She showed a dress that was similar to the dresses on Amazon which was a infinity wrap dress she tried to show me different ways to wrap the dress but I told her I had concerns about it not covering my chest area or the right garment underneath she told me to go on YouTube and look at some other ways or i can come back before the function and she or her daughter wioils wrap the dress. I went home reviewed online options and there was no way for me to wrap the dress that things would not be showing. They left the alarm tag on the dress. so I had to go back and I told her I couldn't make the dress work because there was no way for me to wrap it that it would not be revealing my chest in some way. she told me she could not take it back because all sales are final even though she said for me to let her know if i was not completely pleased. She said the policy was not to give any refund even though it only had the dress three hours. she exchanged address and there was a difference in the payment and she told me she had to give it to me a gift Card and could not put the difference back on my card. She said I was attacking her even though I did not say any cross words words to her yet she told her son to go spray to dress down even though it had been 20 minutes since I had left the dress there. So she was being passive aggressive with me I was trying not to make a scene in her store in front of her customers. Do not shop at this business.... With horrible service and horrible policy. Going into DTFO to me, I guess, was like when my husband goes into a shoe store with me LOL. DTFO is located in the Tanger Outlets in Pooler, in front of the Famous Footwear and the cornhole games (installed by the mall). The store seems pretty new. They must have opened during the pandemic? To be honest, we haven't been to Tanger Outlets very often during this past year due to COVID. - Service - There was one guy working and he was really nice. He made sure everyone was greeted, while cashing customers out. He asked me if I was waiting for "him" as he looked in my husband's direction. What gave that away? My standing by the door and posture? Haha. - The Goods - There is a lot of merchandise in the store, but they've done a great job of organizing and stacking the boxes as neatly as is possible with bulky and irregular sized items. The brands you will find the most in this store is Ryobi and Rigid. Visually, you'll see mostly fluorescent yellow (Ryobi) and orange (Rigid) colors. I saw other brands like Homelite, Powerfit and Powerstroke (no idea what these other brands are, just noting my observations). From what my husband told me, the prices are pretty good. There is one item in particular that he noticed was about $40 cheaper as compared to the big box hardware stores. And believe me, my man does his research so I would take his word for it. The guy told us that the same parent company that owns Ryobi and Rigid owns DTFO, so that is why they are able to slash the prices so low. - Additional Notes - *They offer a military discount with presentation of valid ID. *Return policy - no refunds. My…read moresister expressed visually and verbally several times that she was uncomfortable with the red-haired associate pulling her fitting room door open for the entire store full of women, men and children to see her changing. This happened while she was trying on a few see-through items SEVERAL TIMES. I also witnessed this SAME associate yell at a younger teenage girl for asking her mother to help her with a formal dress. This resulted in the child CRYING in the fitting room while her mother had to console her through the door because she wasn't "allowed to show or let her mother in because [she] needs to show an associate instead." Teenagers *are* children and need adult supervision. Especially in a store like Windsor where the clothes are not always geared toward teenagers. When my sister went to leave after deciding she would not purchase the dress she really loved because of that associate's behavior, the associate proceeded to yell "Sweetie, you need to take those dresses out the room." to my sister, whom is in fact a customer, not a paid employee who is scheduled to do such duties. Not only was that redhaired associate at the register ringing out another customer who was confused and second-hand embarrassed for her by the shocked and befuddled expression on his face, but the store was a MESS with different items placed on a various racks because she kept telling customers to put them up by themselves--even the store associates had a hard time finding the proper places for their go backs! My sister did not appreciate the tone nor the pet name. I lingered behind to tell another associate, perhaps one of her part-timers that her manager was being nasty to my sister and making my sister uncomfortable. That associate delivered the most insincere "I'm so sorry about that." with the most bored countenance I've ever witnessed. However, I noticed the only customers this redhaired associate did not bother to speak to was a young couple who were male-female. We believe it was because the woman was with a man because I witnessed several other accounts of her speaking down to several other shoppers who were female and alone. Unfortunately in the ten or fifteen minutes we were in Windsor this afternoon while that woman was around about two-thirds of customers left before making a purchase. From other reviews, I can tell that when this lady is working does not care that she makes everyone supremely uncomfortable and does read their body language, facial expressions, or verbal tone either. And from what I can tell from the negative reviews, Windsor doesn't care to reprimand this associate. What happened to your associate standards? Are they no longer included in the handbook, and does Windsor genuinely not have mandatory reups for associates on expectations? Unfortunately, my sister and I, fans of Windsor since we were teens, will no longer be returning to Windsor. As someone who shops in person often, works retail and runs a fitting room at my own store, I can tell you not only was that improper fitting room etiquette for ANY store but it was generally improper sales associate behavior.

When I walked into the store there were three salespeople standing by chatting to each other which was fine because I was the only one who had walked into the store and no other customers were there at that time. Two of the salespeople saw me, but did not acknowledge me; however, the third person, David immediately greeted me and disconnected himself from the group to warmly welcome me. As I gazed into a few cases, I could see David positioning himself to grab keys while he exchanged some light banter with me. All of this was something that I really appreciated. As he took out a few pieces from the case, I felt as if David had the patience and attention of someone who truly cared about me and my business despite whether or not he knew or believed that I could either afford or would buy anything in that store. This would probably seem like a strange concept for some people; however, I have experienced treatment like that in more times than I care to explain. Yet, David was gracious. I told him that I wanted to check a couple of places before I made my decision. David did not seem annoyed nor did he give me any indication that made me feel as if I had wasted his time. He gave me his card and thanked me for coming to visit. After comparing the quality and price of one other place, I called David to ask him if that piece of jewelry was still available. I asked him to pull them aside and yesterday I returned to make that purchase. Ironically, the other two sales people who were in the store during my first visit was there to witness me paying for the items they probably thought I never would. The staff are not overbearing or helicopter sales people; giving you the time and space to lay on the mattresses to find your best match. Tracy was extremely helpful in guiding us to a mattress that would fit both our preferences and budget needs. They offer delivery options and will even take your old mattress too! There is also a great consignment store above their showroom, Savannah Furniture Consignment. So many great finds!

The store is very organized. Lots of men and women's clothing and organized by clothing type and size. There are also dressing rooms which is great. All the Goodwill associates I encountered were thoughtful, kind with their southern hospitality. Houseware, I didnt find much thou they had plenty of selections. I found a wood bread bowl for $2.99 and I was just at the Paris Market in historic downtown selling similar item for $65.00. Also, I did a very good haul of finding a long black cashmere cardigan, a prairie dress which I will use for a period photoshoot and J. crew casual pants.
