I didn't read the reviews or I would not have used this organization, but we had a late decision to use a party bus for prom and didn't do any online research. We phoned and emailed multiple organizations and this was the only one that responded quickly. I spoke to Tony on the phone. He was helpful and set expectations especially around getting charged for going over the time, damaging the bus in any way, passengers misbehaving, and the payment terms etc. We also read the agreement carefully. When the bus arrived on time, we photographed the pre-existing damage - there were a few seat splits and what looked like a few high heel punctures, prior to the kids getting on the bus. The driver Suri, got them to the prom on time through rush hour traffic, picked them up a few minutes late, but got them back with 15 minutes to spare. He could have gone longer routes, but he didn't, because I timed him. There was no damage to the bus and Suri agreed. He was very friendly and was happy that the kids behaved well. I said that I was surprised that prom kids would damage the bus and he said it was not the kids but adults who partied hard (I forget the exact word he used) that did the damage. I have read a few of the comments on yelp, but for us they were courteous, were on time, kept the kids safe, and met all our expectations. We did our due diligence and knew what to expect if something went wrong. At times, I suspect this is a tough business to be in (driving large groups of intoxicated adults would not be my idea of fun) and they are protecting themselves - so read the agreement before you commit and accept the risk that if something goes wrong you or someone in your party will likely end up paying for it. No I don't have shares/stock in the company, I wasn't bribed or compensated in any way, and I am a genuine customer. I have no idea what your experience will be, but I am currently a fan (yelp term). I didn't give them 5 stars as I thought the cost was a little too high - but under the last minute circumstances I suppose it was fair. Good luck. read more

A TRULY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I had the pleasure of working with American Eagle Limousine for my wedding on November 28, 2009. I personally visited their showroom prior to my wedding to view the limo that I THOUGHT I wanted to rent, only to be amazed by the fleet and chose a completely different option! The customer service provided by reservationist Michelle was second to none - she took the time to show me the limousines, provide me with all of the rates, negotiate rates to work with my budget and even assisted with the planned routing for my big day! The limousine, the Range Rover stretch, was a hit with my entire wedding party, guests and nearly every person that was on the highway with us. The limousine was immaculate, chrome wheels were shining and the interior was fun but elegant. My chauffeur, Darrell, made me feel like a princess!! He helped every member of our party into and out of the limousine. He made sure my dress was tucked neatly into the limo before closing the door, he spoke genuinely and professionally to everyone that he encountered... he was a gentleman! I hadn't seen this site or the negative comments prior to my reserving the limousine and quite honestly was very nervous after reading the reviews as to whether or not American Eagle would perform to the standards I was anticipating but I can assure you, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I was recommended American Eagle by a friend who had recently used another one of their buses, and I was NOT disappointed. He referred me to Mary, who was so helpful in selecting the right bus and gave us an incredible deal. The process to rent the bus was effortless, and all I had to do was reserve it with my credit card. Julian, the driver, called me the day before our departure so I had his number for the following day. When I pulled up to our bus i was in SHOCK. I was the social chair for my sorority in college, and have planned at least 10 events with chartered buses, and this was BY FAR THE NICEST BUS I have ever been on. This was a surprise as the rate per person was much better than other bus companies I have worked with in the past. It was immaculately clean, and had bluetooth speakers! Julian, our rockstar driver had even put ice in the built-in ice chests for us. Our trip itself was great! I usually get sick in buses, and I did not even realize that we were moving. Julian is an excellent driver. Being with a crew of 30 people, usually someone tends to act up, but Julian was cool and collected for the entirety of the 10 hour trip. I cannot wait for the next time I get to schedule a trip with American Eagle! We needed a nice limousine to send our 3 wonderful wives out on a surprise a ladies day out. I searched the Internet and came across American Eagle Limousine. So I checked out there fleet of limousine the Benz was the perfect one. So I called and the agent I spoke was very professional I explaine to her what I wanted to do and she checked the availability and the Benz was available and she told me how much it will cost. I said awesome I will check with the other Fellas to see what they think. I called her back the next day and booked the Benz Limousine. After checking with the Spa company I noticed I will have to change the time for the Limousine. I had also received a 10% discount coupon in my email so when I called back and she check and told me the time is available so we made the changes and the discount was also added, very nice and professional. Saturday October 3, 2015 when the limo arrived at my house I smiled it was awesome. Our wives was very