Good eating experience once inside. I am attaching an outside picture, and you have to ask yourself why there's an awning over a sidewalk when the sidewalk is populated by planters, and then noses if vehicles occupy the remaining space a patron would safely walk.
Located close to the popular Gwinnett venue. We went at 6pm on a Wednesday evening with reservations. The place filled up as we dined. Didn't realize how big the place was until I went to the restroom. It's huge with a private dining area for large groups, a regular area in front of open kitchen (which is where we sat) and then a bar area and another whole section where a pianist started playing a few minutes before we left. Service was very attentive. Two employees worked our table and the manager stopped by to check on us as well which is always appreciated. They have TV's in the bar area tuned to the World Cup coverage. Large modern fireplace in the bar section with casual seating in front of it. Valet parking available but we parked ourselves and used the tip money to buy creme brulee for dessert. We started with the burrata salad which included both red and green tomatoes. Very good. For my main entree, I ordered the halibut and it was excellent. My husband ordered the Cuts Ribeye and he described how he wanted his steak to the server and he recommended the temp. It was perfectly light pink so he was right with his knowledge. Prices were typical for a steakhouse but this spot makes for a great date night.
This was our first time here and Dan was our server. Great service 10/10. The food was good and fresh. The atmosphere was relaxed but grown and sexy. Definitely will be back. We met Johnathan who really spoke about the live music. The band was awesome also.
My husband and I was long over due for a date night and decided to have it here at Cuts last night. We haven't been to cuts since 4 years ago when they first opened and wow! Loving the new menu!! Fernando was our server and he was AMAZING! Everything we had was so delicious, but the apple smoked salmon belly though!! A MUST! Can't wait to come back!

I've been waiting to give Cuts a try. The ambiance is beautiful. The service was very attentive. The steaks were cooked to temp and on the whole we had a very serviceable evening. The brownie was terrible but they were happy to take it off the bill. In short, for the money, if your around Sugarloaf, just go to Frankie's!
Amazing atmosphere, drinks and music. Not sure if it's daily but they usually have someone playing live music. The lychee martini is always my go to. Dinner was great too. I ordered the lamp chops 10/10 & the rest of food my family ordered was great too. For where it's located, it's really not a bad place at all. 8/10
I came here tonight and my experience was just okay. Our server Nicole started out okay but then it took 25 minutes for her to come back with a wine list and the manager Johnathan came out and noticed our wine glasses were empty and filled them up quickly. (We never got the wine list and just decided to go off on a whim). The food was great but the service was really slow. Thanks to Cran who kept coming back to check on us and brought us our check quickly so we can leave. The ambiance is perfect and very warm. I'd come back but stay in the lounge area as the live music was the highlight of the entire night.
The food, service, and the ambience was what we have grown to expect from Cuts Steakhouse. We sat in the bar for about 20 minutes prior to our reservation and our friends arriving. Lala and Destiny took great care of us. When our guests arrived the hostess seated us promptly. They were very nice and what you would expect at a Steakhouse. Our waitresses name was not known, so Team 3 is what it was on our receipt. There were 6 of us at the table for the evening. We ordered a shrimp cocktail, it was good. Next she had the iron seared salmon loin, and she added the side of carrots. I had the 8oz Filet mignon with a baked potato. Both our entrees were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. When the check came it was a slight issue as we asked for each couple to get their own check, they relented in the end and as a compromise I guess a 20% gratuity was automatically added to each of the 3 checks. I am sure they left money on the table from us. Parking was a bit tight tonight. We parked in the adjacent parking lot and walked over. When in town again, we wil visit again
Totally romantic! The service was attentive to everything I requested. The aesthetics of the food, venue, drinks and all were appealing. There was even live music.
We absolutely loved Cuts. The decor is just what you want for date night. Low lights, modern and elegant ambiance. Two servers taking care of you. The food quality is top notch. The wine selection is crazy big. And the live music is also fantastic! We enjoyed a great night out with a nice filet cooked to a perfect medium rare, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. We shared a wedge salad and the crab cake too. The crabcake was so good!! Looking forward to our next visit!
Became a regular here the last few months. Ask for the main room dining booths for quality seating. Service here is phenomenal to start, and they take care of you. I would order chefs cut and ask for the showing--personal favorite is the large Tomahawk. Their steak sides of bernaise, Hollander and chimichurri are much needed for flavor enhancers. For appetizers and sides, get the truffle fries and their fried tomatoes. Dessert is mid and once you get served the service slows down. Lobster is not good, so I avoid that now. Ask for a bread basket to go-- the butter is amazing
I think Thi's is going to be my new steakhouse spot. Happy to see Gwinnett got a nice one and I no longer need to drive all the way to in the perimeter to get some good eats. Service was wonderful - everyone from the hostess to the managers were friendly. They check on you often and seem like they genuinely are happy to see you dining with them. Ambiance is not loud at all, even with the room I was in being completely full. It definitely looks new but is a good mix of an old school steakhouse with modern decor. The food - wow. Star of the show was the ceviche. We didn't expect much from it but it was SO refreshing and the fish had just enough bounce to it. I could drown in the creamy sauce it came with. The cuts ribeye is a ribeye marinated in a tropical sauce - makes for a very sweet steak but we didn't mind that at all. The meat was tender as could be with just enough fat left on for flavor. The steak bites were a great starter, especially since Thi's was our first time and we wanted to try their meat quality. That is the reason why we went on to order an actual cut of steak. The chimichurri it came with is also phenomenal - citrus flavor comes through with all the herbs. The carpaccio - stunning. The truffle is actually shaved on yet not overpowering at all. The soft meat combined with the bite of the arugula paired wonderfully. The crab cake was a little misleading. It's plural on the menu but you definitely only get a singular crab cake so that was a bit disappointing but the cake itself was delicious. Not much filler, if any at all. Crab was sweet and not fishy. I dipped it with the ceviche sauce and I think that's a nice hack if you end up loving the ceviche sauce as I did. Will be coming back. Great for a date but it appears anyone and everyone can come and find something they like. I wanna try their burger next time, the table next to us did and it looked like a treat.

