I get there and they turned me away and refused service, why post business hours if you won't be honest and stand by them. This place was awesome! No need to make a reservation. No complicated online reservation system. Just walk in and get a great cut at a great price! $15 for a cut. Can't beat that for the quality hair cut you receive. Oh but it's cash only. They have an ATM too just in case you forget to bring some. Cool vintage laid back vibe. The barbers were friendly. I just took my two kids and the lady with the braces cut my youngest kids haircut and she did a horrible job. He went in with a little man bun and came out bold. I could of just got my husbands clippers and buzzed it myself. I dont know how there even in buisness. While this was happening my other son was on another chair getting a hair cut by an old man who was suppose to give him a 2018 taper and he came out looking like the Flintstones era. Then my baby was finished and i went over to the old man to have to tell him how to line him up he gave him a curve. Who does that in 2018? She asked if my son can have a lollipop and I said "no, it's ok. If my other son isn't crying I wouldn't want to give my oldest a lollipop either because it isn't fair for the baby". And she said "What type of diet is that?" Very rude. Maybe because i don't want my kids to be looking obese like her. Perfect example. And i should not have to explain to a barber why I don't want my kids eating sugar. I raise my kids the way I want. That's why they will not be working at a barber shop like them. I may be spoiled after going to Custom Cuts Barber Shop for so long but I didn't have a great experience here on my first visit. I waited a solid 40 minutes and should have seen a red flag when two customers passed up the barber that eventually cut my hair. I didn't time her, but I know she spit me out of the chair before another customer with another barber beside me, who had started his cut 20 minutes before me. I didn't get turned around or handed a mirror once she was done, probably because she knew the cut was weak. The reason I choose to go to a real barber shop is because of the pride they take in their trade. There was no pride at all in this cut. The other three barbers seemed to be much better and looked as if they cared about what they were doing. On the wall it says 'Full Service Barber Shop' listing: *Straight razor around the neck and sideburns *Top shelf products *Hot towel *Splash of aftershave They also list this on their website as 'The Gentleman' at $15. Like I said, I may be spoiled but if it's on the wall and website it should probably get done and it didn't. I gave my $15 dollars but instantly regretted it so I definitely won't be back. She showed me the mirror and I asked why she cut so high? She responded with there was a lot of hair there... Normally they charge my 10 year old only $17 for his hair cut, but this time the lady in the middle chair charged me $25 for my son's hair cut! (I asked to trim his hair around not too short). I asked her why $25 this time, and she explained because she used scissors to cut his hair. But my sister took my son there and waited for the next barber and he came back with his side burns not cut all the way, long hairs around his head where its short. I'm horrible. I forgot the names of the two barbers that worked the day my brother and I came in. One guy took care of my brother and the other took care of me. They both did a great job.
