Pizza!!!!! I love me a good pizza and this place has it!! Dropping off my kid at OSU and he requested this place since he liked it last time. The pizza comes loaded with toppings and the crust is nice and crunchy!! There are many options so there will be something you will like here. The service was great, they asked us when we entered if we wanted a slice or whole pie. Looking forward to next time!!

American Dream Pizza serves up some of the best pizza in Corvallis, [[HIGHLIGHT]]this location can just become very busy when OSU is in session, especially on game days![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That said, this location is very convenient for those on and around the OSU campus. Wait time for food can vary extensively - I've waited as little as 15 minutes and as long as 45 minutes for my food. For those in more of a hurry, they sell pizza by the slice. Even then, it usually takes a little while for it to get to you. American Dream delivers from this location and has a pretty decently priced lunch special (their website advertises $8.95). [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a nice place to stop for lunch and a drink with friends when you all have time to spare.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]For a more "low-key" experience, try the location downtown, although that location can get pretty busy too, especially around the weekend.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Sunday afternoon at American Dream OSU campus. Ordered medium Rat Pack and substitute roasted garlic and caramelized onions. Friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance traditional style layout with booth and bar top seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Music not too loud but enough to muffle surrounding conversations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Really enjoyed the beer and pizza. Will be back.

My wife were in Corvallis to watch the NCAA Regional Baseball Tourney and we have been wanting to try the pizza from American Dream for some time as we had heard it was the best. It was!!! We each ordered a Mini and we were surprised that American Dream will do 1/2 and 1/2's for any size. So great. The toppings were plentiful as well. The crust was perfect as the flavor was outstanding. The service was excellent as we called in the order about thirty minutes out of Corvallis, and I picked them up to meet my wife in line for the games. We also had the fortune of meeting the owner of American Dream. We were told beforehand that he would be there...and he brought tables and lots of pizza that he also offered to us and many that were also standing in line. He was extremely friendly and it is very apparent why American Dream is so successful. They have a great leader that exudes positivity.

There is not a pizza I don't love at American Dream. It's is 100 out of 10 and you must always order a side of ranch to dip your pizza into. Best college pizza place of all time! Thai order was half pepperoni and pineapple and half bbq chicken.

This was the cutest place, we sat outside and enjoyed a cold glass of 2 towns cider pineapple flavor. The veggie pizza was absolutely delicious. I could've had another! It was a very warm, quiet afternoon there most likely due to most have left town for summer break. Would love to come back again! Guys who work inside are a very friendly, easygoing group.

Great deal for pizza by the slice. $3/slice + $.85/add'l toppings. Pizza was standard. Kind of dry with very little sauce. Nice ambiance. Good place for just a quick bite to eat. Friendly service.

    The Bent pizza

Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long for our medium sized "the bent" pizza and the Roman Holiday salad with honey mustard on the side was sizable and tasty. Servers were smiling and laughing and the atmosphere was friendly and chill. We pod definitely return here if we are back in town! Tasty food and we even had leftover pizza from the medium size with three adults eating. Nice that it's right on the edge of campus- many students streaming thru around lunchtime.

How much I left on the table. When I opened the box it smelled terrible. Worst dough I have ever tasted.
    Rebecca F.

Wow that was some of the worst pizza I have ever had. The dough did not have a good flavor and smelled. The whole pizza was covered in raw tomatoes. And it was expensive! I ordered a medium thinking I would eat it over the weekend and left more than half of it there. Yuck!

I used to come here all the time with my roommates when I attended OSU. I'm a little surprised it's averaging a 3.5 star rating because they seem to be the go-to pizza joint in Corvallis and everyone seems to love it. It's always pretty crowded regardless of the time during the day. Honestly, I would recommend ordering a whole pizza for take out or just call in a delivery. Their delivery service is freaky fast! And the Handle Bar is dope AF. Now, their pizza by the slices are hit or miss. On one occasion I ordered a dope ass slice pepperoni pizza that sent my tastebuds to heaven. I also had a slice of Hawaiian that had me thinking about it two days later. However, I've also had a bbq chicken slice that felt like eating cardboard. I would guess it had been left out of a while but come on, the chicken was beginning to get all weird and dry and brown looking. Don't sell that. Either make a fresh pie (which I would never expect anyone to make me a whole pie just so I can have one little slice) or just tell me your out so I get a fresher slice of another variety. Overall I do enjoy this place and I think after I order delivery a few more times I'll be able to give a more exceptional review.

Very expensive industrial pizza, you can get much better for a fraction of the price at Fred Meyer's frozen department.

