But we were still optimistic! Ordered for a family of 5. Got it to go and went home. Entrees were decent. However the fries were all melted into the styrofoam. And the ones we could eat tasted like they were 4 days old fried cardboard. Would recommend anywhere else. 3/10 would not recommend. While I am a fan of the American Deli the franchise, I am not a fan of this new location. It recently opened in the same complex as the Walmart shopping center off sugarloaf, and I was looking forward to the closer location. However, was greatly disappointed by the food I received. I ordered my usual 10 piece hot wing w/ lemon pepper sprinkle combo. I ordered over the phone and asked for light lemon pepper sprinkle, because too much and you feel the immediate onset of hypertension. Upon arrival, I inspected my order while the young gentleman rang me up, and was appalled out how tiny the wings were. They were baby wings!! Thank goodness I didn't get a smaller order than 10 wings. I even said to the gentleman checking me out "oh my goodness these are tiny wings" to which he just chuckled ... I took my food home and hoped the taste made up for their lack in size. While they were extremely spicy (too my liking), they were bathed in that lemon pepper sprinkle. I could barely enjoy them. The fries were medium sized, crinkly fries and the best part of my combo. Overall, I will continue to eat at American Deli, unfortunately not at this location. read more

Just bought hot wings and philly cheese stale wit light onions, add fries for $1.00 more $10.69, it taste very good, this is my first time ever eating american deli and not gona be my last. I think the price is not so high for their food.. i am still not full, i want more haha.. i see alot of interesting items on the menu but today i am trying this, next time i will try something different, i kind of want to try out the tilapia fried fish here, but thats for next time! I also see burgers on their menu, very intrigue! Now i cant wait! I want to actually try out everything on their menu! i am a very heavy seasoner, i put lots of seasonal salt on my wings fries and philly, and also i am a weird seasoner too, i put lemon pepper on my wings fries and philly. It was my first time trying American Deli and I wasn't too impressed. I didn't get what I was expecting from the flavoring and the portions are pretty small but it's for a low price so you get what you paid for. The employee who attended me was very nice and served me with a positive attitude. I was very impressed with the customer service that this American Deli location has. My favorite American Deli location ! The customer service here is always great. The young lady at the counter always gets my order right. I order the same thing every time. 10 piece wings, half honey garlic, half hot, extra crispy , all flats. It seems like any time I visit a different location I'm always disappointed. The food is always great and FRESH! Even when you place the order ahead , they wait until you get there so that it's not sitting out waiting for you. I especially love the drinks . Most American delis have the same peach , lemonade or fruit punch drink but for some reason , the drinks here just taste better. They're sweeter and always cold enough that you don't need ice. The only downside to this location is that it's sometimes hard to find a parking on busier days but it's worth parking a little far back and just walking there . There's also not a lot of seating space on a busy day so it's best to take it to go. read more

Yesterday I ordered food for my entire family and also had the worst experience possible. It all started when I ordered ahead. The lady that answered the phone told me that combinations that I have previously ordered were no longer available, so I just swallowed it and worked around them. When I got to the place, understandably they were busy, as it was Friday night. However it took them 45 minutes to get me my food after I paid, when ordered ahead 20 minutes! I watched people walk in and out of the restaurant after I paid and got their food sooner. I had to tell them that they forgot me. And on top of that my order, and my receipt said no onions as I am allergic to them and there were onions on my sandwich! And my food was cold! When I called back, they said you need to come within the next day or so to get your sandwich remade or we don't know what to tell you. The girl who answered the phone that time was extremely flippant and rude. So when I asked to speak to someone about my experience the owner looked at me like I was retarded for asking to speak to him. I will NEVER set foot into this establishment again and will be forwarding this review to my Facebook and Twitter followers. They all need a lesson in customer service! read more

I sent my husband to pick it up, they didn't give the fries and the drink, when I called they put me on hold and hang up, I called back they put me on hold for 5 minutes, when the guy finally came to the phone he said what did you want to order, I told I already ordered and they didn't send me everything, he asked me for my order number, I told him he didn't gave my husband one, and he hang up the phone on me. read more
