I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. Initially Brian came over to asses our A/C needs and then a team of 4 skilled technicians performed the job over the course of two days. The superheroes were Chris, Ricardo, Steven and Wilfredo. They worked until 10:30pm on very hot and humid days to complete the job. The fire department was called and we (me, my wife, and our 3 kids) were without heat on a 20 degree night. The following morning I made a few inquiries just hoping to get something scheduled and I was surprised to find they had someone available almost immediately.