The girl taking orders was very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted to eat there and what we were taking on the road for our drive back home. We ordered five sets of cinnamon sugar waffles and two sets of the #1 classic. We devoured two cinnamon sugar waffles and decided to order one more cinnamon sugar for the road. The cinnamon sugar waffles were just as tasty as we remembered. Later when we stopped we gobbled down the classics- eating them like chicken waffle sandwiches...so yummy!!! Word on the street is they are selling frozen waffles in stores and will be on OSU's campus... not sure if they will be frozen for OSU, freshly baked and have a pop up shop or more permanently situated there. While there they had a good number of OSU students who wandered down the steps and ordered so they must have heard how delicious the food is. I also truly appreciate they don't price gouge for their food. The costs are reasonable for the amount of food you get!! With so many companies being greedy thank you for making costs affordable while also earning enough to continue cranking out yummy food! If we are back in town we definitely will be back...again!!!

The menu is broad enough that there's plenty to pick from. We were there for dinner. The food was delicious! Mom had the grilled cheese with sweet potato fries (they were even good as cold leftovers!!). The sandwich comes with a combo of 3 melted cheeses. Dad had the honey glazed chicken. Also really good. Hubby had the 2-meat BBQ plate with pulled pork and 1/2 rack of ribs. He really liked his ribs. He was pleased with the baked beans, too. And I got the steak salad. Delicious! When trying a new place, I always go for that and I was not disappointed one bit! I tried both the baker's roll (rosemary and sage today) and the heart attack roll. Neither made me think I was eating GF. As first-timers, we were given free chocolate chip cookies. The centers were soft and moist with crisp edges. I do like a ymmy sweet to finish off the meal. It's really nice to have a GF restaurant where the family can all go and find something without compromising selection or taste. We'll certainly be back!!

As we…read morewere walking to the table, they asked if it was our first visit (it was), as that meant complimentary chocolate chip cookies! The large menu can seem a bit overwhelming, but once you figure out how the BBQ plates work, it's easy to order one of their standard dishes, or customize your own combo. I ended up going with the "Single Plate", with an additional side. I got pulled pork with Carolina BBQ sauce, mac n' cheese, a baker's roll (varies from day to day), and added sweet potato waffle fries. Everything was delicious. The pulled pork was a little more "wet" than I'm used to, but it was smoky and flavorful, especially with the BBQ sauce. The roll was almost muffin-like, with rosemary seasoning mixed into the batter, which I quite enjoyed. The mac n' cheese definitely has a cheesy texture, with a caramelized top, but the flavors weren't as sharp as I like -- still very good, especially after I accidentally spilled some of that Carolina BBQ sauce on top of it. My food gets all mixed together on a BBQ plate, anyway; so why not? LOL The sweet potato waffle fries get their own section, because they were that good. The coating was crispy and well seasoned, with a slight kick -- they were amazing. I would probably ask for ketchup to dip them in next time, but since they had brought me extra BBQ sauce (without my asking), I just used that... or ate them without any dipping sauce. Our server was amazing throughout our lunch. She was always friendly and informative, and really helped make for a great experience. She remembered our cookies at the end (we got them to go), and didn't miss a beat when we decided to order from their dessert case last minute. Since it was "pi day", they had lots of pie related options -- all small servings, for 1 or 2. My wife and I shared a Key Lime bar, which was delicious. It was a little richer than I expected, but was nice and creamy, with that tart lime kick. The crust was good and crunchy, too. We knew coming in that this establishment was all gluten-free, even though nobody in our party needed to avoid gluten, and I was preparing myself to be disappointed -- and I can happily say that never happened! A lot of what E&T serves is homemade, and they obviously know what they are doing, so their GF offerings far surpass many dining establishment's full gluten options. If you have lower expectations for GF food, as I did, leave them at the door. Even my daughter, who is a pretty good baker herself, was impressed with the "heart attack" roll that she ordered with her meal -- we have never seen GF bread that fluffy! These guys obviously know what they are doing. Oh yeah, and those chocolate chip cookies? So good -- soft, and loaded with chocolate chips. We will definitely stop in again next time we are in the area.

I always enjoy my latte here. I've also tried out their sweet and creamy cold brew (a little too sweet but as a treat it was great!) and their cortado which are both solid. My go to dish is usually the acai bowl. Plenty of textures, flavors, and a good amount of sour and sweet that makes it's perfectly balanced. The only downside is that the spoons that are provided are a little big for the bowl that you are given, so you are bound to spill a little bit. Though busy on a Wednesday afternoon (it was the day before Thanksgiving after all), we found a table and had a great meal. I loved my latte and biscuits and gravy! Everything was tastefully presented and had wonderful flavors. The portion sizes aren't too big, so don't expect a huge meal. I found the biscuits and gravy to be filling for a brunch, but someone with a bigger appetite might want to opt for something more substantial. The staff did a great job getting many orders out in a fairly short amount of time, and based on my meal, they weren't sacrificing quality in the process. The cafe norms are pretty standard for a seat-yourself cafe where you order at the counter, pick up your food at the counter, and bus your own table.
