I purchased a Groupon for both the headlight restoration and detailing. The headlights of my Jeep were almost completely translucent from years of driving in snowy Canadian winters, with all that salt and dirt on the roads. After the headlight restoration, they look brand new again!! The exterior wash & wax also brought a new level of shine to my older (2003) Jeep - with the exception of my battered old rims, it looked like a much newer car. My Jeep also had some damage to the interior from the original owner that I had been unable to remove (eg, gum stuck to the floor, salt stains near the front seats) and it was pretty dirty inside as well. With the exception of not getting some of the dog hair out of the lining of the cargo area, they did an amazing job of making the inside look nearly new. Everything on the interior is very clean, even the interior roof! And they were able to remove the majority of the hardened gum on the floor. An interior shampoo was not included with this deal or I assume that all of the salt stains (and possibly even the old gum) would have completely vanished as well. In all, they did a very thorough job, my Jeep looks awesome! It was well worth the purchase. read more

I picked this autobody shop because it had high reviews on yelp. I was not disappointed. I had rear end damage to my bumper. The car was repaired exactly within the timeframe that was anticipated. The communication was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and super accommodating. When I came to pick my car up, I noticed a small imperfection in the bumper alignment. The receptionist immediately took my car back to the shop for them to look at it, they fixed it while I waited. I was able to leave within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a really good experience, and the owner even gave me $100 off because of a coupon that I didn't even know about. Very generous. Will definitely return if I need more bodywork. read more

The bottom line is that American Eagle Body Shop repaired my BMW in a timely and professional manner. I merely placed a call to the shop and my car was towed within 30 minutes. I avoided all the hassles of interacting with the insurance company and was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful the office was. They did a wonderful job with the repair and encouraged me to come back for a lifetime guarantee if I have any issues in the future. Initially, I came in to get my car detailed. They have this great Groupon still going on, and I was told they would match the price if the Groupon deal sold out! My car turned out really clean and shiny, and it was done a lot earlier than expected. I left the guys a really nice tip because the deserved it. Make sure you call to make an appointment because they're really popular :) After a couple months, I returned to get an estimate because I got rear ended. American Eagle is awesome. They not only completed the detailing items for my new truck, but they refinished my new tool box that was painted poorly by the vendor I purchased it from. My truck is completely the way I want it; Most of the credit goes to American Eagle! I called to make an appointment for today (because it's the ONLY day I have off {Monday-Friday} for the next few months) and was told that they are booked out for two weeks. Now I'm out $60 and will need to drop off my car AND try to find someone to give me a ride to and from work since I can't take any time off. They really need to have weekend appointments. Just fantastic! After two minor incidents, my car is as good as new thanks to these wonderful people. I went here to get a second bid (it took 10 minutes instead of 30) and they beat the first quote by quite a bit. Since one of my repairs involved paint, they did touch ups on a few other areas at no extra charge. I stopped in after reading all the ranting and raving reviews about this place. I had just had some kid run a shopping cart down the length of my truck scratching my paint so I started looking around for a shop to get the repair done. When I arrived there was a singular girl in the office who was on the phone discussing some kind of an order and told me she would be right with me. I stood around for about 15 minutes and she got off the phone as I was walking out the door. She ended up not being able to help at all because she was just a receptionist. The guy who writes the estimates wasn't even in the office and she got my number and name to have him call me later. What later meant was three days later. I explained what happened and what I needed and he quoted me over the phone $2500 and up depending on how bad the scrape was. Funny thing is I told him it was only in the clear coat and could be buffed out and that was what I wanted. I ended up getting the work done elsewhere for a couple hundred bucks. read more

My experience with American Eagle body shop has surpassed my expectations. They are extremely professional, courteous, and good at what they do. From the moment you step into their office you can tell that they treat their business and employees with respect because the office is clean and organized...the staff acknowledges you are there and there is a pretty cool waiting room with flat screens and refreshments. But the most important thing is TRANSPARENCY and HONESTY... the manager Ali was very upfront when he wrote the estimate for the damage to my truck... he explained the process/what different parts I could opt to go with and told me the car would be done by the following Friday not to mention his estimate was less than anywhere else I had been...on Wednesday I got a call that my truck was ready and when I went to pick it up I realized they had not only finished the job flawlessly...but they put on all my plastic trim (which wasn't part of the estimate) and washed the truck for no additional charge!! This was the worst experience. Terrible place. Horrible job they did. I got a coupon on Groupon for Wax and Detail. But I got nothing like that. The car was dirty, the inside was terribly vacuumed, the cup holders where filthy. They didn't do any kind of detail. That was what I paid for. I will never go back to this place again. If this place is to fix cars then they shouldn't be doing any kind of car wash. I asked the person in charge but he said that they aren't supposed to touch the cup holders because there can be personal stuff. Is this a joke? That was very stupid and ridiculous. The cup holders were empty. It seems that these people don't know what a detail means. For the $30.00 that I paid for this ridiculous and worse car wash, for half of that price I could have gotten a better car wash somewhere else. Don't get fooled like I did. Don't go to this place to do any kind of car wash. Not even for free it's not worth it at all. This was a rip off. read more
