As of now, this is my review while repairs are still in progress. My vehicle has been in the shop for nearly three weeks for what was a relatively minor accident, yet the auto body shop is billing insurance over $12,000 for the repairs (see photos). Progressive listed this shop as one of the faster repair options, which has not been my experience. This will likely need to be disputed. After my car was towed on 12/16, I received no updates. On January 5th, I had to call for a status update. After several unanswered calls, I was routed to a voicemail for someone named Karla, which did not sound professional. During that call, the representative mentioned the shop was only closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and that repairs were otherwise in progress on all remaining business days. Based on that information, I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a couple more days," with an estimated completion date of January 9th. Today, I received another call informing me that the wrong-sized parts were ordered, which has now extended the timeline again--pushing completion to Monday, assuming the installation goes smoothly. The lack of communication and repeated delays have been very disappointing. I will update this review depending on how much longer the repairs take and may need to contact my insurance to request the vehicle be moved to another shop due to ongoing delays and poor communication. Let mention, the chuckle from the rep at the end of the call did not sit well with me. read more

Do not use the insurance approved auto body/repair!! Definitely don't bring your car here!!! My car was hit and just like a person 9 mos ago, this place said it was not relative to the accident and insurance will not cover it. When Jorge called me he said he didn't know how the "adjuster" came to that conclusion. But he was the person looking at the car. My car was serviced 2 days prior to this accident and I only drive to work and back. I have 40k on a 4 yr old car. And serviced frequently from The auto dealership, I have proof nothing was seen on my vehicle per the dealership auto service team. So now I will need to go through my insurance to investigate this place and the claim. Unfortunately, by the time anyone see's this, they too will be fooled!!! read more

Took my car in for an insurance claim. Individual "Jorge" who was working my claim told me insurance did not deem some of the damage related to the accident. This was a blatant lie as after calling my insurance they had no record of speaking to anyone at the shop. Jorge even tried to quote me on the damage for me to spend extra out of pocket. I was able to get the damage fixed through my insurance after following up and then having to take it to another shop. This cost me more time. All and all 1/5 for flat out lies and disrespect to me and my time. read more

My car was hit on the rear left side and needed repair to the side and bumper . The repair experience was quick , professional and thorough . They did such a nice job with the pant repair . They were a referral from my insurance company but I would definitely use them again. read more

I was in an accident, and Progressive Insurance Company suggested this company. They really worked well with me. They were honest about when they could look at it and get a bid to me, but because I couldn't get a ride there except on Fridays, they left me drop my car off early. They quoted me a number that Tuesday, and said it should be ready 3/12. I said that was great. They left me a message a few days later and said they found more damage and had to order more parts, and that could impact the date it would be ready. In the end, it was ready 5 days early, but I was sick, and they let me pick it up on 3/15. All the men who work there are top notch guys. They're so polite, and even though I didn't know some very obvious directions about my car and what it does, they taught me, and never made me feel like an idiot (which I am when it comes to cars). I would highly recommend this business and these men to anybody I know! My car looks brand new, and I absolutely love it! Thank you guys so much! read more

Not many places work on Maseratis. All City was recommended by Towbin Maserati for body work. Dave did a great job of estimating the job and then following up on the repairs. Car looks great and the cost was fairly reasonable, or at least as reasonable as anything on a Maserati can be. Thanks Dave! read more

This is my second time using All City... seven years after my first great experience with them (see my other review). Unfortunately my second time around with All City is due to a very, very unfortunate experience that took place on a freeway that resulted in extensive damage to my beloved JEEP. Dave took care of me way above and beyond the call of duty in what was a very tough situation for me, as my insurance company was going to total my vehicle. I have never been in such a tough spot with a car decision, and Dave helped me immensely to decide on a path to proceed. Friendly people and another great experience with All City. Dropped my vehicle off for auto body bid on a Monday. They had no sales person to look at it but another gentlemen took pics and said a salesman would contact me the following day with a phone call and or email for a quote. They told me they we're backed up to do any work for the next 14 days. Never heard a thing from them. When you dial their business # the recording does not give business name and a recording says mailbox full. Guess I will be going elsewhere for repairs. read more

