This place is a hidden gem!!! Restaurant connected to a gas station. Nothing fancy about this spot as far as decor. But hunny... the customer service, and the food makes up for everything it's lacking. Me and my Bae ordered the fried chicken and chicken gizzards. Chicken was hot fresh and crispy. Gizzards were OK. I've had better. But I'd definitely return for the chicken. The cashier treated us like we were in her home. Definitely felt welcomed. Best part is the prices can't be beat!!! So if you want some good fried chicken for cheap try this place out. You'll thank me later.

Okay I wanted my mom to try a different fried Chicken other than KFC. I found this place on Yelp because it was on my way home. The reviews were good when it came to the chicken the sides not so much. So the first thing I noticed is that no one spoke to me when I walked in for an uncomfortable amount of time. The place is very small but there are about five people and an L-shape kitchen area. The cashier was new so I understood her reluctance because she was putting together an order behind the counter. A customer actually had to say, "Hey there's somebody here who wants to order." I ordered the 5 piece all dark, just chicken special $6.99. I added a side of green beans which was okay, nothing special. The premium order of collard greens was so spicy that I couldn't even close my mouth. It was ridiculous. People should be allowed to add their own spiciness level to their collard greens. I didn't finish them I didn't want them and I threw them away. So all in all, I will be back because 20 minutes later after I got home my chicken was still crispy and boy was it yummy!.

Everyone was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing, truly 5-stars quality across the board. The smoked filet was phenomenal, and the craft cocktails, white sangria, and wine selection were all excellent. Even though there wasn't a children's menu, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our kids were taken care of. The chef even prepared special dishes just for them, which we truly appreciated. I can't say enough about how thoughtful and accommodating the entire team was. Our waitress, Liz, was such a professional she helped us navigate the drink menu and made suggestions and brought surprises and samples based on our likes. We will be returning!

They just slide a menu in front of you as a gesture - you read it if you want to know. I can't see the small print on these menus to save my life lol I invited a industry colleague for a business dinner Ok, food review they offer an oxtail protein in the collard greens "Yummy" however I didn't find oxtail in the collard greens anywhere. My guest ordered some cwing dinner that looked like a contraption. As far as the presentation was delivered. I decided on a liquid diet after seeing the food delivery Next week I personally stopped in-for lunch wanted to give this place a chance to rebound and my full attention on a fair review. I wanted to also make sure management was there. An older caucasian woman greets me well we have a cordial conversation about my previous experience and my embarrassment at such a nice looking restaurant She was unable to believe this happened at her restaurant. Just plain disbelief and raved about the kitchen and pride that goes into her food to later having to eat those words Again, limited menu what is up with the 4-5 items to chose from. I donot eat steak fries So I just ordered the burger - medium well - not burned and it had no venison mixed or blended meat added The burger came out with old brown tarnished lettuce I sent it back for fresh lettuce . She brought it back they added thousand island dressing when I specially asked for mayo on the side which was also provided. What is going on in the kitchen I took a bittersweet bite anyways and spat it out. Took my utensils which looks like a switch blade in a fairly nice restaurant. bad esthetics decisions I knifed out The center of the uncooked raw meat of the burger and waited patiently for the nice lady to find her way back over to me I offered to just pay and leave. She ask what was the problem . I uncovered the burger and allowed her to witness fir herself Her face turned beet red and quickly said no charge and stormed off to her kitchen where I am sure like "The Oak" there was a Waffle House griller reject acting as a chef " Pictures attached : I can't make my Experiences UP! #SMH you just can't get what you pay for anywhere these days Me being a restaurant consultants. Luckily, our server, King James, knows his stuff and was able to guide our table to what we wanted. He understood our desire, and the menu, so he was able to help us get what we wanted by manipulating the menu, so to speak. I had the Mr. Benedict, which is similar to the "normal" Eggs Benedict, but with the flavorful twist of adding a crab cake to each side of the English Muffin, and came with a sauce that was similar to an Old Bay flavor, but was so creamy and delicious that I couldn't stop eating. If you don't like... whatever it is you don't like, you should try this place out because they make that, only better. And if you're wary about that, they have so many other delicious things that you won't go hungry. At least, they sounded delicious, because I couldn't eat another bite of anything. To the extent that I normally try a bite of everything at the table in order to write reviews on all of it, but I couldn't do it after my meal. Highly recommend!!! You can thank me later!

Our waitress, Gena, was outstanding--attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was top notch across the board. The crab cakes with the Cajun sauce (Mr. Benny) were a standout--perfectly seasoned with a rich, flavorful sauce that complemented the dish without overpowering it. You can tell there's real attention to detail in the kitchen. The potatoes were seasoned to perfection--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and cooked exactly how they should be. And the grits? Easily some of the best I've had in Atlanta--creamy, smooth, and full of flavor. We also had the fried lobster tail, which was cooked just right--crispy, buttery, and a great addition to the meal. On top of that, we tried the veggie burger, and it definitely held its own--well-seasoned, satisfying, and a great option on the menu. Everything from presentation to flavor was on point. This is not just another brunch spot--this is a place that delivers a full experience. Overall, Milk & Honey earns a solid 5 out of 5. If you're looking for a top-tier breakfast or brunch in Atlanta, this spot should absolutely be at the top of your list.

Every single dish came out intentional, balanced, and full of flavor -- the kind of food that makes you slow down and appreciate each bite. Some highlights from our visit: Bread Basket -- warm focaccia with EVOO, balsamic, house dipping oil, and whipped ricotta (absolutely dangerous) Crab Stuffed Mushrooms -- rich, delicate, finished with a lemon butter drizzle Braciola -- parmesan breadcrumb filling, red sauce, served with focaccia Beet Carpaccio -- roasted beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, arugula -- the perfect mix of sweet, earthy, and fresh Fried Tortellini -- cheese-filled with an nduja parmesan sauce that had serious depth Italian Spring Rolls -- pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, peppers & onions -- unexpectedly incredible Even though we focused on starters, nothing felt small or secondary. Each plate stood on its own and showcased the kitchen's attention to detail and flavor. The drinks were immaculate -- balanced, smooth, and thoughtfully crafted. Yes, the plates looked like they came from Dollar Tree (no judgment, lol), but when the food is this good, that becomes part of the charm instead of a flaw. I'm already looking forward to going back.
