It's been about 12-13 years I've been going to Nick. He is the most honest and genuine guy you can find in this business. I've had every issue under the sun (my car is from 2012) and while thankfully none have been major (several thousand) he's always willing to help as if I was a personal friend. Every guy knows that when you have a great barber or mechanic, you travel to go to them because you don't trust anyone else. Nick is that guy. Nothing but nice things to say about this place. My son's car broke down the day after he moved to the Philly area. Being new to town, I relied on Yelp to find a place for him to take it. The rave reviews led me to decide on Kiley's and I was not disappointed. They are honest, straight forward, polite, reasonable and kind. I was pretty sure I knew what needed to be done, but it turned out being much worse than I thought. Ends up the car needed work that had to be done by the dealership, but Kiley's quickly determined that and sent me there rather than doing work that wouldn't have solved the issue. If my son has any further car issues, Kiley's will be where he'll go. Much appreciate the integrity they demonstrate. All of the glowing reviews are well deserved. read more

I was having some issues with my voltage dropping, Nick diagnosed, ordered the part and fixed my car within hours. He calls me but says he doesn't seem like the issue was resolved so he holds the car for another day, mind you the next day is his day off! I get a call that he figured out what was wrong (again) and it's fixed. We talked in person and I was charged well under a reasonable price. Finally a place worth relating business with! Came in as a walk in for a car inspection. Expected to be sitting here for hours and later told my car needed $$$$$ repairs (even though my car is on the newer side, car shops always have $$$ recommendations)... Nope. Not here. I HAVE A GUY!!! Thanks Melissa G. For the straight-forward review of Nick because for the first time since my dad passed, I have a mechanic I can trust! Nick is worth his weight in gold and I can say that without reservation. Nick charged me LESS than what he quoted me and got the job done quickly and correctly the First time! My Brake light had been coming on and off for awhile. I took the Jeep to the dealer and several other mechanics and we had the brakes and rotors changed and everything, but the light kept coming back on. They tried to say it was something defective with the light sensor. Nick took my Jeep and within the hour was able to diagnose the actual issue (and his garage was PACKED that day). The brake fluid was actually leaking into the master cylinder, but you had to actually get into and look for this problem. My Jeep runs perfectly now and without ANY lights on the dash, which is a sight for sore eyes! Thanks for fixing my Jeep and showing us exactly what was wrong and explaining everything in detail, Nick! Not all heroes wear capes :D read more

Nick Kiley has been taking care of my car for over 10 years, he used to work at a repair shop near the City and now that he opened his own I will be taking it to Kiley's Auto Repair in Norristown. I have made the mistake of taking my car to someone else one time (Nick was on vacation) and I will NEVER do that again, they charged me an outrageous amount and didn't even fix the problem, when I took it back to Nick he was able to fix the problem right away for next to nothing!
