, solidifying my confidence in knowing I went with the right body shop. He made drop off easy and seamless, especially by calling Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental. When picking up my car, it was just as easy. I simply had to leave the rental at Velocity and drive my car off. I couldn't have been happier with the finished product: they did a phenomenal job! The bodywork and paint are guaranteed for the life of the car, and on top of everything, I got a clean car back - interior and exterior, which is always high on my priority list. I was very satisfied with the communication, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff at Velocity Collision Center. The repair work looked excellent--I couldn't tell at all that anything had happened to my car. When I picked up my vehicle today, there were just a couple of minor issues: 1. I have white seats (the car is brand Tesla), and I noticed they were not covered while my car was being driven or worked on. As a result, I had to request that they be wiped down upon pickup. 2. My front passenger tire was low on air right after I drove away, while the other three tires were slightly overinflated. Additionally, the front passenger tire was still missing a cap. I stopped at a car shop on my way home to adjust the tire pressure and get a replacement cap. While these inconveniences were frustrating, my overall experience with VCC was positive. read more

I had a pretty deep scratch on my passenger door from a too close turn so we sought out quotes to repair it. Velocity came in about $800 less than the other shop we looked at because their approach was different. They communicated how long the car would be out, any updates and finally the day we could come back and pick it up. I took my vehicle in for repairs at Velocity Collision Center. After a long delay because of the supply shortage, I finally got my vehicle back. After inspection, I noticed a powder substance and most of my stuff underneath my back seat removed and thrown all over the back area covered in that powder substances of my cabin. I also noticed that they had used my pickup bed for something because it was field with dirt. Sadly, it wasn't over, they had replaced my rear window glass and after the install, and return of my vehicle, I noticed that there were 5 area where a razor blade had made a line in my paint. If I were you, I would be concerned and re-inspect their work before leaving the business. Also, have them document everything that was damaged and make sure you report it to your insurance to cover yourself if anything doesn't get fixed. Update: I was able to speak with Ronnie from Velocity Collision Center and he got the damages fixed or replaced. i recently moved to the area and needed a minor repair done on a car i bought here. Went to Velocity, filled out my information and the estimator came out to look at my car. I told her exactly what i wanted done--let me set the stage for this, I ran a body shop for years, i know exactly what i am talking about. From start to finish excellent service! Customer service was superb. Time frame for finished work was earlier then expected which was great for us. They do work hand in hand with Geico which we submitted in for our insurance claim. They have Enterprise in house for rentals don't have to drive anywhere and the gentlemen with Enterprise was also efficient and friendly while dealing with the rental. Used their services twice now. With our first accident, they repaired the car within a month which was nice because our insurance only covers rentals for up to a month. They kept us updated the whole time. A few months later, unfortunately, another accident. We had such a good experience with Velocity that we didn't even question where we were taking it for repairs. This time, they were super busy that they could not take our car in right away. We explained to them that our insurance would not be covering our rental unless our car was in the shop. I needed to get the front bumper of our truck repaired, so I started calling around to collision centers. The first one had a 2 month wait to even get an estimate! When I called Velocity, I spoke to Roland - in addition to being very helpful and super friendly, he told me I could come down that day, or whenever convenient for me, and get an estimate. I stopped by and 20 minutes later I had a full estimate waiting for me in my inbox! The quote was reasonable and fairly priced, so I booked the repair immediately. Roland had my parts within a day, and he had me stop by for a color match so that he could have the parts painted in advance, minimizing the time my car would need to be in the shop. About 2 days later, my parts were ready for install and the truck was only in the shop for about 6 hours, including the wash the did on the exterior. All-in-all, I had called on a Monday and my truck was repaired and done by Friday of the same week!! So much better than waiting for 2 months to even get a quote somewhere else! Velocity (and Roland) is friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, fast, and very high quality. I highly recommend them!! read more

If I had to choose one word to describe my experience with them I would choose, "PROMPT." The service was so straight forward and great. There never was a time where I felt out of the loop with my car. I found them through my insurance because they are a Geico preferred body shop. I was able to schedule 14 hours before coming to, waited no more than 10 minutes to get out with the rental car, and received my car back 4 days earlier than expected. My car got hit and I selected Velocity Collision to handle the repairs for my vehicle. I was in no hurry to get my car back, I had a rental and I'm a patient person so it was no biggie when they told me the repairs were more extensive than they expected and they needed to keep my car longer. I received a few updates from Erika on the status of my car and was told my car might be ready a day early and they'd call me to let me know. I didn't hear anything from them the next day, again no biggie. I received a call the following day to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I received the call on Friday at 4:30pm. They close at 5pm. I checked GPS and it said that I'd arrive after they close (I'm coming from the other side of town). Erika said they'd wait for me. I received another call from Erika a few moments later asking me if I received a check from the insurance company. I told her no, the insurance company informed me the payment would be sent to them directly. I was busy working at the warehouse and had several employees working. I work 60+ hours, my time is valuable. But, I leave and get all the way to Velocity only for Erika to call me and tell me that because they're unable to find the check from the insurance company they're unable to release the car to me. I'm literally down the street from the repair shop. Erika apologizes. I closed up shop, sat in traffic, drove across town, and wasted my gas all for an apology. I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor. Ronnie got on the phone explaining how they tried to contact different adjusters trying to locate the payment but no one was answering their phone. I explained to Ronnie that I didn't care about the car not being ready, I was concerned about my time that they wasted by having me drive clear across town, wasted my employees time, wasted my gas, and an apology is supposed to make up for all of that? Ronnie offered to discount my deductible. I go to pick up my car on Monday and apparently Ronnie spoke with the owner who refused to discount the deductible and I paid it in full. My issue with the company is not taking their customer's time into consideration, not owning up to their mistake of telling me to pick up my vehicle before it was actually cleared to be released, and not following through with what they offered. I'm a business owner myself. Accountability is a real thing. Get it together. read more

I recently had a minor fender bender and had 3 estimates done for my toyota corolla. I went to the toyota dealership and received a recommendation for repair work from their repair shop. I then got 2 other estimates. The referral from the toyota dealer was the highest estimate. The lowest estimate I received was from Velocity collision. I made the appointment and received the repairs done on time and at the price quoted. They did a wonderful job on the repair and I would highly recommend anyone to use them for repairs. I was given some names by my insurance company and I had seen some of their reviews so I drove all the way from Smoke Ranch and Jones to Blue Diamond to have them fix my GMC Sierra.
