Friendly service and waited a reasonable amount of time for our 16" pizza. They did an excellent job with toppings for our Dream Special (minus tomato). I had two issues- one was the amount of salt in that pizza...we guzzled water the rest of the day; and two- the price of pizza for three people... the only thing that felt it helped make up for the cost was the amount of toppings. Not sure if less meat would be a ton less salty but holy moly all three of us would have put our mouths on a fire hose if it had helped hydrate us!!

The ambiance gives small town pizza place. The service can take a while so be prepared. Also the dough can be inconsistent. The menu is large and there are a lot of great combinations and options (topping wise and dietary preference wise). If deciding between a mini size and two regular slices, do the two regular slices. There individual slices can be comparable to Costco size.

Had high expectations as i heard from many it was yummy here. Service was good very kind people. As for the Pizza will not be coming again simply because it was hard as a rock felt like i was chewing cardboard unfortunately would've probably enjoyed it if wasn't so hard to chew. Place is a tad bit dirty but seems very laidback. 2/10. Prices seem reasonable but won't be coming here again.

    Delicious slice of cheese pizza.

We always make a point to stop here while in Corvallis. The cheese pizza was delicious as always. We also got chocolate chip cookies, which are to die for. Loved sitting in the stools by the window to people watch. Returned a few days later to order takeout pizzas. The Bent and Mary's Peak are phenomenal.

My first time here, I liked it a lot. The vibe was welcoming and the pizza was really good. Not pictured was my daughter's kids meal that comes with a slice, drink and cookie, which she loved. Good happy hour too! We will def come back.

    Pepperoni pizza with mushrooms

One of the best pizzas I've had! Love the crust and square cut pieces. Wish I lived closer so I could get more.

I have been dreaming of the day I'd get to eat one of these amazing pizza's since I graduated. This was my go-to spot for whatever occasion, back in the day when I lived in Corvallis. So I trekked my way down to this lil ol' college town just to grab a slice. And ended up with a whole pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni with half pineapple and half jalapenos, nothin' fancy. I dined in instead of taking out, and it was a Saturday evening so I figured I'd be waiting a while. I'm super glad I got a Rose Wine from Bold Leaf (by Two Towns Ciderhouse) to help alleviate my hunger. After 35 minutes, my pizza came out hot and ready for me to devour. I wish I could say it was as delish as I remembered, but alas I had to knock it down a star because it was waaayyyy overbaked. The outer crust was super crunchy, almost inedible. What wasn't overcooked was just as fabulous as I remembered it. Not overly greasy. I did find the addition of jalapenos to be very limited - they added way more pineapple than that. Easy fix. I just used a lot more crushed pepper flakes than I liked. Overall, I enjoyed my pizza. I was very happy with all the leftovers I walked out with. :)

    Pizza with missing pieces

Took over 2 hours to get a single pizza, when it did arrive it was cold and missing two slices. My friends table also took 2 hours and got given the wrong pizza. They said it would be another 45 minutes for them to remake it so they were stuck with the wrong pizza. Completely unacceptable.

    Overcooked with old burnt cornmeal
    Rachel S.

My most recent visit left a lot to be desired. My pizza was over cooked (my friend's pizza didn't look like this) and it had more burnt cornmeal than what's shown. I brushed most of it off before taking this picture. Probably won't be back honestly because this is just lazy and I don't like sending food back.

