It's still a major repair that needs immediate attention. It's better to do it, sooner than, later. My house has only a partial basement, the majority of it is finished crawl space. After seeing all the positive reviews, we decided to still go with them and I'm glad we did! Quality workmanship, professional and courteous crew, work completed in the estimated time, took extra care to minimize dust, cleaned up after themselves daily. We had tuckpointing done on both our bricks and the larger masonry stones around the foundation, with 2 sides of the house needing solid tuckpointing and the other 2 needing spot tuckpointing. We also had KCB do new waterproofing/sealant around the expansion joints, had the wall to the walkout basement stairwell demolished and restacked, and had the deteriorating concrete slab under the sunroom replaced. The crew did a great job on all of it and KCB was even able to set up the supports to the sunroom while they worked so that I didn't have to hire a second company to do that portion. Very happy with all the work done and the price was outstanding. Will be using KCB again for any future tuckpointing needs.