Mom & Dad finally escaped the house, and Cuts made sure the night was worth the jailbreak. From entry to exit: flawless. A full 5/5. Our servers (yes, SERVERSSSS .. we were spoiled) were knowledgeable, hilarious, and checked on us like we were VIPs. I'd remember their names if I wasn't too busy enjoying myself. We skipped appetizers because we're professionals. Chilean Seabass : I wanted the Diver Scallops, but they were out...womp womp. But the seabass stepped up like an understudy ready for Broadway. Sitting on spinach mash, full of flavor, melts in your mouth tender. Not dry, not bland, not anything except delicious. Microgreens? They can stay home. Delmonico Ribeye : This steak was JUICY. I don't even have a comparison....JUST JUICY. My husband would've inhaled it whole if sharing wasn't legally required in marriage. Crème Brûlé: Dessert has two settings: good or bad. This was good. Unfortunately sharing is illegal with desserts.. The GM even came by to check on us and told us to head to the other room for live music afterward. A perfect ending to a perfect night. Great energy, great staff, great everything. We loved it. read more
My kids treated me here for Mother's Day and it didn't disappoint. I had passed by a few times but didnt register this was the same Cuts brand in Atlanta. We were greeted with friendly host staff, roses given to all moms. They had a specialty menu but also their regular menu. We had the oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer but had missed out on the cerviche special due to its popularity. I had a filet , brussel sprouts , and a wonderful lobster bisque soup. All in our party we're pleased with their entree selections. There is ample dining space, a nice lounge and live music most days. They have an outdoor cigar area and cozy quaint near the fireplace. The stat was the chocolate mouse cheesecake dessert which was delicious. Our servers were excellent and even met the manager staff very hospitable. Definitely a wonderful experience and will be back. read more

Came in town to work on a Production. My sister picked the most amazing steakhouse in Suwanee, Georgia before my plane leaves tomorrow and the chef and the GM and our waitress took great care of us. Steak bites, roasted beets, and goat cheese, crabcakes, martinis, chocolate, espresso, peach, the filet mignon and whatever this lovely specimen, right here is called if you're in Atlanta in Suwanee, come by cut steakhouse and just let them feed you read more
Went here for our Valentines dinner, I love the atmosphere! It's beautifully decorated and has a cozy lounge area with 2 large fireplaces. The live music last night was awesome, I would have stayed longer but I was tired and full. They have a nice wine/cocktail selection blue cheese olives in my martini just how I like it. I regret my steak choice so next time I'll try a different one. Valet parking was easy and free. Everything about this place was a yes for me! read more