The restaurants ambiance has a soft, intimate feel to it, but neither the chairs nor tables have the element of class one would expect. In fact, the perimeter of the seating area has wooden benches which make sitting comfortably relative to the table a trick. Meanwhile, the actual chairs reminded me more of modern living room chairs as opposed to dining chairs. As for the food, we found the two main courses rather tasty:one being a steak kabob and the other a lamb kabob. I have had the lamb kabob on another occasion and both times it was cooked so the lamb was juicy and tender: rather delicious. However, the lamb kabob only came with one skewer of meat. On the other hand, the wagyu beef kabob was very tasty in it's own right and this was two skewers worth. I had trouble squaring that discrepancy in my head - so be it. As an appetizer, we shared the calamari dish. I am used to large plates of breaded, fried calamari cooked to perfection from my days eating at Italian restaurants in New York. This appetizer came in a small cup, which appeared to be an 8 ounce size (the cup was fancy and black, consistent with the image they are trying to project). The calamari dish was good, but not anything special. Thus, without considering that this restaurant markets itself as, a high end , gourmet restaurant, I would rate the food portion of the review a 4 star. However, that must be adjusted to reflect the food preparation relative to marketed expectation and that knocks it down to a marginal 4, at best, probably a 3 in my book. The real killer was the service. I will say it was both pleasant and polite. However, this is the type of restaurant that is marketed to appeal to the romantic dinner crowd with high end expectations: the professionalism of the service fell far short. To begin with, the host and waitress sat us at a table directly next to another couple. Note that I had made a reservation for 7. When we arrived there were only three tables occupied. However, we were sat directly next to another couple even though we could have been sat another two tables away for far greater privacy and a more romantic experience. Then the waitress exhibited zero personality throughout the evening. In addition, she came over while we were still eating our main courses and asked if we wanted the dessert menus, even though the restaurant would be open for another hour. All in all, I feel that the server was a nice person, but was obviously not very experienced and added nothing to the experience - not what one expects in a place that is marketing itself as upscale. I had a restaurant business and used slow times as an opportunity to observe and teach. I noticed nobody making such an effort in a situation that called for it: a big oversight and lost opportunity for three parties: the server because they are not being assited to grow, the patron because the service impacts the consumers overall quality of the experience and the owner for the obvious reason that it impacts business long-term. I call it the win-win-win formula and this restaurant would benefit from applying this concept to training the wait staff so they are at the patrons expectation level. In summary, if this were a casual restaurant I would rate it a 3, but because of how the business is slotting itself into the market with it's pricing, portion sizes, ambiance and menu presentation - I believe it only merits a 2 star review in that particular market segment. I do not believe you will be disappointed with the overall experience, but neither time have I left their feeling wowed, and both times I left feeling that the experience did not meet the expectation for the cost nor for the intimate, romantic feel they want to project as providing

I've visited a number of Old Spaghetti Factory locations in California before, so I'm well familiar with the lunch menu. The loaf of bread that arrived on our table after we placed our order was piping hot. It was actually so hot, it was difficult to pick up and cut. There's no doubt that this bread is as fresh as it gets. The minestrone soup I opted for with my entree was filled to the brim and packed with a variety of veggies. If you're looking to cut some calories, you'll definitely want to go with the soup over one of their heavily dressed salads. My wife and I actually split their manager's favorite with meat sauce and mizithra cheese. We opted to up-size to a hearty portion for $4.99, which comes with extra sauce and noodles. The spaghetti was well cooked in terms of texture, but could have been drained a bit better. The meat sauce had a bunch of ground beef in it, and the mizithra cheese was salty, nutty, and tangy. If this is your first time visiting an Old Spaghetti Factory location, I highly recommend trying out the mizithra cheese because I have not see this option offered anywhere else. I regret to report that one dish our party ordered was completely dropped. It was difficult to flag down our server to inform them of the issue, so we ended up having to run around the restaurant to find a staff member. We ended up waiting close to 15 more minutes for the last dish to be prepared, at which point all the food that had been delivered earlier had dropped to being room temperature. Overall, it was a mixed meal. Service was somewhat lacking, and food was pretty standard as far as Old Spaghetti Factory locations.

A full-blown masterpiece. This isn't your average slice of cheesecake. What Craves serves is a velvety, rich, and luxuriously whipped creation perched atop pillowy-soft brioche toast that's lightly crisped to perfection. It's drizzled in a deep marionberry reduction that strikes the perfect balance between tart and sweet, and topped with plump, juicy blackberries that taste like they were picked fresh that morning. Add in the subtle crunch of a graham cracker crumble dusted over the whole plate, and you've got a dessert that's indulgent, elegant, and dangerously addictive. The texture contrast between the creamy cheesecake filling, the light toast, and the rich berry drizzle is unforgettable. It's like French toast met cheesecake, fell in love, and had a baby--with Oregon marionberries blessing the union.
