Last week we had an inspection (we are selling the house) and somehow it stopped working. We still have a warranty on the water heater. We needed a check-up and repair. The water is getting cold! After 3 days reaching out via email, voicemails finally Kevin picks up. I told him the situation, gave him the original invoice # etc. "No, we don't service Chicago anymore, we moved to Naperville". Turns out, he really doesn't want to provide service in Chicago, doesn't care about the work he did here, doesn't respect the warranty and money he made on us. We are stuck with a water heater installed by Kevin's company (actually himself) and he was quite rude explain that he doesn't care and we are on our own. It says Chicago in the corporate name! Two days went by and there was no follow up (no contact at all) from the office about my quote. Over the next week I asked three more times and got no response. The word "Fail" in their name is appropriate - THEY FAIL TO MEET EVEN MINIMAL STANDARDS FOR RESPONSIVENESS.