Cuts Steakhouse was definitely a vibe. We made reservations for 3p on Mother's Day, but we were slightly turned off by the front staff. They made us wait while they sat a family of 5 and another couple and we couldn't understand why they kept bypassing us. The rose they provided was a nice touch. The atmosphere is wonderful, it is truly a good steakhouse, menu was great, and our waitress was good and knowledgeable. The sides were really good but I've honestly had better steak. The Picahna was too chewy for it to be medium and the cowgirl ribeye was too well done for it to be a medium steak. The Lobster Tail and mushrooms, crab cake, asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and Pimento Mac & Cheese were excellent. They did forget our cilantro fries but we forgot until we after we got home. I would go back and expect a better front staff and steak. It was definitely on the pricy side, as we spent well over $400 for two of us. The Caymus Wine and Don Julio Reposado was superb though. I'd recommend this place to get a feel for yourself, worth a second chance in my book. The environment was a little busy but it was nice that they had a live piano player/singer who was really good. read more

Let me tell you all something! This place is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. In all seriousness, we were impressed from the start. If you all have read any of my reviews, you all know I am a sucker for excellent customer service. The staff here is fantastic, and the food is even better, so compliments to the chef. The establishment is spacious; they have a large group room and live music on certain nights. Now on to the food! We went with goat cheese fritters, salmon poke, broiled octopus, fried green tomatoes, lamb chops, and a fried lobster tail. I usually rank these dishes from my least favorite to my favorite, but I loved all of these. Everything was seasoned to perfection, and the food just melted in my mouth. Heck, my mouth is starting to water just typing this out. The plating was phenomenal; the bartenders got down with the drinks, and to top it off, Xavier (the manager) stopped by and cracked a few jokes with us. Especially after I said, the food was horrible, but my plate was clean. The entire evening was a great dining experience and one we needed. We will certainly be back. First time trying this place out with my family. I was blown away by the level of service and it had a great vibe. Great menu with a lot of different selections and a lot of really unique appetizers. I can cook a mean steak so I do not give good reviews out lightly when it comes to steakhouses. This one was excellent. Will definitely be back. read more

I enjoyed the lamb but the the ribeye steaks didn't really hit the spot for me. The texture of the steak was tough and the there was no depth in the flavor. Also, the ambiance of the restaurant didn't feel fancy especially for the price I paid for the meal. The waitress was super nice though. read more

Wow! Our first time here for my husbands birthday!From the moment we were greeted and sat to our table and my daughter was in awe. Brad and Diane were absolutely amazing. Ambiance was perfect! The food was without the best we ever had, let alone the service and tentative care. Thank you for thank so wonderful service. See you again and again. read more
Beautiful restaurant, excellent service. Food is extremely good. The beef carpaccio is some of the best I've had. They do need to let it sit just a bit longer before they serve it. This is a wonderful steakhouse. The only downside... They allow children. Kind of a bummer when you're paying that kind of money. And you have to listen to screaming babies. I still think I would take bottles and bones in Suwanee because you don't have to deal with the kiddies . Don't get me wrong I love kids but these kind of restaurants you kind of want to go there for the ambience read more

OMG where do I begin?!! The servers Claire and JC were so attentive and timely. We never had to wait for anything. The food was delicious from start to finish....empanadas, steak, potatoes, and pecan apple pie. We will be back...soon! read more

