Ordered a large cheese pizza and breadsticks with pizza sauce for take out. The flavor on both of them was really good! The herbs on the breadsticks meld very well with the cheese you could eat them even without the sauce and enjoy them. The pizza was very good too. The sauce and the crust have a nice flavor to them so even though I got just cheese, the pizza was delicious. Even reheated or cold out of the fridge, the pizza and breadsticks both are great to have as leftovers! read more

Today was my second time. I love their gluten free pizza. It's so delicious. I've decided it's the sauce that makes this place so special. It's divine with such bold and beautiful flavors. They also have real green olives many places no longer offer them and they are the best on pizza. Inside is small and cozy but warm and fuzzy. You can play Ms Pac-Man and they actually have 3 arcade games to indulge. Cute booths for date night. Even beer on tap and real sugar Mexican Coke. Everyone here is so kind and friendly. It's worth paying a little extra for the fresh toppings and most authentic and flavorful sauce. Plus the cheese blend is on point. The guy at the counter was nice...after that it was all downhill. Topping: too many. Red onions needed to be chopped, Canadian bacon was in big slices and sausage was is huge chunks. It is hard to ruin pizza. If you use reasonably good ingredients and avoid burning it or serving it raw, it is hard to miss. But they also don't excel. Cirellos does not miss. It is good but not great. Cirellos reminds me of the neighborhood pizzerias around New york and Boston. That adds some warmth and charm. It appears to not have had a remodel in decades. The ripped up booth benches add character but dirty tables at 3:30 when business is slow suggests lack of care. . The crust is fine. It lacks flavor that some more "artisan" places might have but fine for a neighborhood restaurant. The pizza is heavy on the cheese which was not spread to the edges. I had to bite carefully not to pull off the entire cheese slab with each bite. Some might find that desirable but not me. Last time here, 6 months ago, l asked them to go light on the cheese and got almost none. Next time perhaps I will try Woodstocks, somewhere I have not tried since long before the pandemic. Maybe some day the pizza renaissance in Portland will spread to Corvallis. read more

First timer for me and my friend! Have been dying to try this place and finally got the chance to, I was not disappointed. For starters the ambiance of this restaurant really reminds me of being a kid at the "local pizza shop". The retro arcade games, pieces of Corvallis history on the wall, and the old school cooking oven really helps to provide a comforting experience. The guy behind the counter provided very friendly service and had a good understanding of their menu. The entire crew behind the counter had a very positive energy around them. What surprised us was the portions, that breadstick tray was huge! And the pizza was not very greasy. It had really good flavor and all of the ingredients were fresh. Ordered a pizza to go recently and was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza was. My friend and I called in to place the order and my pizza was ready in 20 minutes. We ordered a 12 in. with half Pineapple Express and half Dirtbag BBQ ($24, no extra charge for half and half). Their bbq sauce is pretty good, not too sweet and not too salty. The pesto sauce on the other hand was a lot lighter in flavor and at times tasted like there was no sauce at all. Not sure if it was this batch of pesto that was more bland but I was a bit disappointed. We love Cirello's. When we moved here we tried all the pizza parlors in town. By far, this is our choice. The primary reason is that the pies have good sauce, a good crust and generous toppings. The atmosphere reminds me of NY pizza parlors that I grew up with. I appreciate their frequent buyer card too. I hope they stick around for a long time. read more

Super friendly owner and staff. Handtossed crust means the "thin" crust isn't that thin but it doesn't overwhelm the toppings. Very generous on toppings so you get a nice, heavy pizza. Calzone are also recommended. read more

I tried to order pasta from their menu at 8:30 pm and was told they weren't serving pasta even though they were open until 9:00 pm. So I ordered the meatball sandwich instead, but there was hardly any meatballs in it either. If you are open, serve what is on your menu. Stop being lazy. read more

After a long exhausting day of volleyball tournaments we were in desperate need of FOOD for hungry teens and parents. Cirello's offered a coupon on the welcome map at our hotel so we decided to check them out. Heads up, delivery is only available until 8:30 on Saturday's despite their website advertising 'delivery all day' (they're open until 9). Thankfully they were only a quick 3 minute drive from us so it wasn't too bad but still a bummer. By the time we arrived they had already wrapped up the salad bar too which leads me to believe they don't get a lot of business in the late evenings. Cirello's has been serving Corvallis since the 80's and walking into this parlor, it really shows. Upon entering you step back in time, the decor is super dated and the walls are covered in what I can only assume are family and community portraits over the years giving it that mom and pop feel. The pizza was fantastic though. The crust was just the right amount of chewy without being an actual thin crust and the sauce was loaded with extra basil which made the flavor really pop. Happy teens means we'd gladly stop in again if the occasion ever presented itself. read more

We went here on a whim and decided to eat in. We were told it would be about a half hour wait. We said okay and placed our order asking about the restaurant and what its specialties are. We usually ask for recommendations at new places and even mentioned it was our first visit. My husband and I sat at a table and waited.... and waited..... People who placed their order after us were getting their pizza. I ended up asking how long it would be after about an hour wait. They didn't even recognize me. Their only response was, "We sometimes get backed up. Sorry about that." I think it had to do with only having one oven. That being said, the pizzas were amazing. I had The Hawaiian, and my husband had The Dirtbag BBQ. We also ordered the breadsticks. The marinara and ranch tasted homemade. We will be returning but hopefully at a less busy time.
