The job estimate for repairs was eight days. He had my car for six weeks!! I got it back with: grease stains on my rear seat, burn marks on my front mat (I don't smoke), damage to my tail pipe that I had to pay to have repaired (I was hit on the front, driver-side area), damage to my A/C control knob (luckily, my dealer fixed that under warranty) and [just noticed this kicker last night] the carpeting under my dash was cut away and not replaced but held in place with Velcro strips which have since come undone. So, I can now see the frame of my car under the dashboard area. I was referred here by my dealership and am disappointed with their suggestion and the work that was done at GNB. When I complained at the dealership, I was told they haven't had complaints during the 20+ years they've been associated. I had to pick my car up at the repair shop, they didn't send it to my dealer for final review / inspection (which I was later told is the usual process). For all of this, my insurance company paid out nearly $9,000.