Someone crashed into my 2 month old brand new car. Gave All City Auto Body a call, they picked up my vehicle and took it to their shop. Within 2 weeks had my car looking brand new like I just picked it up from the dealership. Amazing work and very fast. Will definitely use them again if needed! read more

Extremely rude and unprofessional. POOR customer service. They told me it took 10 minutes for a quote but then when called 5 hours later to check the lady was a rude and seemed like she didnt want to be there or deal with customers, then rudely told me have it by end off day ...of course I didn't, called next morning and then they played phone and blame game and still never received a quote. I LOVE All City Auto Body. I was there 3 times yes 3 in an eight week period. Albert, took total care of everything for me. He even had someone drive me to my loaner vehicle location a mile away. Everything was done to perfection and in 3 days each time. The personnel there are all kind and helpful. The prices were over $500 less than other auto body shops. No worries with All City. They have a locked lot for nighttime security. Great waiting area with TVs if you are waiting for your repair. Cant say enough about this amazing service facility. Thank you Albert for always being so helpful and giving me back my Audi with absolutely no notice of a repair having been done on it. read more

Spend your money somewhere else. these guys offer parking for events at the stadium. they charge $50, and for an event that was cancelled, right after it was cancelled, I watched them take money from somebody who pulled in, not knowing it was cancelled, then somebody told this person it was cancelled so they didn't even park, they turned around, and these guys would not give them a refund, despite knowing that the event was cancelled. Then, they conveniently closed themselves in their garage, and when people came to get their cars, they didn't check tickets or anything, they knew they had just robbed a bunch of people. They hid like cowards, so they didn't have to face the people they stole from. As a body shop, we saw the cars in their lot, they were done mediocre at best. These thieves should not be trusted with your business. Go somewhere else. If they are robbing people for parking, I can only imagine what they are doing to people taking their cars in for body work. Despicable company, with no morals, they do not deserve your business. read more

I was referred to Mike to fix my friends car I had accidentally got into a fender bender with. The job was affordable and swift! I waited a week for the number to be fixed from a dent, and also buffed out the scrapes. Somehow they also were able to fix a hole the impact caused. The car returned to me even cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend this shop to any and everyone! read more

Looking for a shop to fix my Honda Civic on a Saturday. Called around to about a dozen shops in town that were supposed to be open. Only a few answered and needed to make an appointment next week. Got through at All City and talked to Karla the service manager. She said come on in. My problem was my bumper guard got loose going through the car wash a few weeks earlier. The dealer looked at it and wanted over $925 for a new bumper grill and labor. Went to another shop last week and they looked at the Honda estimate and basically wrote one for a few dollars less. Kept thinking it's just a little loose on the left corner under the bumper. Karla had the mechanic look at it for free. Came back after about 30 minutes. Reattached 2 of the loose clips underneath. FOR FREE! She said it should hold but it might come loose again since there was some small damage to it. I asked for estimate in case I want to have it replaced. She then gave me an estimate for $600 to order a new bumper grill, parts, and and labor. An honest mechanic shop in Las Vegas. Who knew. Very pleased with the staff. And I spent my wait time looking at the new Raider stadium across the street. read more

This is so tough because Dave is a great guy. He was very helpful when a douche bag hit my car and I had to take it to All. It's for the body work as this was the contracted shop from the douche bags' insurance. Body work was done in the time frame but I had other internal issues with the car due to the accident. My car was running perfectly fine prior to the accident. One of the many things internally I was told was a starter. I authorized them to fix it. I got a used one that only had 50,000 miles on it per the Dave. After we picked up the car, it was running hot. Got that handled. 2 days later, the starter went out. Called All City on a Saturday as I was stranded at work and the lady said, "sorry, it's a used starter, oh well!" HUH??? I paid cash out of pocket so I waited till Monday to speak with Dave. Didn't get a hold of him till Tuesday. At this point, I took it somewhere else and he said he ordered another starter. I requested a refund. I only got a partial refund which was BS! I was told they wouldn't refund the full amount. Never get work done, only body work. Take your car to a authorized mechanic. read more

I dropped my car off on Monday, expecting repairs would take at least a week. I was surprised it was ready on Wednesday. They went out of their way and painted some minor scratches on my rear bumper, near but not part of the damage. The car was washed and clean. Outstanding service overall! read more
