None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. The young gentleman who came out was Jay W., at least according to his card. Booking the appointment was an absolute breeze. After my initial call they were able to come out the next day to provide a detailed estimate. Once we agreed on the price and scope, they were able to commence the work immediately on the same day. It helped that I had a water source that was convenient. The machine he used was gas powered with multiple tips that were able to reach high places without resorting to long ladders. He only needed a regular A frame ladder to extend his reach in a few places. The gentleman who provided the estimate and actually did the power washing was pleasant and good natured throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and he took extra time to explain the entire procedure down to liquid cleaners used, water pressure (there is a hard wash and soft wash in which the latter is more appropriate for siding and wood), and expectations for the entire job. He sprayed the green colored surface mold with a plant safe cleaning solution from a handheld pump sprayer. He then power washed the surface with laser like precision. After the siding was left spiffy like Mr. Clean, he power washed the deck. Within four total hour or so, the deck and siding looked fantastic. For the amount of time spent on the job compared to the reasonable amount spent I would certainly use RD Power Washing again. They do not have fancy trucks, shiny advertisements, or a highly curated social media presence, but they get the job done for a fair price. It a basic power wash so that is hard to rate, but the customer service pushes the review to five fantastic stars.
