The staff is all friendly and helpful and will be able to direct you where you're going. The parking lot is also awkward to get in and out of, and also awkwardly located in relation to the main entrance. But any REI is a good REI and I'm glad this place is here.

I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job.