surprised, the limo took them to 3 different location and ours wives enjoyed every moment. First, their rates were the best we found in the area and their selection of vehicles was larger than many of the other limo companies we looked at. Second, the week of the wedding they called to confirm all our details which I really appreciated since I didn't have to try to remember to do it myself! Finally, the day of our wedding, our driver arrived 15 minutes before he was scheduled to. Not only did he check in with the front desk of our hotel but I received an email on my phone letting me know he had arrived. Our driver, Bill, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He helped me and my 50 lbs of dress get in and out of the limo multiple times and knew exactly where to take us for the ceremony and pictures afterwards without us having to give him directions. The limo was very clean and well stocked with glassware for our celebratory drinks. I would HIGHLY recommend American Eagle Limousine and Party Bus for any event, especially wedding transportation. Our group arranged a brewery tour with American Eagle Limousine and our experience was nothing short of FAN-TAS-TIC! From booking and arranging details with Mary and Stephanie down to our driver, Carl, who were all very friendly and efficient. The service we received was top notch. There were constant emails back and forth (from me) for rates and such but not once did Mary or Stephanie make me feel like I was pestering them. They were quick with responses and made sure every one of my questions were answered. Our driver Carl was amazing. We had to change our brewery itinerary last minute due to an unexpected street closure however Carl was completely understanding. We just used the American Eagle Limousine services to take my daughters and their 8 little friends and a few parents to the Jingle Ball 2012. This was a first concert for most of these 10-12 year olds and the look on their faces when this 20 people white escalade arrived was priceless! The limo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures shown on their web site. Our experience from the beginning was very smooth. Mary who was the sales rep I worked with was super responsive and helpful in helping me understand all the details leading up to the contract. We wanted her to invite some of her friends to enjoy a day of fun in Georgetown so we decided to rent a party bus for transportation and a fun experience. So, last year, I needed a party bus! After getting several quotes, I went with a different company for a cheaper price. Well, I'm here to tell you that cheaper isn't always better. The bus wasn't what I reserved, it was dirty and disgusting and the entire trip was ruined. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! GO TO A COMPANY THAT INSURE QUALITY ASSURANCE!!!! NOT THIS RINKY DINK COMPANY! This was a horrible company. I should have looked at other reviews! This company was 30 minutes late for my friends 23rd birthday party. The sound system did not work and the bus was dirty. Also be aware that they are recording you the entire time so there is no privacy. There is a clause in their contract that they don't tell you about concerning audio issues. The manager was just as unhelpful and did not try to make this experience right. There is nothing that can be done to change my opinion of this horrible company! Exvellent customer service! I contacted AEL a few months ago for a quote and lost all of the information. I called back about three weeks before the event after realizing I never booked the vehicle. The team was super professional and accommodating! All of my information was still in the system and we were able to confirm my reservations online in a matter of minutes! Sooo pleased with the responsiveness. Can't wait to celebrate my birthday with transportation with this company! This service was amazing. The driver was timely and attentive. I just joined Yelp today and although I have not used their services recently I felt motivated to write a review based on my previous experiences with the company. I used American Eagle Limo back in September 2015 and March 2017 (both times used the Pink party bus) and I was very impressed with their service. Both drivers (my apologizes, I can't remember either of their names at the moment) were very nice and professional throughout the entire duration of their services. The buses were cleaned and showed up on time for both dates. Great company! My organization hosts a formal event every semester and this bus company has been the best we have ever used in the past! The bus drivers were eager to work with us and followed our directions explicitly. In addition, the buses are all uniquely decorated on the exterior and interior which made them very easy to spot. The interior was professionally equipped with party bus accessories such as lights, a great sound system, enough room to dance, and more. Our group called the buses the best part of the night! One of the buses unfortunately had a malfunction on their way over to pick us up from the event, but they replaced it in an amazing 20 minutes. I was pretty skeptical of this service since the reviews were all over the place. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews to be honest so I'd like to share my experience. I worked with Tony to reserve the bus for my birthday and he was great; he knew we had a budget in mind and gave us a deal that reflected such. Our bus driver was super accommodating as he left us his phone number in the case that we'd need him after he dropped us off. He even stopped to let us use the bathroom and was ready waiting for us when it was time to leave.