My husband and I are at Cuts last night to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary. We were blown away! The interior of Cuts is absolutely stunning, and it feels incredibly classy from the moment you step inside. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive to our table without being overbearing. We started with the goat cheese risotto appetizer, as well as a crabcake. For our entrées, I had the filet and my husband had the picanha steak (one of the speciality steaks). For dessert, we had the chocolate brownie, and it was the perfect end of the meal. We can't wait to visit Cuts again in the future! read more
I have been here for brunch but wanted to try their dinner. I came with a friend and loved it. I ordered the manhattan and it was amazing. We had the pork belly appetizer and it was delicious. My ribeye was cooked to perfection! I love how juicy and thick it was. The service was great as well. Only thing I didn't like was the restaurant wasn't full since they just opened for lunch and they seated us at a table for 6 near the kitchen that was super bright! read more
Cuts was a TREAT for our sons 22nd birthday, party of 6 @ 8:00 pm. Located off of Sugarloaf Parkway in Suwanee, GA. Used to be the Tilted Kilt. Man, it looks nothing like the TK anymore- really beautiful, inside & out!! We all arrived just before 8 pm & this place was hopping!! Lots of energy, warm smiles, a great welcome in- I love the sound of soft chatters & clanking forks... means good food & a good vibe!! We had to wait a few minutes for our table so we were in the front seating area, this is small but they seem to have a patio. Just off the side & I know this because a group of YOUNG children came loudly bursting in with a couple of adults who didn't seem to mind these children were too loud, running/flopping & some in sweat pants. The associate sat that group just before up, then took us to our table- we were going to be seated next to them. I politely told our associate to move us, she winked, gave an "I understand smile" and prepared another table far away. The GM came to make sure we were satisfied- ABSOLUTELY!!! All discrete & we didn't interrupt a single table while we shifted... THAT is service & what I (like the Ritz) expect from a high-end steak house!! We had 2 servers- how cool!! The lead gave our menus, got our initial drink orders & explained everything. Our 2nd server assisted with the same, placed bread, filled water, cleared plates. Just wow!! We ordered the Hickory Smoked Fat Back Bacon- we allowed our children & their dates to enjoy & they were ALL making that Mmm sound!! That with bread was perfect!! Dinner, I can't remember sizes but 2 of use ordered the 8 oz filet $44, 2 split a big steak, my husband ordered a big steak & wedge salad. I ordered the Iron Seared Salmon Loin, $28. All AMAZING. We were talking so much I am sorry I'm not more clear in who got what. We ordered the shareable sides; Pimento Cheddar Mac & Cheese $8, Cilantro Fries, $8 & another basket of bread, complimentary. I feel like there was something else but I may be wrong. Our meals came- BEAUTIFUL! It didn't take long for all to be devoured... my salmon was huge, everything cooked perfectly (a touch salty), but I honestly cleaned my plate! Hubby loved his wedge & steak (2 mins over his preferred medium rare). Our son received a personal Creme Brûlé. We ordered the Decadent Mousse Cake (OMG OMG), $14 & Georgia Style Cheesecake, $12. I had a coffee. Listen, just go! Apparently there are great spaces here that each have a unique experience. Ours was terrific & we will be back!!! Thank you again, Cuts!!! This place is the best place that I have EVER eaten and experienced. Upon arrival the vibe is just so pleasant from valet to doorman to hostess to waiting staff. Everyone is smiling, happy, and ready to accommodate your every want and need. We were seated promptly and introduced to our waiting staff. It was a team effort and it showed in the exemplary service that was provided by Xavier, Destiny, and Yvonne. Drinks were suggested and ordered quickly. Bread was on the table immediately. After reviewing the menu and receiving our drinks in a timely manner, we ordered appetizers and entrees (we were starving) however, the waiting staff said they would pace everything and they did. We ordered spinach dip, empanadas (MUST TRY), shrimp and grits, crab cakes, and Brussels sprouts. The food came out the perfect temperature and everything was so flavorful. The shrimp was succulent. I did not enjoy the grits as I thought that it was a little salty. However, it could be just my tastebuds as I am not "salt" person. My friend said the crab cakes were delicious and it was actually crabmeat and not a bunch of filling. Every thing was on point and on time. We never had a moment to want or need anything and the staff was not overbearing nor did my party feel rushed. Overall I give the food a 9 out of 10. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning. Our waiter Xavier found out that I didn't like grits and did offer to redo the dish or replace it with something else. He even notified the manager and the manager came to the table but I was so satisfied with what I had already eaten that I did not find it necessary to replace the meal. To my surprise when I got the check they had removed the shrimp and grits from our bill. I was very grateful. If you truly want an amazing dining experience please go visit this place. It will not disappoint. Thank you so much to the amazing staff and management for this wonderful experience. 8/19/23 On first glance, the restaurant seems fine. Then the orders came. My $120 Tomahawk steak was cooked ok, just was flavorless. It tasted like I was in a western eating a hunk of meat with no seasoning. I pointed out to staff twice with no fix. I dumped pepper and salt on it in front of them. But in the end I said to my wife and the party, "Im in a steakhouse, I shouldn't have to add anything to this." Before that, the first $40 glass of wine I ordered had an old and musty taste to it. Made the waiter aware and ordered a different wine. When he dropped that off, it was in a dirty glass that had food particles in it. Had the waiter remove both glasses, since he never took the first glass. Then my wife steak came Med Rear, when she ordered Med Well. After the tomahawk was flavorless and having with only water from not trusting its bar to provide a clean wine glass, it totally killed the vibe of my birthday dinner for me. If other where not invited, we would have left. In summery, a so called steakhouse that does not flavor or cook its main course correctly, nor pays attention to the details in the bar. Wish we went to Frankies steakhouse where it's issue free. read more

Which day do u have a live band?
We went on a Monday night, I'm sure there are more days. Make a reservation though, the lounge stays open a little later so good drinks, and awesome music👍🏽
