I would say 2.5ish stars. We reluctantly decided to give this traveling circus experience a go at the request of our kiddo in May 2026. I felt lucky we went on a relatively cooler, breezy day because air flowed through the exposed bottom of the tent. Not sure how a hotter day would have felt. The show was approximately 1.5 hours including around a 15 minute intermission. Seating was in rows of hard folding chairs zip-tied together & were first come, first served for general seats. Concessions & merchandise (balloons, light ups, coloring books, etc) were available from staff who walked around & at a counter in the back. Restroom facilities were porta potties located away from the tent. The performers did it all, from their performance to assisting each other on stage to selling items in the crowd. Some things we saw-- Sparkly outfits Hula hoops performance Juggling balls, pins, & hoops Different aerial acts including silks, hoop, rope Spinning a large metal cube Illusions that didn't exactly wow Motorcycle cage finale Unsynchronized dance & lip sync by performers dressed as K-Pop Demon Hunters (who also took photos for a fee with audience on stage during intermission) A clown who used props like a super soaker, gave drinks to audience members from a cooler, went into the audience for participants, & pulled people up on stage--(I was deadpan when he came around because I don't do clowns, lol!) For those who were into it, there was a lot of audience participation with getting adults & kids up on stage to be part of gags that were kind of meh to me. The microphone that the ringmaster used was quite loud, but didn't offer the greatest clarity. He really pushed buying food & merchandise often. I was impressed by the skill & athleticism of the performers. However, the show lacked variety with mostly variations of aerial acts. Some gags & acts were painfully cheesy & fell flat. If you're wondering whether this circus is worth your time and money--let me save you both: it's not. I rarely write reviews, but this was, without exaggeration, the worst live performance I've ever endured. Let's start with the setting: nothing on the website warned that the show would be held in an outdoor tent. At 85 degrees. With no air conditioning. Picture a human crockpot packed with sweaty strangers, and you're almost there. We assumed it was indoors and dressed accordingly--huge mistake. By intermission, we were cooked medium-well and praying for a breeze that never came. As for the "show," it featured five visibly disinterested performers rotating through a series of tired, uninspired acts. Not once did it feel like they wanted to be there--or knew how to entertain a crowd. Applause had to be begged for, and the energy was somewhere between "middle school group project" and "hostage video." Even the ringmaster lacked charisma--and instead of hyping the crowd, he leaned into emotional blackmail. At one point, he called on all the kids who already had $15 light-up swords to wave them proudly in the air... and then unleashed employees into the crowd like overpriced sword-dealing vultures, parading past all the empty-handed kids now begging their parents for one too. A truly classy move. Nothing says "fun for the whole family" like public shame and emotional extortion! There was one skilled aerialist... unfortunately dressed like a Victorian ghost who moonlights at a burlesque club. Her costume was so sheer it left nothing to the imagination, and the choreography included a white sheet strategically placed between her legs that she later spread open while winking at the audience. I didn't realize we'd bought tickets to Cirque du Saucy. Inappropriate doesn't begin to cover it. The magic act? A glorified coloring book gag. "Look kids, the blank pages are now full of color--because magic!" Yeah, sure. Next you'll tell me the $25 tickets and $100 we spent on food and glorified trinkets were part of the illusion too. Tried to ask for a refund? The website basically screamed in bold font: "NO REFUNDS." Charming. Speaking of food--if you enjoy popcorn served by a guy who licks his fingers between scoops, you're in for a treat. The nachos tasted like they'd been sunbathing since last Tuesday. The only edible thing was the cotton candy, and even that felt like it had second thoughts. Bottom line: this circus was a sweltering, overpriced, underwhelming disaster. Skip it unless you're dying to pay for heatstroke, sadness, and a $15 light-up sword you'll regret before you even get back to your car. read more

This is nothing like the circus's I've been to in the past like Vargas. They have no air conditioning or fans. No bleacher seats just small chairs they line up super close together. The acts were boring and loud. The trapeze girls just swung on the swings barely clothed and did nothing to amaze you. The "clown" was funny and made us laugh a little but that was it. They charge way too much to go and it was $10 for a small bag of popcorn! They sold light up toys and these big pillow things the kids kept playing with around us and hit us with accidentally because we had to sit so close. We left early. Well that was just sad. Luckily I didn't pay for the VIP seats, but even with the kids' tickets being free it was still a rip-off.

Nice performance, my son and I enjoyed the show. The place and setup is kind of bare bone, but you are not paying at a premium price to begin with. One adult ticket for $25 and free child admission is very reasonable. I like supporting small and local businesses. The negative reviews complaining the price of popcorns and mediocre performance seem pathetic. It's just a fun family night out. read more

First off they bribe the whole audience with a bag of popcorn if you leave a positive Yelp review. We got fooled. We saw circus vargas at the Laguna hills mall last year and it was so fun for our kids... naturally when we saw the circus pop up we thought it would be the same experience. Wrong. This is not a circus. This is a bunch of fakes doing reckless stunts and lack basic humor. Pole dancing? Not a family show. I saw way too much and so did my 6 and 4 year old. I kept thinking the best... thinking any minute they would do something ACTUALLY worth seeing. It was a joke. We played along for our kids but at $25 a pop (and we went with my parents so that's a whopping $100) it was lame. Save your money and your time!! You're welcome friends. read more
