He was only going to charge the diagnostic fee (an already low $75.00) for fixing all, but I gave him a substantial tip, for which he was very grateful. I will say he was 45 min. late, but he texted twice to keep us posted. I did find that I had a hard time following some of his explanations, but that's mostly because I don't speak car! I would recommend him and will call again if we need a mobile mechanic. He is very amiable (and quite the talker:)).

She was run off and now they are running off some of the most apt and amazing techs in BR/Prairieville area. It really sucks because they really had a great crew over there before the new owner took over. The moral is not even the same. It is not very "Christian-like." 3yrs ago...I brought my car for service and immediately was impressed. They send a text to you so you communicate with what is going on with your vehicle. They let you know pricing up front.I also received a link to see my diagnosis info and other things that they caught that needed attention; and it included pics. They did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issues with my car and all the while giving me updates. The service here is phenomenal!

But, they put a plastic cover on your back windshield wiper and I feel my car is really getting washed when I go through here. The soap even smells good. I never wait in a long line either, which I love. I, of course, use the vacuums after. These are actually high powered and are always working no matter what station I go to.
